Súper clean hotel, especially considering how fine the sand is and how it gets everywhere! There is a one person elevator or stairs. Comfortable beds. Not big rooms but sufficient if you’re not staying in the room. We had four people, 3 large suitcases and 3 carry on size. There was NO extra room. The balcony is lovely! Great view of the beach and promenade. We ate out on it a couple times. This hotel is front and central for summer at a main Valencian beach. You could hear the club music all night. There was a huge crowd everyday it was sunny. So keep that in mind with the noise level in the room for sleeping. It is right beside the beach. So super convenient to restaurants and the Sea!

Overall good stay for the price. The only issue was parking: there was plenty in front of the hotel, but suspicious-looking people were there all the time. So we chose to park underground nearby. We paid 70 euros for 5-day pass.

Beautiful beach about 3 minutes walk. You must go around the block to get to the beach, since there is no direct access to the beach from the hotel. There is a breakfast buffet for nine euros. It is cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruit, variety of savory and sweet breads and some cereal. There was also soya milk. No gluten-free options. The coffee & tea are included. The hotel is very close to the main beach promenade where all the restaurants are, also the clubs. That means that you can hear the music from the Hotel. I slept fine with earplugs. My family had no issues with the music. Overall, we had a nice stay and we found it convenient to be close to restaurants, beach, and the cruise port, which was the reason why we shows this hotel.

Although I can say the hotel was price of the value, the room was smaller than I expected. There is one bed and it covers the whole area with not so much space to move around.The bathroom was also too small. And an unexpected thing happened that when I tried to open my room door, left side of the door frame completely come away which made my night less secure because it made the door so weak to open with no effort. The hotel has street parking but it could be a problem to find a free spot especially in high seasons. There is a paid parking just next to the hotel though.

A nice hotel right by the beach. Plenty of parking nearby, but in a quiet and peaceful street. We had a sea view, but the room was somewhat cramped. We experienced some mosquitoes and ants the first night, but after we informed the reception, there were no insects the next day. Can be recommended if you just need a place to sleep or want to stay close to the beach.

Por el precio que cobran las habitaciones debería tener más limpieza, debajo de las camas había montón de polvo y suciedad. En el baño ni siquiera un kit de higiene bucal. Cristales y espejo muy sucios. Atención de recepción nula o deficiente, haciendo esperar hasta las 14:00 y no avisando que estaba lista la habitación, al llegar otra persona y preguntar nos sentimos estupidos tras 1h sentados y nadie decir si queríamos algo cuando nos habían dicho volviéramos sobre esta hora. No hay preocupación ninguna. Las camas inestables y olores muy desagradables. No recomendaría a nadie este hotel y mucho menos volvería.

Horrible, en el baño no se podía entrar por el olor vomitivo de alcantarilla además de otras cosas como que la ducha casi no hechaba agua y lo que sujeta la alcachofa roto en definitiva que no nos duchamos además el de la recepción nos toma por tontos diciendo que no sabe nada, esto nos ha costado 1 noche 215 €, si lo sé no vengo ni aunque me pagaran

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand und nicht weit zur Metro gelegen. Seh freundliches Üersonal. Allerdings war im Zimmer 106 ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Abwasser, der nicht beseitigt werden konnte.

Nah zum Strand. Dreitbettzimmer gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein 2.5 Bettzimmer. Das Doppelbett war ein Bett von 1,40m. Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche. Zimmer sind super klein und es ist sehr hellhörig.

This is a clean, bright, lovely hotel. Very convenient for beach, great restaurants and bars. The staff were absolutely charming. My only issue was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Apart from that, great!

Bonjour la chambre vu mer est sur un toit d’un restaurant pas du tout entretenu des cigarette des coton tiges bref même pas un petit étendoir pour les serviettes et aucune isolation entre les chambres….

Location is amazing - the beach is right there and so many restos/pubs to choose from. Bathroom had recently been remodelled and very, very clean. Room otherwise was modest/basic but was all I needed. Super hot and air conditioning was nice and cool. Would love to see at least one English selection on TV (BBC? Al Jeezerah?) No view and I had to keep drapes closed as (very close) view of some neighbouring rooms.

We stayed in one of the apartment rooms—the hotel has three in total. It had a well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, and the apartment itself was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room. Everything was comfortable. The beach is directly behind the hotel, just a one-minute walk away. A large Mercadona supermarket is about a 10-minute walk, and bus 32 stops nearby, providing easy access to the town center. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The location of this hotel is a standout feature. Situated right by the beach with an amazing seafront promenade. However, my overall experience was mixed. While the rooms were clean the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep through the night with noise from other guests, doors, the elevator, and the AC unit. The main issue is that the doors tend to slam shut unless you hold your room card against the sensor. Additionally, the blanket and pillow provided were super thin, and there was another blanket made of plastic. While the latter might seem practical, I'm concerned it doesn't get washed regularly. Another downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi, which frequently cut out every 20 minutes.

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, but left very disappointed this time. Our tv was not working, and we spoke to three different members of staff about this. The young Chinese man did attempt to help and came up stairs, but with now joy, the other three times they said they would send someone up but never did. Although it is not major to have a to but the fact we asked three times and it was not looked at was very disappointing. The hotel is good value and we have enjoyed our previous stayes over the years and recommend it to friends who have booked it up, but I would think twice about booking this hotel again

Bij aankomst niet echt een warm welkom door de man bij de balie. Hielp ons daarna wel meteen toen we de airco niet aankregen. Hotelkamer prima, douche en badkamer ook prima. Kamer met zeezicht, maar zonder balkon, en de gordijnen moeten dichtblijven voor de airco, dus aan zeezicht heb je niet veel. Locatie is top, vanwege het strand, maar savonds/snachts moet je tegen geluid kunnen van buiten. Gehorig. Ontbijt niet bijzonder. Elke dag hetzelfde. De yoghurtjes liggen niet gekoeld, waardoor het lauw eten is. Brood was een keer beschimmeld. Vers fruit was wel lekker en de koffie ook. 9 euro best prijzig voor wat je krijgt.

We stayed in Suite number 1 on third floor. Lift or stairs to take you there. Suite had all you needed in the small kitchen area and the shower was great in the bathroom. Balcony and terrace is huge with views of the beach and the hustle and bustle. Washing line provided ( take some pegs with you). Room thoroughly cleaned in day 3 and clean supply of towels. Reception open 24/7. Very friendly staff. Useful vending machine too. Great location for local interest/beach and metro link close by for sightseeing. A perfect stay

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, mi trovo sempre bene a Sol Playa ,e bel hotel lo staff è molto gentile, Ringrazio sopratutto il signore con i capelli lunghi che no so come si chiama, è molto gentile mi ha gentilmente preparato la colazione e offerta perché il distributore automatico non funzionava momentaneamente, devo dire, che anche gli altri era gentili ,mi trovo molto bene quando vengo in vacanza a Valencia..

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, but left very disappointed this time. Our tv was not working, and we spoke to three different members of staff about this. The young Chinese man did attempt to help and came up stairs, but with now joy, the other three times they said they would send someone up but never did. Although it is not major to have a to but the fact we asked three times and it was not looked at was very disappointing. The hotel is good value and we have enjoyed our previous stayes over the years and recommend it to friends who have booked it up, but I would think twice about booking this hotel again

This is a small hotel very near the beach. I was a bit worried by reviews saying it was noisy, but I think this depends where your room is. Mine was over the entrance to the hotel so it was fine, I guess if you're the other side you get the sea view but also the noise from the restaurants below. It's a 5 minute walk to a tram stop that will get you in to the city (with one change), and a 10 minute walk to a food shop (the block the hotel is in consists of hotels, restaurants and a couple of gift shops only). Breakfast is simple but not bad - bread, pastries, cheese, meat, fruit and yoghurt. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The area is basically two blocks of beach. Lots and lots of restaurants. We weren’t particularly impressed by the restaurants compared to other places that we had been. But the beach was enormous and the water was incredible. We highly recommend renting chairs at the beach with an umbrella and utilizing the Bar services. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a sweet and it was amazing. The front desk people were incredibly kind and understood that we were heading to the beach the next day, so let us use a spare umbrella that they had which came in handy. The sun and the beach will definitely burn you so wear sun block.

Love this place. If you're looking for clean, comfortable bedding, working wifi and a great location without the extra amenities this is your spot! The staff was always there and able to answer my questions, even thou my Spanish is extremely limited. AND can I just say location, location, location. Very pleased!

The property in itself was very good, location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff kind enough and room was cleaned everyday. Only critic was theres a beach night club close by, if you have room close to or sea view you can hear the loud beats of the music/pyro which was annoying as couldnt get any sleep and lasted till about 3 to 4am everyday. Maybe an upgrade of the windows to more noise cancelling ones would be bettee.

It is cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruit, variety of savory and sweet breads and some cereal. There was also soya milk. No gluten-free options. The coffee & tea are included. The hotel is very close to the main beach promenade where all the restaurants are, also the clubs. That means that you can hear the music from the Hotel. I slept fine with earplugs. My family had no issues with the music. Overall, we had a nice stay and we found it convenient to be close to restaurants, beach, and the cruise port, which was the reason why we shows this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, direkt am Strand. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ich kann wirklich nichts beanstanden. Alles top. 1 Stern weniger, weil der Marina Beachclub echt extrem laut ist und während der Woche bis früh um 3-4 Uhr laute Musik und Bass zu hören ist. Von Freitag zu Samstag sogar bis früh um 7 Uhr. Schlafen kann diesbezüglich echt schwierig werden für Leute, die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Am besten mit Oropax bewaffnen oder das Fenster schließen und Klima an.

Super clean hotel, especially considering how fine the sand is and how it gets everywhere! There is a one person elevator or stairs. Comfortable beds. Not big rooms but sufficient if you’re not staying in the room. The balcony is lovely! Great view of the beach and promenade. We ate out on it a couple times. This hotel is front and central for summer, at a main Valencian beach. You could hear the club music all night. There was a huge crowd everyday it was sunny. So keep that in mind with the noise level in the room for sleeping. It is right beside the beach. So super convenient to restaurants and the Sea!

This is a very basic little hotel on the beach with SUPER staff and an excellent breakfast. It was quiet and we slept well there. We almost missed breakfast, arriving at the dining area 5 minutes before it ended but they were nice enough to keep it open for us. Just really great people.

Such a nice place, close to the beach for a nice walk, or swim on a warm day. Location was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants close by. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast!

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel et bien situé. Bon accueil et hôtel très propre. Un peu bruyant coté rue car les fen^tre ne sont pas très isolante, mais bien dormi quand même. Le petit déjeuner proposé à 9€ est très bien et surtout en buffet ou l'on peut choisir des fruits, yaouths, différents pains et boissons et de la charcuterie.

The views were beautiful, the staff was friendly and the breakfast offering was lovely. The beach access and restaurant offerings nearby was wonderful. The noise was a bit of an issue as the walls are thin and the doors shut quite loudly. During my stay (mid March) there was the kickoff to the Falla and there were fireworks going on the beach until 1am (which was kind of cool to watch) but then someone started again at between 7 and 8am throwing loud fireworks out in front of the hotel and it sounded like a war zone. I don’t think that is typical but wanted to mention.

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Sol Plays after the Valencia marathon in December. The hotel was good value and had a great location, right by the beach. It felt a bit quiet being out of season. The hotel itself was fine and functional. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. Shower was nice and powerful. Staff were helpful and friendly. I wouldn't have wanted to spend lots of time at the hotel, but it was perfectly fine as a base when I was spending most of my time out and about in Valencia.

Stayed here for a week for the MotoGP race in Valencia. Wasn't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and speak Spanish and English so no worries there. The room was basic but clean and tidy with a small balcony a good bathroom, Smart TV and free Wifi. The maids that cleaned the room would even return later in the day if you put the do not disturb sign up to have a decent lay in. All in all a pleasent little hotel right on the beach with loads of great restaurants next door. For the price can't complain.
