The pictures are not accurate. The hot tub was filled in with dirt. The pool was not open. The room was dirty and outdated. And the one time my room was cleaned it was not done well. The bed was half made and nothing else.

Nice facility conveniently located near the interstate. Our stay was brief, but found everything to be clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast buffet available for $17 per person, which we did not partake of, so can't rate it. Would stay again.

We were disappointed in this Hilton stay. Upon arrival a drunk patron was flirting with hotel staff one of whom appeared drunk herself; they were loud and inconsiderate. Further we were woken up in the middle of the night by other hotel guests running in the hallway shouting and disturbing our sleep. We attempted to call the front desk after this went on for a while because it was increasingly disruptive but none of the lines via the hotel phone were usable. Our shower also had black mold and leftover hair in it. The cleanliness was not what we’ve come to expect from a Hilton hotel. We would have loved the opportunity to discuss this with hotel staff in person but at check out our keys were taken and we were dismissed. We’re shocked the hotel has such high ratings!

The hotel has a welcoming lobby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the rooms were a letdown—the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the space could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, due to the poor sleep quality, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Initial room was very dirty including leftover food in the fridge. Changed rooms and then was locked out of my room as the door malfunctioned. Stsff was very nice but overall a bad experience and wont be staying there for my annual Pittsburgh trips moving forward.

There was a 1" spot of either blood or red ink that bleed out on the flat sheet. Since we checked in so late, we pulled off the top sheet and slept with the comforter that night. They changed the whole bed sheet set out in the morning. Also, there was no lotion in the dispenser on the wall.

I would probably stay at this property again if I was in the area. The staff at the front desk and breakfast spot were delightful. The hotel appeared to be in a safe area and was very easy access on/off interstate. My only negative is the room cleanliness could have been improved. The coffee area had sugar spilt all over it and there was a child’s ball beside the sliding door. This told me that wiping down surfaces and vacuuming may not have been a priority.

Our room was not clean there was hair in the shower from the previous stay, mold in the corners of the tub, and hand towels with make up on it. They clearly didn’t clean the bathroom properly prior to our arrival or change the towels out. Also the bar soap for the sink was already open and on the dish tray (looked already used). I was so uncomfortable knowing it was that dirty especially traveling with a child. I expected far better for a Hilton! Book elsewhere.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The Jr. King suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really good, and all the staff members we encountered were kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Property and room were great. The only downfall was that it was difficult to get anybody to assist at the front desk. Normally you had to wait at someone to come out and assist. Also, breakfast does not included. There is a cost.

While this hotel is seamingly out of the way, it was the perfect stay to wait for and then pick up a friend from PIT, about 25 min away. It’s the exit before the new toll road to the airport, in a super quiet location (there’s an on-site steakhouse with no vegan food, or a Subway that closes early across the street, but I was able to easily order food delivery). The desk folks were kind, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was also really easy.

This is a safe, modern, and clean hotel to stay in if you have business in the area. Close to I-79 but you'll need to drive a bit if you want more than the in-house restaurant or Subway. So more suitable to business travelers than tourists. If you have kids (or want to pick up a gift) check out nearby Sarris Candies if you can.

For the location, I thought it was overpriced. A free breakfast would have made the difference, and maybe a bottle of water. There was a keurig machine, and I used a flashlight to check the water level. Well I saw a hair floating in there! So I went to the lobby to ask where I could get a coffee. I was told it was complimentary in the breakfast bar. We were with a group for a wedding and others had left the hotel to go get a coffee. I wish we had been told upon check-in that it was available without getting the buffet. I have dietary issues and could not have the majority of the buffet. I was told ordering from the menu wasn’t an option. I didn’t want to pay $19 for a piece of fruit so we checked out early. This was an office park, very nice grounds, but not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants or things to do. The hotel was nicely decorated but I expected more…..

They were overbooked for doubles so I was "upgraded" to a suite. The room was dirty, greasy fingerprints on the tables and doors, hair and dust on the back of the toilet. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned in a while. The front desk was apologetic and offered to clean or switch rooms. I selected cleaning and the maintenance man was sent up right away with cleaning supplies. He wiped everything down to my satisfaction. I also received a free breakfast for my troubles as a courtesy. All the staff and especially Lindsey were super nice. I would highly recommend their restaurant, Jackson's. It was excellent.

Very nice property. Rooms spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Great hot water in shower. Responsive thermostat for heat and a/c. Microwave and mini refrigerator. Coffee service with powder AND liquid creamer. Nice restaurant connected to the hotel. plenty of free parking. Only negative is no complimentary breakfast. Did not survey the buffet but it costs $19 Staff was very nice. I would gladly stay here again!
