Great pool and hot tub, with ample hours available to use! The breakfast was wonderful; eggs, sausage, baked goods, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and more. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. More blankets and a crib were available when we asked. Very pleased overall!

We have stayed at the Homewood Suites Southpointe many times. It's in a safe snd convenient location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is always good. We especially like the pool and hot tub. However the chairs and chaise lounges are all ripped and need to be replaced. The patio area is inviting with a firepit, sitting area, and basketball court. We have had several family gatherings in the spacious meeting room, as well. ts one of our favorite hotels and will stay there again.

We love this hotel and have stayed here many times. The rooms are nice, the hotel is clean, breakfast was good. Our only complain this time was that the pool was freezing cold - there is no way the heater was on. It couldn't have been above 50 degrees. We chose this hotel over a neighboring hotel because the pool at this one is nicer but we really didn't even get to use it due to how cold it was.

The amenities at this hotel were great, the hot tub and pool were clean and parking was convenient and close to the side door by elevators for my disabled mother. However, I booked a double queen accessible suite with a walk-in shower with a shower seat. When we arrived at 3pm for check in I was told our room was not ready yet. They were still renovating so I was offered a standard room that was ready. I was charged for for the suite and said alright I'll wait for the room I booked because I needed the accessibility for my mother. We returned a half hour later to a different desk associate who informed me that not only was the room I booked still not ready, but they said my booking was a standard room. The only accessible room they had was a king suite so I said I would take it. However when we finally arrived to the room there were no light bulbs in any of the lamps, the wall mounted soaps in the shower were empty, and there was a tub and no shower seat so my mother couldn't even get in the shower during our stay. I headed down to the hot tub and there were also no towels stocked in the pool area. Were the room to be stocked appropriately and the room I booked ready this would have been a pleasant stay.

Service was good. Hotel is starting to show some age, stains on carpets, furniture is a little beat up. One of the elevators would not go to the top floor. Still a good hotel, though.

Can do a better job with linen and bed. The linen was smelly. The comforter looked shabby and dirty. My wife developed a rash pn her cheeks by morning and my son was coughing due to the smell. The carpet was dirty and the areas around the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Could see hair and dirt in the corners near the doors. Since we were late and stopped over only for the night we feel atleast with the bed and linen, a better job could have been done. Hilton surprised us this time.

We got two rooms for our stay. Both rooms floors were stick and dirty. Air conditioner didnt work. Rooms need repairs. The hotel is showing its age with ripped carpets in the common areas. All the pool chairs were not usable due to tearing of the seats. Breakfast was good but all areas of this hotel needs a deep clean / repair.

Service was great. Property needs updated, mostly the bathrooms. Cheap materials, all the showeres are gross, gross appearance as if no one cleans them...despite me going to purchase cleaning solutions it still appeared to be dirty.

The front desk staff was helpful. The room had not been dusted in quite a while, wouldn't matter for someone with no allergies. In fairness it was Christmas week, but housekeeping service was pretty much non-existent--we were there Monday 12/23-Friday 12/27. Staff at front desk say rooms are scheduled to be renovated floor by floor in early 2025. Probably won't stay there again.

Check in was easy and the beds were comfortable. The room needed to be dusted, specifically baseboards and the lamp. The floor around the bed didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. There were crumbs or something on the ground.

When arriving to the room the bedding was dirty, after requesting new bedding multiple times we received dirty beddings again or the original bedding was put back on the bed. The bedding had blood stains and hair on it. I received no sort of compensation from the property. I would not recommend staying here and I would not stay here again.

Room was comfy but disappointed that with this being a Hilton that the room wasn’t as clean as expected. The couch had stains on it and the floor in the kitchenette area was dirty that still had pet food on the floor from the previous guest.

This hotel is in a great location, room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom had the sink in the room and shower and toilet behind a door. Personally I prefer the entire bathroom behind the door for less noise and light.

The breakfast was great and they had a very nice area to sit outside. The rooms we were given were nice but needed some updating. The shower was either very hot or very cold and the bed was very uncomfortable. In addition, the studio with a separate bedroom I booked on line with two queen beds was not what we were given.

Clearly, the hotel was renovated at one point. But the furniture was old, dated, had chips and scratches and they had visible stains on the couch and curtains. The bed was an old, low spring mattress. These are all likely because they allow pets. It was busy, but I was solo travelling and don’t mind a busy hotel. The location wasn’t the best in terms of getting to things. If you just need a nightstay out of emergency its not the worst. It’s motel quality but with a beautiful lobby and great amenities. Probably won’t stay here when I return.

Nice hotel with suites offering a separate living area from the bedroom and a relatively well stocked. Kitchen. Keep in mind if you want the sofa bed in the living area made up you are going to have to make it up yourself - Other than that it was a good 2 nite stay for us

Pillows were thin and lacked any support or body. Walls were also thin, so you could hear any noise from the hallway (like doors to other rooms shutting). A lot of the furniture/fixtures in our room were very worn. Pool and breakfast were great. Staff were great. Charged us a $25 “hold” that we could use for snacks in the lobby (but wouldn’t not charge it to us even though we knew we weren’t buying any snacks) that they said would be refunded after we left. Grounds outside well kept. Was an okay hotel but wouldn’t be hard pressed to go back.

The hotel was just as presented in the app. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very gracious and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. The quality was very good for the price paid.

Overall this place is pretty good for the price. Room is pretty good. It’s not amazing but it’s clean and nice. Staff was super nice and friendly, breakfast has a good bit of options. The main thing is that there was zero hot water, it only ever came out cold. The other thing is that the thermostat wouldn’t change either. What it was set on is what it stayed on. Thankfully it was bearable though.

Rooms and furniture desperately need updating. First room the couch was full of stains, rust around the shower and just looked worn down. Second room had worn look and not only were couch cushions stained, they also had tears in several places. Not what I’d expect for Hilton

The staff was amazing meeting our special needs for our stay the manager reached out directly in advance to ensure they could meet our need and then followed up after check in with us! This place is always a great property but the staff here make all the difference! Will stay here again as we come to Pittsburgh many times a year

I had a pleasant stay, but I particularly want to highlight the exceptional service I received. When the bathroom light in my room stopped working, the staff was very accommodating and promptly moved me to a new room. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness. The rooms were clean and moderately comfortable, which was good value for the price.

My fiancé and I Checked in around 8:30pm on July 18th, The lady who checked us in was great! Also, Lisa who was responding to my texts was an angel, she allowed me a 1pm check out due to a family hiccup. The room was exceptional! Such a lot to offer for a great price, only thing I would have changed was a taller toilet. All in all it was a great room! The breakfast was out of this world. It had more selections and better options than most of the Marriott’s I’ve stayed at. I think I’ve already recommended this specific hotel to at least 5 people in the past two days! I hope to be able to stay here again when I’m in town or just need another nightly get away. It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Clarksburg, WV.

Left the pack last year and stayed at this hotel rather than up the road. Was so pleased with my stay, convinced the rest of our sports group to stay here this year. Only a one-night stay but wish I could stay longer. Room is huge, comfortable and clean. Common areas very nice; would highly recommend in warmer seasona to take advantage of the wonderful outdoor courtyard space. Brkfast very good and fresh cut fruit and berries and real treat. The area is an upscale business complex with a few restaurants and shops right across the street. Is all walkable. Great area to go for a run. Very safe and on weekends, extremely quiet. Easy access to freeway but atop a hill so absolutely no hwy noise.

On the VERY southern outskirts of Pittsburgh, so if you have a need to be downtown quickly this is not for you! I came from Washington through backroads and was still in the countryside 8 minutes before we arrived (worried the GPS had led me astray). Seems in a very new area full of new buildings. Very new building, lots of parking, 5 restaurants across the street. Love the outdoor firepit area. Room could have been cleaner - sheets and bedding were clean and fresh (no bugs!) but fan was dusty and cabinets in the kitchen area needed a better wiping - didn't use the kitchen so not really a problem. Good variety of breakfast options, including tortillas and different types of oatmeal. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. Would stay again.

This is a spacious, fairly modern hotel with suites and kitchens. The property itself has great amenities and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dirty though. The rooms have a ton of dust and the floors are filthy along the edges. There were dishes in the kitchen of our room that were totally disgusting. There’s trash around the perimeter of the property that looks like it’s been there awhile. I love the idea of a free breakfast, but the breakfast was just ok. A little subpar to the usual hotel breakfast. I was going to have oatmeal, but the handle on the lid was pretty rusty and gross. It made me question how nasty the kitchen is. And Hiltons new addition to their breakfast bar is a taco bar. Super random and really poorly done. Plant based chorizo with sour cream and jalapeños and cheese. Not much of a taco bar. The hotel has a lot of potential, but needs a good cleaning and better breakfast.
