The property was exactly as advertised. It’s beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The little extras were a nice touch (creamer in the fridge along with a few bottled waters and a snack basket). The hosts were home (in the main house) and were friendly and invited us to join them for a glass of wine on the patio. Coach house is in a great location in Wicker Park, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay in the carriage house. Exactly as advertised and super well stocked. Very comfortable for two couples. Great location to get to all of our activities and in a safe, walkable neighborhood (with lots of restaurant options). The parking passes that were provided were an added bonus. Friendly, on-sight owners. Highly, highly recommended!

I have little to add to the other positive reviews. Communication with the host was so fast and spot on. Easy check in with a keyed entry tied to your cell phone number, so no worry about keys or forgetting a password! The carriage house is impeccably clean and very quiet even though you’re in an urban area. As it’s urban, privacy is limited and we drew the shades for the most part. We didn’t use the outdoor space, only because it was unseasonably cold. A very short walk to any number of restaurants and coffee shops. It was so fun.We have stayed in rentals for over 20 years and this was the most well stocked. You don't need to improvise with anything. Shower was lovely. Home temperature easy to control with the Nest thermostat. Bed comfy. The location is special. Easy to walk residential. Beautiful tree lined streets, very safe, and wonderful restaurants a stones throw away. We did not have a car, but if we wanted to park there seemed to be plenty of open spaces. If you are wanting to cook at home, do know that big grocery shops such as Jewel Osco, are a decent walk. Having a car, or taking an Uber or Lyft, would be best. We did the walk and it was a trek with heavy items.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this adorable coach house! The two bedroom dwelling was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed during our four night stay. The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful, which makes all the difference when you are visiting for out-of-town. In addition, the location of the property enabled us to explore the Wicker Park area on foot. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Chicago while having all the comforts of home at their fingertips.

I was in town with my wife and two sons for the holidays and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The Cariage House was incredibly clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was great with a so many great places to shop and dine we can't wait to get back and try some we missed. We have never experinced hosts who have been as quick to respond to questions from pre-booking to check out.

My husband and I stayed with our adult daughters for a family wedding. The house is just as it in the pictures. It was very clean, well appointed-light snacks and water were a nice touch after traveling. Great location! Would not hesitate to stay again!

We had the best experience here! Super clean, well stocked, comfy and super cute! Great proximity to restaurants and a busy fun street to check out! 15 min Uber to Wrigley, 30 min to airport. If you are coming to a Chicago this is a perfect place to stay. Super safe! Hosts were great as well!! 5 stars!

Easy check in with a keyed entry tied to your cell phone number, so no worry about keys or forgetting a password! The carriage house is impeccably clean and very quiet even though you’re in an urban area. As it’s urban, privacy is limited and we drew the shades for the most part. We didn’t use the outdoor space, only because it was unseasonably cold. A very short walk to any number of restaurants and coffee shops. Great location and listing accurately represented the property. A darling little cottage house on a quaint residential street in Wicker Park walking distance to many restaurants and boutiques. We were comfortable and had enough space with 2 adults and 2 young kiddos.

This place was a perfect rental for a girls trip to Chicago. Great location, walkable to so many amazing shops bars, and restaurants. All of us slept amazing with very comfortable beds, pillows, and quality sheets. We also really appreciated all the extra tiny amenities like a blow dryer, make up mirror, and of course, a wine opener. Thank you so much for the Incredibles stay

We were visiting our son and his wife and he found this property which is near their apartment in a vibrant part of of Chicago. Check-in could not be easier with coded entries at the street and the coach house. We had checked with the owners in advance to learn that there were only stairs with handrails leading up to the living quarters, but none indoors, which was important to us. This modern, tastefully decorated place is remarkably well equipped - every time I thought “We could use…” there it was! Plus items you’d not expect in a rental: a steamer, a blender, a wine rack and cooler, first aid kit, robes, a printer and on and on. Finally the location is all that you would want: a quiet place on a beautiful street. And just a half block to main streets filled with restaurants, bars, coffee houses, retail stores, etc! We loved this coach house and appreciated the owners’ attention to detail and cleanliness. We, and other extended family members, will be booking it in the future.

Great space, with everything you'd need for a weekend or two weeks! The owners were responsive and so helpful. Access was easy and the coach house is very private and quiet. Our daughter and family live nearby and we will book this house again!!

Came to Chicago for my son's birthday. I have been to Chicago several times and have stayed in several different properties, I will NOT do that again. The carriage house was perfect, luxurious, welcoming, very clean, spacious, and cannot beat the location. Although we did not cook, it has everything you would need for cooking and cocktail making. The hosts are on property and are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my future Chicago trips. Thank you to Mark and Joanne!!

We stayed over the weekend of our grandson’s graduation. The coach house exceeded our expectations. The finishes and furnishings were top-of-the line. The house had everything you want in a VRBO — the kitchen had everything we needed! The proximity to public transportation, to fabulous restaurants, and fun shopping was perfect. The hosts were amazingly accommodating and speed of communications was exceptional. The best VRBO we’ve ever had!

It was so fun.We have stayed in rentals for over 20 years and this was the most well stocked. You don't need to improvise with anything. Shower was lovely. Home temperature easy to control with the Nest thermostat. Bed comfy. The location is special. Easy to walk residential. Beautiful tree lined streets, very safe, and wonderful restaurants a stones throw away. We did not have a car, but if we wanted to park there seemed to be plenty of open spaces. If you are wanting to cook at home, do know that big grocery shops such as Jewel Osco, are a decent walk. Having a car, or taking an Uber or Lyft, would be best. We did the walk and it was a trek with heavy items.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Coach House. It's a wonderful property, convenient location close to food/coffee/train, well appointed and very comfortable. Mark and JoAnne were fabulous hosts, communicative and quick to respond. Will definitely be staying there again when I'm in Chicago.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this adorable coach house! The two bedroom dwelling was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed during our four night stay. The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful, which makes all the difference when you are visiting for out-of-town. In addition, the location of the property enabled us to explore the Wicker Park area on foot. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Chicago while having all the comforts of home at their fingertips.

We stayed over the weekend of our grandson’s graduation. The coach house exceeded our expectations. The finishes and furnishings were top-of-the line. The house had everything you want in a VRBO — the kitchen had everything we needed! The proximity to public transportation, to fabulous restaurants, and fun shopping was perfect. The hosts were amazingly accommodating and speed of communications was exceptional. The best VRBO we’ve ever had!

This place was a perfect rental for a girls trip to Chicago. Great location, walkable to so many amazing shops bars, and restaurants. All of us slept amazing with very comfortable beds, pillows, and quality sheets. We also really appreciated all the extra tiny amenities like a blow dryer, make up mirror, and of course, a wine opener. Thank you so much for the Incredibles stay

We were visiting our son and his wife and he found this property which is near their apartment in a vibrant part of of Chicago. Check-in could not be easier with coded entries at the street and the coach house. We had checked with the owners in advance to learn that there were only stairs with handrails leading up to the living quarters, but none indoors, which was important to us. This modern, tastefully decorated place is remarkably well equipped - every time I thought “We could use…” there it was! Plus items you’d not expect in a rental: a steamer, a blender, a wine rack and cooler, first aid kit, robes, a printer and on and on. Finally the location is all that you would want: a quiet place on a beautiful street. And just a half block to main streets filled with restaurants, bars, coffee houses, retail stores, etc! We had the best experience here! Super clean, well stocked, comfy and super cute! Great proximity to restaurants and a busy fun street to check out! 15 min Uber to Wrigley, 30 min to airport. If you are coming to a Chicago this is a perfect place to stay. Super safe! Hosts were great as well!! 5 stars!
