This was an excellent hotel for us. It was very clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. Our rooms all had fridges, tea and coffee, and microwave ovens. There are two Penny grocery stores very close by, and a larger Aldi about a 12-minute walk away. The hotel is in a quiet area and is a very short 3-minute walk to the Silberhornstrasse Bahn station. This was so convenient for going anywhere we wanted to in Munich. We were visiting for a meeting at the International Conference Centre, which is on the same U-bahn line, which was convenient. We were happy that we did not stay out by the conference centre because we visited around the Marienplatz and central areas each evening. The only downside is that the gym is very small and poorly equipped. If you want to use the sauna of an evening, let the front desk know about 20 minutes beforehand and you can have that experience as well :)

The hotel was close to a transport station , supermarket and other shops. The room was comfortable amd had a good shower. I was disappointed with the lift however since 1 lift had to service both guests and housekeepers. The other lift was out of order for the entire stay. I suspect it has been like that for a while. The breakfast was good yet cooked food could have been warmer and could have been varied. Another coffee machine or two could have helped too.

Das Hotel können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück super. Vom Weißwurstfrühstück, passend für München, bis zur Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte alles da. Auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit wird nochmal alles aufgelegt. Der Saunabereich ist klein war aber ausreichend. Die Lage ist klasse, 150m zur U Bahnstation und 5 Gehminuten zu verschiedene Restaurants. Das Restaurant im Hotel können wir auch empfehlen, leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder 😉

Stephan and his team looked after us very well during our 2 week stay! Such a super friendly and often very humorous front desk staff that made you feel a part of their family. They all spoke very good English too! Beautiful restaurant for evening dining or their extensive continental breakfastall. They even have laundry facilities there too (bonus). It was sad to leave but if we ever visit Munich again, this is the hotel we're staying in!

Onze kamer had goede bedden, een erg fijne douche en goed werkende airco. Kamer was voorzien van een kitchenette inclusief ruime koelkast. Genoten van het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt (ook met tafeltjes op het terras). Met de metro op 3 minuten loopafstand kun je vanuit hier heel München verkennen. Wij waren met de auto en een parkeerplek vinden in de omgeving (€11 per 24 uur) is erg lastig. €19 per dag voor een plek in de ondergrondse parkeergarage is wel pittig.

The Hotel is in a quiet, but very accessible neighborhood; subway and bus stops a few minutes away, with easy access to downtown. It is well maintained with very friendly staff. Our room, incl. the bathroom, was nice and exceptional clean, it had a kitchenette. The breakfast area is very nice decorated with plenty of seating. The breakfast is exceptionally good with lots of variety (local and international options)!! Antonella, one of the hostesses, was very friendly and attentive to what needed to be cared for, incl cleaning and setting up so that the tables were ready. We appreciated her acknowledging the guests, incl. nice friendly greeting. We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel very comfortable and highly recommend it. We have nothing negative to say and did not encounter any problems. We would stay again! One drawback was that the in-house restaurant was closed during our visit (Sept 6-10). We are sure that based on the hotel's great reputation, the restaurant would meet the same standard.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut bis sehr gut. Sauberkeit ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Klimaanlage war zeitweise defekt. Fahrstuhl defekt. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.

At check out we were incorrectly charged for restaurant dining when it wasn’t supposed to be for us. The internet connection is always drop out and slow. The access cards always having issues, we have to get it fixed multiple times during our stay. The cleaning is terrible, days cleaning is very late in the evening and for days no cleaning was done.

Tooles Hotel, gute Lage. Dicht an der U-Bahn zum Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit Balkon und großem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kapselkaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Was will man mehr. Eher ein kleines Apartment. Tägliche Reinigung mit Handtuchwechsel auf Wunsch. Kann ich gut weiter empfehlen. Werde selbst auch gerne wieder dort buchen.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was a 10 minute walk from where family was living, and the Ubahn. The room was a little small, but had many amenities. Breakfast was very good. The people at the hotel were very helpful in showing us many ways to get to the sites we wanted to see.

I arrived a couple hours before check-in, a little worried I was too early. I was soon checked into a comfortable, modern room. It even had a small balcony. The room was laid out efficiently and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice little desk area I utilized. There was a nice sized closet and a small little entry area to take off your shoes. The TV even had a few English channels. The bathroom was functional with a small shower area. There's plenty of room for toiletries. The towel warmer was a nice touch. The location was excellent too. Less than a five minute walk from a subway station with a restaurant onsite. There were two grocery stores 1-3 minutes away and a bunch of additional restaurants 5-10 minutes away. All this for an excellent price. If I'm ever back in Munich, this will be my goto hotel.

Unfortunately the air conditioning/fan system was turned off. I was told the official heating season started, therefore no more a/c…..regardless of weather conditions But opening the windows made it quite loud on a Friday night, since there were people partying in the street late at night

The Hotel was quite nice. It was very clean, the front office staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious, looked recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony area after a busy day. The metro was close by and their were good restaurents within walking distance.

We were given the room where AC broke down at the evening. It was such a hassle to get a replacement and they gave another room without a check and we found out AC was not working there as well. And again we stood, argue and wait patiently to the reception for an hour to get 3rd replacement. Our luggage was scattered in 3 rooms and it took another hour to move to the 3rd room. This was not my first stay at Leonardo but first worst experience here and I am really disappointed. I am looking forward to hear from you about the actions you will take on this.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer gebucht mit Frühstück und sich gleich mit Kreditkarte bezahlt! Da mein Mann einen Termin hatte teilte ich persönlich dem Hotel mit das es ca 22 Uhr werden könnte. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte das wäre kein Problem. Als dann mein Mann um 22 Uhr einchecken wollte war kein Zimmer mehr für Ihn verfügbar. Also das geht eigentlich garnicht zumal es eine garantierte Buchung war. Er musste dann in ein anderes Leonardo Hotel City West ein Zimmer nehmen. Da er aber kein Auto dabei hatte und das Hotel viel weiter von seinem Terminort weg war musste er jeden Tag mit dem Taxi fahren und zweimal Täglich 20€ bezahlen. Das war wirklich unglaublich. Werde nie mehr das Leonardo buchen!

Stephan and his team looked after us very well during our 2 week stay! Such a super friendly and often very humorous front desk staff that made you feel a part of their family. They all spoke very good English too! Beautiful restaurant for evening dining or their extensive continental breakfastall. They even have laundry facilities there too (bonus). It was sad to leave but if we ever visit Munich again, this is the hotel we're staying in!

At check out we were incorrectly charged for restaurant dining when it wasn’t supposed to be for us. The internet connection is always drop out and slow. The access cards always having issues, we have to get it fixed multiple times during our stay. The cleaning is terrible, days cleaning is very late in the evening and for days no cleaning was done.

The Hotel is in a quiet, but very accessible neighborhood; subway and bus stops a few minutes away, with easy access to downtown. It is well maintained with very friendly staff. Our room, incl. the bathroom, was nice and exceptional clean, it had a kitchenette. The breakfast area is very nice decorated with plenty of seating. The breakfast is exceptionally good with lots of variety (local and international options)!! Antonella, one of the hostesses, was very friendly and attentive to what needed to be cared for, incl cleaning and setting up so that the tables were ready. We appreciated her acknowledging the guests, incl. nice friendly greeting. We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel very comfortable and highly recommend it. We have nothing negative to say and did not encounter any problems. We would stay again! One drawback was that the in-house restaurant was closed during our visit (Sept 6-10). We are sure that based on the hotel's great reputation, the restaurant would meet the same standard.

The hotel was close to a transport station , supermarket and other shops. The room was comfortable amd had a good shower. I was disappointed with the lift however since 1 lift had to service both guests and housekeepers. The other lift was out of order for the entire stay. I suspect it has been like that for a while. The breakfast was good yet cooked food could have been warmer and could have been varied. Another coffee machine or two could have helped too.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen, das einzige vielleicht, das es noch Porridge gibt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es gab viel Stauraum, was ich sehr begrüße 👍 Das Bad war klein aber fein und die Dusche war top mit Temperatureinstellung 👌 Super Anbindung zur U-Bahn, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Onze kamer had goede bedden, een erg fijne douche en goed werkende airco. Kamer was voorzien van een kitchenette inclusief ruime koelkast. Genoten van het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt (ook met tafeltjes op het terras). Met de metro op 3 minuten loopafstand kun je vanuit hier heel München verkennen. Wij waren met de auto en een parkeerplek vinden in de omgeving (€11 per 24 uur) is erg lastig. €19 per dag voor een plek in de ondergrondse parkeergarage is wel pittig.
