Quality Inn & Suites Bel Air I-95 Exit 77A

The pool and exercise room were closed. Why can’t companies put some kind of message on their site saying it’s closed. I won’t be using Quality Inn at Edgewood again.

The gym is always close along with the pool and all the vending machines are empty. Open the gym and the pool. People look forward to that.

It was fine. Quiet cable went out during storm WiFi goes in and out and all the facilities are down no pool laundry or gum

As of July 20th 2025 - pool out of order - Fitness center out of order - Ice machine and vending machine on 2nd floor out of order - Fridge not working, at 10am asked for it to be fixed, returned at 7pm and wasn’t fixed. Spoke to front desk and sent a maintenance man to look at it, he messed with the back and said it now works, it did not. All our travel food and dairy needed to be thrown away) - No fan in the bathroom (mirrors steam up fast) - Lightbulb out in lamp - No smoke alarm (maintenance guy said he took it out 3 days ago and will put it back soon) - Beds are comfortable but VERY noisy, every movement made the sound of an old rusted camping cot. - Cockroach fell from doorframe (twice). - Laundry out of order Positives - Room was clean and had basic necessities - Housekeeping was great and seemed to be working hard with the conditions they had. - Breakfast seemed ok, it would have been nice to see more fruit. - Ice machine on the main floor worked (it needs a mat in-front of it as ice spills and the floor gets wet and they just put a wet floor sign out) - Location is near, Walmart, Target, Aldi, Dunkin, Dennys, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express.

They might as well rename this the Out of Order Inn and Suites! I booked a room at this particular hotel because they advertised a pool and gym and my kids were really looking forward to using both. When we arrived, the first thing they did was go find where the pool and gym were, only to see big “Out of Order” signs taped to the doors. The gym was being used as a storage space and who knows why the pool was off limits. Every other vending machine and ice machine in the place had an out of order sign taped to it. The entire hotel just smelled like it was cleaned with dirty mops. Our room didn’t smell clean…the bathroom had no vent fan…so there was a mildew like odor. The “breakfast” was basically one waffle machine and some stale cereal. Needless to say, we won’t ever book here again.

This place needs to close, no juice machine at all. They treat you like they don't want your presence. Pool closed, business center closed, even the vending machine is broke. They have a coffee machine but its turned off immediately after breakfast, cups and all. And don't go into breakfast area after breakfast hours and turn on the TV. Where's I.C.E

Staff was nice. The room smelled very musty, the wallpaper was falling off the walls and was being held up by thumb tacks. The pool and laundry room were closed and the food offerings for breakfast were non-existent. There was a drunk guy in a ski mask across from us talking to himself and speaking obscenities and another drunk guy walking around in the hallway with a 5th of tequila sloshing around in his pocket. The shower curtain would not stay closed and the hot water did not work well.

Advertised in door pool and gym neither was working. Room smelled werid, side door of hotel did not lock, no juice or tea at breakfast. Felt unsafe.

POOL was closed!!! Stayed there 2 nights just so we could go swimming! No reason for it. Breakfast is just cereal. A waffle machine. Nothing else. NO free water in your room. Just a poor quality for the price. As well as the NAME! Do better.

Amenities like fitness center and pool were closed. Free breakfast limited. Good for short stay

I stay here all the tim for work but my last visit in room 202 I was bitten by bed bugs also roaches where in the room! I’ve stayed many times before and this was the only time I experienced this. Hoping it was an isolated incident but if it’s one it’s more

Roaches were crawling in my room, mold was in the hallways and it was damp in all areas. Furniture was old, wall paper was peeling from the walls. The whole facility need to be renovated.

I had to check out of this hotel at 2 AM after we found two fat bedbugs in the bed. Room 246. Have not been able to figure out how to contact hotels.com to make sure we get a refund. Now at another hotel doing laundry instead of sightseeing. This has been a disaster.

Just dirty. The bed had hair on it, crumbs, and discoloration.

Price was ok there was bugs in the room my wife got bit by something throughout the night the area around the tub has mold growing around it and it leaked

Not only was there black mold in the bathroom and ceiling in the sleeping area, I was woken up 2 of the 3 nights I stayed to other guests fighting very loudly in the hallway - right in front of my door. My AC did not work either!

Mold. And smokers

DISGUSTING! Do not stay here. Black mold in bathroom, stomach churning odors, peeling carpet, police in the back parking lot, unfriendly employees, terrible breakfast.

Room was infested with roaches. Staff offered no solution.

The bed that makes too much noise, everything is old, no change of sheets, no bread or egg for lunch and the duration due to lunch which is really restricted from 6am to 9am And there was a lady who complained about her room because nothing was in good condition even the card to open the door

Ac is not cooling and is very noisy

Wasn’t a lot of food choices nearby. The second I entered the lobby it smelled like mold. My room smelled like mold. There was a spider in the shower. The ice maker wasn’t working on the second floor. The beds were on some platform with springs. They made so much noise when you got on and off the bed or when you rolled over.

My room door didn’t lock so that was a safety issue. The wash cloths and towels weren’t replenished. There was mold all in the bathroom tub

If you need a cheap place for one night to stay, this place could work for you. Staff was friendly and a lovely cleaning lady helped us get into the room, we were having trouble getting in. But I think that was more of a me problem. The room was okay. I had to lift up the door with the handle to lock it, kinda sketched me out. They sweep the dirt from the rooms into the hallways to then vacuum it up. We booked everything from Expedia so the checking in and out part barely took more than a few moments. Bathrooms looked and smelled clean. The beds were okay, pretty average for a hotel. I did get deterred when I found someone else's hair on my pillow. The fitted sheets were put onto the bed inside out. I dont know if thats normal for hotels, or if its cleaners just being lazy and dont want to put new sheets on the bed? I've only stayed at a handful of hotels throughout my life.

The beds need improving. Very noisy when you move around and sinking in a bit

Walls seem very thin, had a woman shouting on the phone at 7 am in the lobby and could hear the person on the phone as well as her.

We stayed at this hotel in June. The second floor ice maker was out of order. Stayed her again OBVIOUSLY not paying attention to where I was booking….. ice maker STILL broken. The first room they put us in reeled of smoke. They moved us and it was better….. still a little dicy. Will remember next time!!!

Came for lacrosse tournament. Shower is very outdated with water pressure being very slow, mold. The TV is very outdated with no modern applications.

Staff very unfriendly I asked to speak to manager and there apparently was not on available or they lied I was accused of being someone I’m not just because names were similar they had a photo of person accusing me of and age when they were half my age and clearly different person but the staff behind the counter was a jerk and still expected me to pay for the room and reservations etc….. Place smelled old and bathroom and parking lot was not very clean so maybe it was all for the best. Holiday Inn Express was a little bit more money but most times you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately i didnt get the gentleman's name who checked me in. May have been the manager. But he was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Professional, kind and personable.

Staff is terrible. They only want your money, and once you have gave them your money, your all on your own. All facilities ( pool, gym, etc.) don't work, and when you question them about it, they will tell you that they will never be open. My shower curtain rod was broken, therefore water got on the floor. When I told them about it, they ignored me. Terrible place, and the staff doesn't really care about there host.

while the outdoor property looked nice and up kept, the inside was dirty and looked run down. all vending machines, ice and food, were out of order. pool and gym was disgusting and filthy. staff was nowhere to be found during check-in or check-out. i waited about 35 minutes total to check-in and check-out, because the clerks were nowhere to be found. hotel offers "free complimentary breakfast," from 6am-9am weekdays, and 7am-10am on weekends. spoiler alert: there was no breakfast; just coffee. tv in the room was broken. it had sound, but no picture. my fiancé and i literally had to "turn it off then turn it back on again" multiple times; to no avail, tv never actually turned on. the complementary towels smelt awful. they smelt like an old folks home; like fish. bed sheets had stains on them, as if someone prior had an accident in the bed. there was only one elevator and we were roomed on the whole opposite side of the building. not that much of a big deal, but if you plan on staying for a while and you have a lot of bags, please reconsider for a building that has elevators closer to your room.

The front desk attendant seemed more concerned with rule following than helping the customer, and was less than courteous (rude and condescending) in communication of those rules. The property had a pool but did not communicate its closure online; only upon arrival when it was too late to make other accommodations was this disclosed with an offer of a full refund for cancellation of reservation. Breakfast was bleak, with no decent cereal choices, a pathetic waffle bar, no fruit or fruit juice available (no OJ for breakfast, is this a third-world country?!), and a pathetic waffle bar. The room was ok, except that there were no USB plugs, and, having expected them to be in the room, I was unable to charge any devices as I did not bring a cube.

Great price on Hotel.com. Front desk excellant, cleaning crew great job! Room was clean bathrooms clean. Just need overall updating the crew does well with what they have. So 4 star and a but!

This hotel is great. They have the perferct name "Quality". The managers and the staff are friendly and professional.

Convenient and affordable

Solo dad on vacation, just looking for a good night's sleep on budget. Quality Inn came through for a very pleasant stay. Great A/C that was quiet, clean, spacious, actually had electrical outlets for my laptop and accessories. Nice water pressure for shower, adjacent parking, first floor so no stairs. Friendly check in. Nearby amenities.

Definitely a budget option, not in the best shape, but it’s worth the money considering the location and proximity to everything. Nearby food too.

Free breakfast was the worst thing about my stay. No juice options. Coffee was poorly made extremely dark. Apples were the only fruit and they were bad on the inside. Although there was a waffle maker the batter didn’t rise when cooked

The room is great. I can’t complain about that. Everything is clean. Looks like they took very good care of housekeeping, housekeeping you know on point however the breakfast was horrible. It’s not even a healthy breakfast. There was nothing to drink but some dry coffee I cannot. It’s hard to explain Apples and waffles that you make yourself. You can’t even call this a continental breakfast. It’s actually the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel so if someone’s going here, don’t go there expecting to get anything to eat in the morning time go to the Waffle House across the street.
