Suite was clean, had a separate living room with an extra tv, microwave, fridge, and sink. Room included breakfast which was a variety of foods, plentiful and tasty! Staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Bathroom a bit outdated but just fine! Had indoor pool but we arrived too late to use

The room was good. Beds comfortable, shower hot. We were pleased to find out there was a guest washer and dryer since we’ve been traveling awhile. We appreciated the fact the motel was just off 95. The pool was great. Lastly they called to let me know I left my iPad. This was greatly appreciated.

The smell in the hallways was terrible. The pool was closed and remodeling was going on - though we never actually saw anyone working on the hotel- boxes were strewn about in every cranny. I don't know if there had been something sprayed to mask the smell of something else, but it was overwhelming and actually gave me a headache. The sad thing is, this could be a nice hotel.

Okay for a quick stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating but the facility is not as well kept as I had hoped. The furniture was old and somewhat corroded, the carpet in the room was sticky and had obviously not been vacuumed (I always pack slides and slippers). The pool looked nice but did not seem well maintained as there was film around the walls at the water line and the water was cloudy.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel had an overwhelming smell, a strong smell of air freshener, not a neutral smell. The room was large and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The exterior of the property was very rough and could use some updating. My children enjoyed the pool, it was clean.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean and have really comfortable beds. There’s a ton of parking and without the high rates. My favorite part is that there’s a functioning gym which is kept clean and in good condition regardless that it doesn’t seem to be used much. Personally I feel like it’s my own private gym LOL. The front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly. They work really hard at making the property clean and inviting. The property is undergoing some updates and renovations but the staff works hard to mitigate the noise so you don’t get inconvenienced. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a weekend getaway on a budget or need to spend a few nights while on a trip. There’s a few places within a short drive as far as dining options or you can walk over to the nearby Dennys, next door. It’s convenient to find as it’s right off of the highway. I’ve definitely made it one of my favorites to stay when I’m in town.

We were beyond disappointed from the beginning with all of the wear and tear that the building had and the fact everything was outdated. The smell was really bad when you entered the room. We could tell the overuse of air fresheners throughout the building was being used to mask something. In the sitting room part there was a ton of mold in the air conditioner the rug was stained and dirty making freshly cleaned socks brown. The couch was stained. The walls had stains and liquid dripping all over them, they have not been cleaned in quite sometime. Once we saw the cockroaches climb on the walls in the food area and fridge, we were done. If it wasn’t close to midnight with three children sleeping we would’ve left then and there. We did mention the issue to the front desk worker who offered to move us but you should know, infestation doesn’t just stay in one room. In the morning we found the fridge stopped working and no longer was keeping our items cold. We pulled out the fridge to confirm the plug, and there was MANY cockroaches running around. I tried best to video what was seen but it doesn’t do justice to just how gross that was.

Room was neglected. We got in at 7:50 and no one came to the front desk until almost 8:10…. Room was not cleaned, shower was disgusting with a broken shower head, and toilet was never cleaned either.

The place needs a good deep cleaning. The room was pretty dirty especially the floors. Common areas were not the cleanest either. Even the elevator was dirty.Good enough for a quick stay and if you just need a place to sleep and shower.

The hotel was beyond dirty, we wouldn’t even use the shower. An overwhelming smell of air fresheners everywhere.. what were they trying to cover up. Run down and felt like a truck stop. I can’t believe I even paid

The Hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom shower was not very clean. There was mold in the corners and the shower head didn't have very much pressure.

It’s a good place to stay if you’re visiting the area. It’s easily accessible from the highway and there’s a Denny’s open till midnight if you get in late. The staff is nice and welcoming. The hotel is 3 levels but the third floor is being remodeled and updated. There is breakfast available in the morning everyday. The options are alright but I wish there was more variety in the options. The WiFi is always dropping and losing connection so working from the room was rough at times. This is a good place to stay and the staff works hard to keep it clean. They’re really friendly and try to accommodate the guests. Understand that the third floor is closed for renovations and you can’t hear the noise of the builders hammering and banging away. Even so they really try to accommodate the guests as best they can. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting.

Had a decent stay. The beds were nice and the people working the font desk were nice. The bathroom was the size of a closet and where i was looking forward to a ni e long bath because i only have showers in my rental i had a shower in my bathroom that was barely big enough for my husband to fit in. Took the kids down to the pool and there were bugs and clumps of hir floating in it and it was freezing. My kids did say that when they had gone down earlier with my husband it was clean. I know they were doing some work on the hotel as it looked like it had just been bought out by Wyndham as the old sign was still out front. I definitely couldnt complain about the location we had a gas station right out front and a dennys and waffle house in walking distance along with a small strip building that had a donut shop and smoke shop in it. It was also 20 mins from the book con venue that i was there for and only 7 min from cracker barrel and several other restaurants. Definitely a decent place to stay if you are in town for Read The Rainbow book signing.

We had a suite that was nice and spacious. The room was slightly outdated but not terrible. You can tell Wingate is trying to fix the place up. Our shower was impossible from running water out of the shower into the bathroom, can not be avoided. There was also some wood rot on the wall and doorframe caused by this. Bathroom door also impossible to a guy closed

It is not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a great place to stay after a long ride, walking around DC, or doing anything in the area. The room was great, very spacious. I had a family of seven and we weren't on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable, and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. They are under construction to make the place even better. My only issue and I didn't even bring it up, was the water pressure in the shower. I had to put it on the jet setting to feel like I was actually rinsing the soap off my body and hair. Otherwise everything was great for the price and it was a awesome stay.

We liked that they had brand named yogurt for breakfast, instead of the crappy yogurt at La Quinta and Quality. Also, this place was very clean, and we liked their "no pets" policy. The only draw back was the queen size room. It was way too small.

Not sure how they took pictures that look half decent because the property definitely doesn’t match. The staff was rude when we were checking in and throughout our stay. The “breakfast” is a joke unless you only plan on eating waffles and waiting for the one waffle maker. Other guests were smoking in the room’s & hallway and we could smell it inside our room. We called the desk and they didn’t seem to care. For the price I’ll definitely be staying somewhere else on our next trip.

I stayed for 2 nights, on check out day it is 11:03 am and the housekeeper is knocking on the door very hard telling us it’s check out time and we have to leave, it was literally 11:03…. 3 minutes past the check out time we were on our way out anyways. That was very rude and uncalled for.

It’s a good place to stay if you’re visiting the area. It’s easily accessible from the highway and there’s a Denny’s open till midnight if you get in late. The staff is nice and welcoming. An easy place to stay just off the highway when going to the area to photograph the eagles at Conowingo Dam. Note that it is 30 minutes from the dam NOT 15 minutes as the promo literature says!

The drawer on the TV stand was held closed with tape or it would open on its own, the cabinet in front of the fridge was crumbling, the AC whined whenever it cycled on, the shower was super slick and had hairs on the wall. The location was good and the staff was friendly, but the facility needs upkeep.

My son liked the fact of the inside pool, but hated that breakfast was cut off so early. I got out by people with toddler kids so early in am getting woken up to kids crying & people yelling in the hallway.

Property was clean. Rooms appeared to be well attended. The breakfast was very good featuring a waffle maker and fresh coffee. Beds were comfortable as well. The only annoyance was the pre register is useless in that you have to do it all again upon check in. Not a big deal, just annoying. It was a good stay and I would recommend you stay. Great price for the stay l.
