Alot of the 1st floor was under construction, but that didn't both us really. We stayed on second floor. Easy parking. Super accessible. Clean with shower/tub, fridge, microwave, cable, hair dryer. Front desk was pleasant and gave us what we needed. Not fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy. Just nice, clean, affordable, with nice staff. We were happy. Stayed 2 nights.

The beds were soft, a/c worked well, microwave and fridge were clean. Needed more blankets, not the cleanest. Hair in the sink and on counter when we 1st got there. Sheets not super clean. Had to keep the top sheet down. Very quiet and good parking.

Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Room had a small fridge which came in handy. We were disappointed in the room based on cost and distance from Grand Haven, figured it’d have been much nicer. Not terrible but definitely wouldn’t book it for more than one night. No real lobby either, just a room with chairs. Worst part of our stay was the terrible smell of cigarettes reeking in the room…

This is a good basic hotel. We needed a place for one night. We didn’t need a pool, etc. No breakfast, but coffee in the small lobby. Ice machine was broken, but got ice by asking at the front desk. Room had a small fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

The room we had was in very poor shape. Every tile in the bathroom floor was loose or broken. We wore flip flops so that we didn’t cut our feet on the tiles. The bathtub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in several inches of water at the end of my shower. I didn’t have high expectations, but I was still disappointed.

Upon first entering the hotel it seemed fine. Average hotel for a couple nights stay. The front desk staff was nice enough. When we got to our room we noticed it was quite old and outdated. There was a light right outside our window that make it really hard to sleep. Noise from the street was also loud. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was a stain on the toilet seat. Overall it was pretty shoddy and we wouldn’t stay here again. The good thing is that it was close to a lot of things (good restaurant right across the street) and we were close to where we needed to be.

I chose this motel as a last minute option on a work trip. It’s located by many restaurants and is affordable. The room was clean and very basic. Since the motel is on the main road, it’s very loud all night long. The bed was terrible. The mattress needs to be changed since it was worn out with little support. I didn’t get much sleep during my stay.

The mattress was awful. The bathtub faucet has a constant leak. The electric outlet plate was cracked and partially missing. Toiletries were very cheap for the $173 per night cost to stay there. Linens were clean, no odors and the furniture isn’t bad. Vanity counter top is nice and newer. Tv was great too. Definitely needs to repairs to the building and upgrades to walkway, a lot if it is very outdated. Lamp shade had a hole in it. Not worth the price of the room.

It is tourist season here in Grand Haven. I booked my room with Hotels.com and was told that there was a computer glitch. I was asked to leave and work it out with Hotels.com. I told them I would not leave without a full refund.

Desk attendant was awesome. Gave me all kinds of suggestions for activities and dining. Only bad thing was it looks like the tub needs some caulk. Could potentially become an expensive fix if not addressed soon. Bed was clean and comfortable and that's what really matters.

They apparently don't change linens until after your stay is complete. I asked for a minimum of fresh towels and after 5 days and 2 requests I went to the laundry area and they changed them there. My room was not touched for 6 consecutive days.

Tried to contact the property multiple times the day of check-in no one would answer the phone. Received a phone call from the hotel mid evening could not understand the gentleman calling arrived at the hotel, and they could not get the credit card to except in the machine and so I had to walk out at 11 o’clock at night with my kids with no place to stay. So no this was not a good stay. Bank shows that there was adequate available credit but the gentleman could not figure out how to work and process the charge on

Stayed 4 days with my 3 kids. The rooms are okay - not worth $165 a night. The door is supposed to be secure - yet I could see the light come through and when we locked the door from the inside all my toddler has to do was pull the handle down and it unlocked. The guy who checked me in tried arguing with me told him I can take my $$ somewhere else. They did not come at all during our stay to change the garbage or provide towels. It was just okay, much rather spend the extra $40 and go to a hotel that’s way nicer. The fridge wasn’t wiped down. The desk was greasy and the bathroom was falling apart toilet wasn’t secure either. The bottom of the tub was gross had to clean it myself before I let my children even take a bath. The only good thing about this motel was the location!

Overall good spot if you’re staying in Grand Haven. 5 minute drive from the beach areas and downtown. It’s a quality little motel room for the price. I would stay again.

The hotel is run by very nice people who make sure you are satisfied with your room and your stay. Although the hotel is older, it is well maintained and clean. The shower could have used new caulking and a new tub (or painting), but it was clean. The bottom line is this is a very friendly hotel, in a great, safe location, and it is very reasonable on it's price. For that you get a nice hotel room that is maintained fairly well, and run by very nice people.

The room was clean, but the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose like they were not put in or grouted properly. There was a refrigerator in the room but no coffee maker. They do not offer a continental breakfast but had a couple thermos' of coffee (was not very good). We were only there for the night, but would not stay there again if we were in that area.

The room was small but clean. Ice machine close by. No breakfast (as advertised), the lobby had coffee but none available in the room. The room had a good shower. Lots of restaurants to drive to, not too far from hotel. We had a hard time finding the hotel at first because the tree blocked the sign. Visible in the other direction with no problem.

As far as hotels go it was ok. There was no service except for a coffee machine in the front office. which we did not use. we asked about the area - for tax or uber or where we could shop. staff did not know. Being as we were there a short time I can only say the hotel was ok.
