Overall the stay was good the shower was poor and the bar had a poor selection of beverages breakfast was disappointing but location was spot on but the cars speeding around the hotel overnight doing their best fast and furious audition was slightly annoying but with the black out shutters closed helped limit the noise.

Checkin was a breeze. There was a bus of tourists checking in and I was concerned I’d be waiting an hour to check in behind them but I got waived right to the front as they were being checked in as a single group, which I greatly appreciated. Room was very nice and very clean. The room is absolutely sound proof. We chose to sleep with the window open and still could barely hear anything. Parking is included with your stay and the instructions were very clear. The singular downside was the shower. The shower head holder was loose and rusted so the shower head couldn’t stand upright, and when you tried to adjust the overall height, the whole thing would come apart. The water temperature also changed rapidly from ice cold to boiling lava hot as well. Even having had this happen however I absolutely would stay at the hotel again.

Nice hotel and you can walk to the airport in 15 minutes safely. The only downside there is no restaurant in the hotel, so if it rains you will need to walk 10 minutes to find options.

Room was decent but the carpets through out the hotel are dirty. Hotel is a wee bit banged up in spots. Another check in customer took my car keys from the front desk and for 1/2 hour we were in a panic. WE didn't the complementary breakfast. Be aware the bed comes with two comforters(King bed). No top sheet. Weird if your from the states.

Very clean and bright hotel rooms. This was a fantastic place to stay for a quick stopover for our trip. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Affordable and included free parking! Was recommended Marta’s restaurant just 2 minute drive away by the front desk for traditional Austrian food and it was fun to go there and try new things.

Check-in was quick because I completed online check-in. Unfortunately the Guest Mobility pass wasn't sent to me but a 24 hour pass is under €5. The best part of the hotel is waking up to a mountain view in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel overnight before driving to Innsbruck the next day. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the airport and is a walking distance, but not if you are travelling with children or heavy luggage. The TV was very small and did not work. The TV could not be reset and there was no telephone to call reception. The breakfast was of good quality but the breakfast room was small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Overall this hotel was good for a one night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. There is a Designer Outlet Mall nearby that is useful if you like shopping and there are some local eateries nearby.

Ideale Lage für ein Wochenende mit Outlet und Altstadt. Klasse: Kapselmaschine und Wasserkocher und Mini-Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern. Schade: sehr schmales „Doppelbett“ und eine gemeinsame Bettdecke. Ausblick auf die Berge auf dem obersten Etage klasse. Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Hotel!

All good. Checked in time the gentleman named Wasim ( from Tunisia) was so friendly and easy going made our checked in experience so much fun and great. We had mobility pass the next day and the lady printed for us was repeatedly *4 times printed wrong details and last copy received was printed wrong name again but finally a guest queue behind told us just use it as we needed bar code to scan on public transport. Overall everything was great. We will come back again

The airport was wuite a long way from.the hotel so we don't think it should be advertised as an airport hotel. We had to move into 3 different rooms - The button on the heater was broken in two rooms and then the very rude and surly mansger accused my partner of having broken them! He was not at all helpful.or pleasant. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr schwer zu verstehen, nicht nur wegen der Sprachkentniss sondern auch weil sie sehr leise, schnell und unverständlich sprach. Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Servierteller mit den Speisen eher leer.

Excellent staff, hotel was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us, but the front desk went above and beyond to fix it, arranged alternative upgraded accommodation, paid extra garage fees, offered a free taxi… Very nice warm and supportive people, the warmest help I’ve got in awhile…

Hotel was just what I needed after arriving at 10pm. Reception staff really friendly, room was lovely, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast buffet had a great variety. Hotel very peaceful , had a supermarket and shops nearby, and 5 minutes walk to get the no 10 bus to centre of Salzburg. Hotel can sell you an all day travel pass. Its in a business/shopping area so not scenic but was cheaper than city holtels, and there seemed to be quite a few European families staying with kids.
