Very friendly staff. Hotel is undergoing renovation's but it did not affect our stay as only there one night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall we had an excellent experience here!

Stevie, at check in was a delight. Cindi, at check out was delightful as well. Enjoyed the cozy room. However, no USB charger slots in the room. The construction dumpster was a mess, in and around. Over-all the stay was very restful and pleasant.

Staff not friendliest, elevator broken, 2nd floor smelled of paint. No towels at indoor pool. Not comparable to the room booked.

Accessible to highway and good parking. Helpful staff and clean facility which is what I value!

I trserved two rooms. One room the TV didn't work. Although I was disappointed, I decided to keep the room. Then the toilet didn't flush. Then I asked for another room. For the inconvenience, I thought I would have received an adjustment, but I did not. Actually I may have been over charged. My basic rate quoted was $139 for the night. I was traveling in Uhaul truck and could not park on the lot. There was concern because all of my belongings were in the truck.

It was nice. Breakfast was good. No hot tub in pool area.

Hotel was nice. Room was very small. Absolutely the worst breakfast ever at a major chain. Really bad. There were no towels for pool or gym for our entire stay. Was extremely hot in the common areas.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Tv was nice and easy to work.

The room was dirty, gum stuck on dresser the edges were sticky bed sheets not the right size rolling up showing dirty mattresses and the shower didnt work. I have stayed at many fairfields before and this was the worst I ever stayed at. When I checked out and told the manager of my issues and was told "we are having help problems and I am new sorry". I will never stay at this one again and have second thoughts of stay at any others.

Erica and the staff were very nice and helpful. They accommodated me with a planned early check in and were flexible when my travel made me late. While this is not a “fancy” hotel, it’s near immaculate. The only semi-negative was the breakfast was a bit funky. However I did come down late so it had been sitting for a while. On a positive note, the fact they had a hot breakfast selection at all was a huge plus. Thank you.

Was there for 5 nights they charged me again upon arrival , apologized for the mistake said the charge was reversed but couldn't and never provided a reciept , The 1st and second night we didn't much need heat , but the next day was very cold the thermostat didn't work then to learn the heat didn't work not even turning it on manually on the unit , So eventually they switched our room to the took next door where the microwave didn't work , I tried to use another outlet and I was so grossed out when checking behind the cabinet to plug it in elsewhere ,seeing food items and garbage , I called and informed the front desk , also I explained this to the GM the next morning before I left for the day she said that she is aware of the filth and that they are deep cleaning next week. I left in shock , when I returned later that day she seemed confused of what I was even talking about ... She didn't much want discuss anything with me she was very short and she didn't want to understand that the first room had a heat issue the 2nd room the microwave did not work even if plugged in a different outlet ; that's how I discovered the mess behind the cabinet ,I figured they'd replace the microwave issue when I was gone at least , but they didn't ... I felt she was so short with me but she seemed so attentive to the male guest every time I saw her .By far was it like any other Marriott experience i've ever encountered .

My room was also marked and my daughter had to change it herself. The tv stopped working and I was told to unplug it for 5 minutes and try again because they don’t have maintenance on the weekend. We asked about housekeeping they said they only service the room every three days. We asked for more trash bags since they weren’t coming to clean. That was around 10 am. At 10 pm, still no trash bags. I called front desk again and she asked me if I minded coming to get them. I said. “Yes, because we had requested them this morning.” She copped an attitude and brought me extra large black industrial size “body bags” trash bags, just to be funny. Mr Tom McGee was very polite and attempted to listen to my complaints. However, sadly, he was trying to do everything, late night check in, morning breakfast, restocking requests, and front desk. I asked for a room credit.

My husband and grandson had to switch rooms because of the condition of the sofa bed mattress with very big visible stains, crumbs and or dirt present. The room that they were moved to wasn't prepared either, dirty linen was left on the bed.

They claim they still follow Covid protocol so they typically only service rooms every 3rd day. When I explained that Covid is over the staff member got really short with me and told me she'll put my request for service in. When I arrived back that evening, towels we're changed, lights were left on, and bed was left unmade and no replenished coffee. In addition, the hot breakfast included with the room was left empty with many folks coming for breakfast and leaving disappointed, myself included.

Very clean, easy access to freeway or town. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Room clean spacious.

The property looked well maintained. Our shower in the room needs a little attention, we had a difficult time turning the shower on, but the bathroom was very clean. I am hoping the breakfast is delicious tomorrow.

TV, coffee maker did not work, air conditioning temperature had to be kept very low otherwise the room became stuffy.

This place is old and very dated. My first room had no bathroom light (the only bulb was out) and the TV would not turn on. They moved us to a new room and this TV was on “100” on volume and I could barely hear it. Stay at Courtyard Marriott Cartersville. 😵\u200d💫

It was a short drive, about three minutes, to many good restaurants. The room accommodations were a good value with a bed that had good support and was comfortable. I; additionally, enjoyed the powerful shower head.

The sink in our room was draining slow. There was no shampoo in the dispensers. The toilet 🚽 kept running. Other than that, a no thrills great stay.

The staff putting out breakfast was fabulous. The beds were uncomfortable and there was a lot of outside noise

As a couple who avidly travel for work and leisure due to military life and travel nursing ,. And until this last trip for thanksgiving it had been many years since I’d been met w such a horrible INHOSPITABLE CHECKOUT STAFF. we checked into this hotel late late thanksgiving night after having driven 3 hours early thanksgiving morning from outside of Birmingham Alabama where my hubby was working a 24 hr shift . I picked him up from base and off we went to north of atl (cartersville Georgia ) where my parents recently relocated a few years ago We arrived in time for my husband to nap on the sofa after the game while I on the other hand hit the kitchen full speed and cooked til 1230 that night . So around 1am we checked in and until the next morning never left our room. I woke early in horrible pain, I could barely move I could just rock w tears streaming down my face no clue what was wrong and away from my doctors , my husband went to wash our dirty clothes and spoke to front desk she acted as tho she cared and said she could extend our checkout til 1 pm to help . This was 940 am. From11-1245,the maid was banging the phone would ring but she would hang up and not speak, they cut off our key cards and everyone else’s at 10am and then cut off our internet after hearing my husband in bkground on his game !!! They were rude and began to threaten to charge our card : I quickly said SO DO IT! then she wouldn’t speak to me when I would call down to ok it. DO NOT STAY HERE

I booked thru Expedia I had a paid receipt and hotel had computer issues . They let us check in and in the morning the manager said for me to pay again or they where calling police .I tried to book on Marriot app but it wasn’t working either . Manager at this location did not answer phone when staff tried call to help . This same manager that was calling police . She said she has to kids more important then customers lobby full of people and she wanted to not try and fix issues . I am a Marriot vacation owner smh . Manager was the problem . Apparently they tried to wake me up to deal with this after midnight . This stay was on my why back from my mom funeral and I had to leave in a.m for local work . This should have not happened this way .

Front desk staff who checked us in was helpful and polite and personable . Best one in the multiple hotel stays throughout our trip.

Our stay at the Fairfield was nice and quiet, with easy access off the I75. Breakfast had a wide selection and opened at 6:30am. The staff, Wil, was very friendly and even gave us a welcome package upon check in, which was greatly appreciated.

Did not accommodate Breakfast for everyone. Breakfast was from 6 am until 9 am. That schedule doesn't work for everyone. That only accommodates the staff at the hotel. The heck with the guests.
