Gravel roads all around the property, paint missing in many places from the walls, broken desk handle, main light did not work so when I walked in the room at night, it was pitch black and groping the walls to find another switch. Front desk personnel had no manners. Bed comforter had over 10 cigarette holes in it, lamp shades miss-matched, wi-fi did not work and carpet was disgusting. My key card did not work 3 separate times so I had to go down to the office to get it fixed. Stairwells are disgusting. To say this is one star is a reach.

All around horrible experience, hotel had no signage. Hidden behind a construction site. Room had cockroaches in it. Bed had cigarette burns in blankets. TV had no remote, TV smaller than a hospital TV. No continental breakfast. I could go on about the issues, but I highly do not recommend staying here.

Give this place a zero of I could. Anniversary got the jacuzxi room only one they had. Get there pool is closed , no phone in room , tv no channel , and once it got dark roaches came out everywhere. Was told by Expedia to stay out bc it was so late to get another room and they would contact front desk. Then was told bc I did t go to desk I could get any refund.

The stay was to visit my mother who lives in the area. The hotel has a great deal of transients walking about the property which made me uncomfortable to leave my vehicle on the property. As well as construction going on on the site as well, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Over all there was noise from the surround tenants due to transients walking about during the evening hours.

Overall, for a “cheap” room; I would say it checked the box! The room didn’t have any air conditioning on so the room was hot and smelled like it had been shut up for a while. The exterior of the facility looked as if it was abandoned. We were only 1 room of about 7 booked. Things could use a good cleaning and updating

Dirty room very old cigarette burns on bedspread. Mattress old not comfortable not sure if a safe area. Did not sleep well worried about vehicle. Get what pay for it was a quick cheap place to sleep. Will not make this mistake again. Look like an abandoned hotel in the tear away from the road front. High weeds and broken rails torn curtains and questionable doors shut.

The price was amazing, that should have said it all. Walking in the door, the carpet looked nasty, like it’s never been shampooed. The bedspread had cigarette burns and stains all over it. The hot tub looked dingy and the mirror around it was broken in several places. The cocking around hot tub was also messed up and dirty. There were roaches crawling on it! There were patches on the wall that were repaired but not repainted. On the plus side, there wasn’t any bed bugs and the floor in the bathroom was pretty!

It was cheap, and I guess you get what you pay for.the AC didnt work well and the fluid feom the unit lwft the carpet wet and smelly. The sink had rust and dis not.have a stopper so it made rinsing contact lenses very risky. You couldn't take a bath because it too was rusty mold and no stopper. The front sesk was vwey friendly and welcoming.

They double book the room I booked! I was offered another room but my husband is 6’6 and can’t sleep on a queen bed, found a king bed room but could not get in with the key. I go back to the desk she comes to the room and she can get in either. I had to cancel and I’m not sure if I can get a refund

There was a man there I think he's the maintenance man he was disrespectful hollered at me cause i was standing outside of my room smoking and he started saying u better not be smoking in my Room and I asked him if he owned this motel and he said yes I might as well own it I've been here for 17 year's!! All the other employee's were very nice and respectful This man needs his attitude changed if he's going to work in public!!

The woman at the office couldn’t see the screen without a magnifying glass. She put me in the back of the motel. The room was infested with bugs. Luckily the next woman at the desk made everything right and put me in the correct room. That 1st woman was like one of those “Wrong Turn” individuals.

We checked in the room was disgusting and the lady at front desk refused to give her name of help. The property was unsafe. Construction and police was there because people were doing drugs. It was a very unsafe environment for me so after trying to get help with front desk who did not help I left and checked out at 9:37pm. When I received my receipt I realized the check out was for tomorrow and I went back into front desk and she was very uncooperative and disrespectful to change the time on my receipt and refused to give her name. I want a full refund. I have pictures of the room and how disgusting it was.

As with the last time I stayed, there was a big crack in the bathroom, this time in the shower. The soap dish was hanging by a thread. The mirror was also cracked, but comfort and cleanliness were in good supply. I was a little disappointed to see a couple of roaches this time: one adult and one baby, seen on different days. There's a nice room for breakfast, but they only offer coffee and juice. That wasn't a problem for me this time, but it's another way in which the property has unrealized potential.

My stay was decent and didn't experience any hardships. I didn't have any special requests. A little side note though, if you were to bring back the waffle maker that would be a simple, warming act of appreciation for the travelers to have as they get started on their endeavors of the day!
