Best Western Norwalk

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly.

Check in was very pleasant after a long tiring day of traveling, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we would like a fresh pot of coffee. I thought that was very nice. The room, hallways, and breakfast area were all clean. Our room was in the back and very quiet for us. The breakfast was much better than a more expensive hotel we had stayed at several days prior to here. The waffles were quite good as were the scrambled eggs.

Staff was nice, hotel was clean enough. Could use some upgrades

Check in was easy and the lady at the desk was kind. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were put in a connecting room and could hear our neighbor coughing in the morning like they were in the room with us. Kids were playing ding dong ditch down our hallway around 11:00 - not sure why their parents allowed that behavior. The hotel may have said something but we were trying to sleep. We did not go to breakfast and check out was quick.
