Ona Luna Park - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus

Second year in a row me and husband come here! We asked for a room with a corner balcony and got it :) The hotel is nice, clean and have a good location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options, just a bit crowded and you have to wait in line for some popular things, like the coffee. The beds are comfortable and AC worked good enough to keep the room cool during the night. In the middle of the day it was still pretty . Toilet door is just a glass panel though so better be comfortable with the one you share the room with. The best thing about this place for us is the vibe with lots of happy people as guests (mostly young Germans), and the nice pool area with two pools, lots of sunbeds and a bar with nice drinks and food. Went there every day and it's always buzzing! Thank you too Carlos and all the other nice staff at the pool for making our stay so fun and pleasant.

I’d say that the price reflects quality in this case- it was cheap break so you can’t expect anything more than average or less. What I have appreciated was the fact that room, bedding and toilet were really clean, although shower gel lasted just for one day. Door and walls are rather very thin, so I’d recommend earplugs (you can hear your neighbours and cleaning staff in the early morning). Breakfast and dinner were very monotonous and for me the worst thing was the fact that food which supposed to be hot or at least warm was cold (like eggs, pancakes, bacon…). If you didn’t get freshly prepared meat or fish, you definitely would ended up with cold dinner. Lifts will give you a heart attack every time they stop, even in your head, you know it’s going to happen but still it will get you every time (noise and shake). But I my opinion “the best” part was when a very loud fire alarm started to go off from 2am to 3:30am every half an hour! That was my last night there and I’ll never forget it! I didn’t look very rested when I’ve arrived home… I’ve asked for compensation for this very unfortunate event but was told by a very nice manager that it isn’t his fault that people smoke in their rooms and it isn’t his fault that the alarm system works really well… I was hoping that at at least I’d be allowed to stay longer in the room and have a snooze as my flight was in the evening, but unfortunately no… I’m not coming back to Seramar Luna Park but Mallorca was great as always:)

El dormitorio tiene poca iluminación eléctrica, se nota la falta de mantenimiento, baño sin capacidad de almacenaje, no hay cajones en la habitación, acceso a restaurante y piscina no aconsejable para PMR, buffet muy básico (sobre todo en el desayuno), no hay parking.

Hotel had a good location, near by the sea, shops and restaurants and it felt safe. Pools were clean which was nice. Cleaning service comes by everyday but they once forgot to change the dirty towels and they don’t change the sheets. Also the walls and doors are so thin you hear a lot from outside of your room. The check in/out was very easy and the service was nice.

Clean and nice room, cleaned every day. Air-conditioning worked very well. Nice pool area. Great location, easy access to beaches, a short walk from the hotel. Bus stop near the hotel, where you can take busses to Palma city, the shopping center and the airport. Mostly a quiet area, with not too much partying.

Iv based my review on value for money. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic but fit for purpose, the shower is poweful and the beds are comfortable, the air con is great but the wifi not so great. The location is spot on just a short but pleasant walk down the hill to the beech and main strip where there is plenty to do socially. Plenty of markets to grab snacks and drinks and loads of food places near by. Thanks for a great mini break.

The only saving grace was a decent AC unit and TWO Kind/helpful staff members (a desk worker at the side building and what seemed like the restaurant manager). Every single front desk employee was rude and impatient, like they couldn’t stand to be there talking to people or solving very simple issues like letting you into the baggage storage room to grab belongings. Every single interaction at the front desk was dreadful, but I just smiled and asked direct questions so I could stop talking to those people as fast as possible. Even a simply calm and concise person/interaction would have been an immense improvement. No WiFi. It only works in the main lobby, not the rooms. Apparently, according to a staff member, it’s only an issue for iPhones and he can’t use it either. I understand it’s a cheaper hotel, but only relative to this island. At least get proper sized WEIGHTED shower curtains, it’s only an extra 2 Euro. The curtain will stick to you in the cramped shower, and you will get water everywhere on the bathroom floor. Even the extra drain wasn’t properly designed to drain the water on the floor. Everything is just cheaper in the rooms, that was expected for the price and I’m not complaining about that. Other than my door handle nearly falling off. But the physical keys were a fun blast from the past. Food was mediocre, that’s fine.. it’s a buffet. Would have been 3 stars if the staffing knew what customer service was, given they’re in a customer service industry.

The Hotel is quite good and clean. It has 2 good swimming pools. The issues is that it's kind of a party hotel and get's full of young drunk turists, screaming and barking, with loud parties until 3am. The hotel couldn't care less about the noise... If it wasn't the noise, it would be great. Cheep breakfast for 3£

Das Hotel ist an sich okay, wenn man nicht viel erwartet und nur was zum übernachten sucht, gute Lage, Strandnah. Sauberkeit ist an sich okay, aber die Badezimmer Lösung eine Katastrophe. Der Duschvorhang ist zur kurz für die wirklich winzige Duschwanne und dadurch steht das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Das Wasser läuft auch nicht ab, obwohl ein Abfluss dazu vorgesehen ist. An sich gute ruhige Lage, trotzdem haben wir wenig Schlaf bekommen: 1. Nacht - Besoffene rennen lautstark durch die Flure und bollern an die Türen. 2.Nacht - um 1 Uhr nachts Feueralarm ohne Feuer, der ca 30 Minuten andauert, keine Information oder Abschalten des Alarms. 3. Nacht - gegen 4:30 Uhr ist wohl den Fahrstuhl samt Personen stecken geblieben, lautes Gepolter, gefolgt von Agressiven Klopfen und Schreien über eine Stunde lang, bis ein Hotel Mitarbeiter sich einschaltet. Der Fahrstuhl blieb dann ab dem nächsten Tag defekt. Poolarea ganz okay, allerdings könnte der Pool mal wieder gereinigt werden, hier schwimmen in einigen Ecken bereits Fettfilme von Sonnencreme etc. Inkl Dreck. Der Lifeguard am Pool ist auch nur Deko, Gäste dürfen in unmenschlicher Lautstärke über eine eigenen Box Musik hören. Auch als die Gäste Ihren Joint am Pool rauchen, schreitet das Personal nicht von alleine ein. Zum Essen, können wir nichts sagen. Cocktails mit 8€ am Pool überteuert, dafür dass das Zeug fertig aus der Flasche kommt. Eigene Getränke und Essen dürfen nicht am Pool verzehrt werden.

Middag skulle ingå i priset men ingen informerade om att dricka till maten kostar extra. Rummen skulle städas varje dag men det gjordes endast det ytligaste som att bädda säng och vika handdukar. Ingen annan städning..

Personale accogliente, ma la struttura ha deluso moltissimo le mie aspettative. La pulizia evidentemente per loro è cosa di poco conto, il letto era pieno di capelli, sia sulla coperta che sulle lenzuola, e così anche il bagno, capelli sul water e nel lavandino, da voltastomaco! Ciliegina sulla torta poi l’assenza di minibar e di bidet. Inutile dire poi, pareti completamente insonorizzate, probabilmente fatte di cartone…riuscivo a sentire chiaramente i movimenti e i discorsi dei miei vicini di camera nonostante non urlassero e in più all’alba sono stata svegliata da rumori che davano l’idea di un trasloco in corso. Esperienza terribile, sconsigliato vivamente! Allo stesso carissimo prezzo si possono trovare strutture degne di avere 3 stelle.

Hotel war schmutzig! Boden in den Zimmern voller Dreck und Staub, Ablagen nicht abgewischt und Schimmel im Bad! Tür zum Bad defekt sodass man bei den Toilettengängen immer von seinem Zimmernachbarn beobachtet werden konnte! Personal sehr unfreundlich! Die "Lifeguards" am Pool haben sich aufgespielt wie Türsteher und ständig die Leute angepöbelt! Das Hotel ist im Ganzen sehr heruntergekommen. Das Essen ist miserabel. Es gibt oft das Gleiche und geschmacklich ist es eine 0 von 10! Parkplatzsituation ist grauenvoll! In dieses Hotel würde ich kein zweites Mal gehen!

J’ai passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel et mon séjour a malheureusement été décevant. La chambre n’était pas propre dès mon arrivée et le ménage n’a jamais été fait correctement : le sol est resté sale tout au long du séjour. J’ai également eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver des fourmis dans la chambre, alors que j’étais au troisième étage, probablement à cause d’un trou près des toilettes relié à la pièce de service voisine. La climatisation fonctionnait mal, ce qui rendait la chambre trop chaude. Et pour finir, j’ai constaté un vol dans ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable. Je tiens toutefois à souligner que le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique et accueillant, mais malheureusement, ces points positifs sont largement gâchés par le manque de sérieux du ménage et la mauvaise expérience vécue.

Great at the time of year not too busy crowded or noisy, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, I enjoyed my room being cleaned. Overall I would happily stay at this hotel again at the time of year.

Zimmer mit Balkon ja, aber es war eine dunkel Hütte mit einem winzigen Balkon, der mit Aussicht auf drei Wände, im Abstand von 2 m in einem Kanal befand, nach oben ca. 20m, kein Licht. Beim Frühstück gab es zu wenig Plätze mit und anderen Gästen, wurde beim Kaffee holen, der Platz weggenommen und mein Frühstück landete im Müll. Mehrere Gäste hatten Diskussionen um Ihren Platz und fanden Ihr Frühstück im Müll. Zu lange Wartezeiten, Zimmer wurde nur einmal sauber gemacht, bei drei Übernachtungen, aber ein Zettel lag im Zimmer dass ich das Hotel doch bitte, morgen spätestens um 10 Uhr zu verlassen hätte u. U. Und nie wieder. Bettdecke hat nach mehrmals genutzt gerochen, Bettwäsche mit Flecken😏

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Megapark weg. Das Zimmer war sauber und es sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht daher kann ich nur dazu sagen das es da alles gibt was man sich wünscht. Dieses Hotel werde ich wieder buchen.

Für unsere Zwecke war der Aufenthalt hervorragend geeignet. Ein wirklich ganz tolles Frühstück. Zimmer auch sehr sauber und hell und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

The Bathroom is very small and it doesn‘t has a normal door to close so if you are not alone in the room, everybody can here you when you are on the toilet.

Hotellet fint på många vis men: - inga säng-läslampor - inget bord på balkongen - ingen vattenkokare eller kylskåp på rummet För få kaffemaskiner i frukosten, blev långa köer. Borde finnas kran för varmt vatten separat för tevatten så man inte behöver stå i långa kaffekön för vatten. Dåligt med grönsaker (t.ex. paprika, gurka) I övrigt trevlig personal, bra städning på rummet

The room itself was perfect, really clean and modern. It was quite noisy, I think the walls are quite thin and there isn’t a lot of sound proofing to the hallway. As it’s quite a party heavy area, it meant I was woken up quite a lot. The view was also not great from the balcony, but that’s more to do with the area.

Ed gibt einfach keinen Kühlschrank „Minibar“ im Zimmer, wo man seine eigenen Getränke kühlstellen kann. Bei 35 grad wäre das wünschenswert, weil alles sonst innerhalb minuten Warm wird. Allein das ist für mich ein Grund, hier nicht nochmal zu buchen.

Perfectly located for a fews day break. Staff were great and nothing too much trouble at all. Sacha at the pool bar was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

Weird system with one concierge serving two different hotels, the budget and the expensive. Very bad leak in the bathroom that never got fixed. The staff was rude at reception. No towels were provided for the pool!

Booked in to stay just 1 night at this hotel because my flight landed in late. Check in was seamless and the staff were amazing! I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair with blue tips at the end - she was very nice and bubbly even for 10:30pm at night. Stayed for less than 12 hours since check out was 10am the next morning, however I found the hotel good enough for the price. It’s a very cheap hotel you can’t expect 5 star facilities and quality. Bed was good & so was the bathroom. There is a bar and music area downstairs that does get quite loud but personally I was super tired so knocked out straight away and wasn’t annoyed with the music. Overall had a great experience! :)

Très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Endroit parfait pour aller visiter Palma et pour se rendre à l’aéroport en bus. Personnel aimable quoi qu’un peu expéditif à l’arrivée. Près de la mer (8-9 min) où la plage est magnifique : sable blanc, doux et eau assez chaude pour se baigner (et je suis frileuse). Bon petit déjeuner qui offre une grande variété.

El personal es excelente! Sobre todo en el comedor. Lo único que me pareció mejorable es la tv que es súper pequeña y las camas separadas son súper incómodas. Soy alto y la verdad es algo molesto las camas así.

Leider ist die Rezeption ständig gestresst und nicht sonderlich freundlich. Mein Zimmer lag im Treppenhaus und war entsprechend laut. Viel Lärm vom Pool auch nach der offiziellen Schliessungszeit. Online Check In hat nicht funktioniert. Restaurant super, Anlage in Ordnung

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that this is well deserved. For the price I paid for 5 nights, half board, the value is outstanding! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The buffets had amazing options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Insgesamt kommt es darauf an was man sucht. Für einen entspannten Pärchenurlaub ist das Hotel nichts. Auch tun mir die ganzen älteren Leute die man dort gesehen hat etwas leid :D Für einen Partyurlaub oder einfach nur ein paar Tage Urlaub absolut ausreichend. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, es wird täglich sauber gemacht. Die Dusche ist hat nicht ganz abgeschlossen somit kam immer Wasser raus. Kein Problem man legt einfach ein Handtuch davor. Gibt ja genug. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Einziger Kritikpunkt am Hotel bzw. der Einrichtung: Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man hört jede Klospülung und jeden der nachts oder morgens durch den Flur läuft. An sich waren die Gäste aber größtenteils nicht absichtlich laut. Man hörts halt trotzdem. Habe was das angeht schon schlimmeres in anderen Hotels erlebt. Personal waren alle sehr freundlich. Es gibt 2 Pools, beide gepflegt. Getränke an der Poolbar etwas teuer (Cola 3€). Dafür gibts nebenan im Sparmarkt ne große Flasche. Ansonsten insgesamt gutes Hotel. Die Lage ist jedoch etwas abseits. Wer nicht gerne läuft schaut lieber etwas zentraler. Auch muss man auf dem Heimweg immer einen schönen Berg hoch. Wem das nichts ausmacht und gerne noch ein paar Schritte sammelt ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wenn man täglich 2x an die Playa geht ist man bei über 20k Schritten. Wenn man so noch ein bisschen rumläuft auch bei 30k+ Dafür ist der Preis hier recht günstig. Wer sich Abends komplett abschießt sollte so oder so besser mit dem Taxi heim.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, Strand und Megapark waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück für 2€ kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Gutes moderenes hotel in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß erreichen kann man strand ,Supermarkt und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Freundliches Personal, welches mehrere Sprachen spricht

It is a long way to megapark, but is very still.

Comparable with a Holiday Inn, walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants to choose from and close to the beach.

Shops all around whence makes it easy to find stuffs. Bus station is also 4 min walk away.

Very good hotel with in house restaurant.I was grateful for a generous size shower.Great customer service .Close to the beach .Very satisfied

This was my second stay here. The room is adequate and quite clean. Excellent shower, important to me. The food is excellent with a creative variety with many options for all appetites. The cafeteria workers are diligent and keep tables clean and available. Last time my bill was almost 2,000 Euros. With such a bill I do not like having to pay for my dinner drink. That is chincy.

we paid half board and yet no drinks were served or on show at dinner time, not even water! unless we paid for it.

La chambre était propre, mais la vu était loin d’être celle des photos, vu sur poubelles, relevée à 7h du matin au dessous de notre fenêtre .. accès à la piscine jusqu’à 20h sans pouvoir boire un verre autour . Les repas étaient franchement pas bon, on a eu mal au ventre pendant 4 jours , sans compter le fait de devoir payer l’eau à chaque repas 2€50 pour 50ml dans un pays chaud c’est franchement abusé. Le matin mz fontaine était gratuite et le midi et le soir c’était payant, quand j’ai amené ma propre bouteille un des « serveurs » m’a dit que c’était interdit et normal ! Le matin d’ailleurs il n’y avais pas grand monde pour nous devenir puisque tout était gratuit, par contre pour nous faire comprendre de vite partir pour laisser la place la ils étaient là. Le soir pleins de personnels pour vendre des apéros et de l’eau etc et toujours très pressant .. pas d’excursion proposer, pas de pot d’accueil, pas du tout commerçant ! Le stricte minimum dans cet hôtel bruyant fait pour les gens qui veulent du pas cher et faire la fête ! Je ne recommande pas du tout. Même des notre arrive nous avons eu l’impression de déranger la personne de l’accueil ! A fuir

Me & my partner loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable & got cleaned daily. There were 2 pools, one was more of a party vibe with music & some entertainment, the other was more chilled! We chose half board so got breakfast & dinner buffet, the food in our opinion was not very nice although a good amount of choice, this is the only thing i can mark the hotel down by. Great location only a short walk to the beach/ town!

Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung, immerhin liegt das Hotel relativ ruhig. Aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Zimmer: unbequemes Bett, Tresor funktioniert nicht, Bad könnte sauberer sein Frühstück: viel zu wenig Platz für die Anzahl der Leute, schlechte Qualität des Essens (insbesondere Rührei ist ungenießbar), Anstehen am Kaffeeautomaten
