Super bien placé et personnels au top, les salons d’accueil sont jolis et intimistes, la piscine et salle de sport très sympa, le brunch entre 8h et 13h30 est bon et très généreux. Malheureusement, le ménage des chambres est bâclé ! Cheveux sur le coin de la baignoire, poubelles de salle de bain non vidé, verres à dents sales et poussières sous le lit ! Invasion de vers d’argent la nuit … Même avec le meilleur des services, c’est un point extrêmement important. Dommage pour la piscine ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h (heures où l’on préfère profiter de la plage) et les gens malveillants qui parlent fort et tambourinent aux portes à 4h du matin… Le bon rattrape un peu le mauvais mais niveau rapport qualité prix, je trouve que 100 euros la nuit est trop onéreux !!

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war super. Fitnessbereich reicht vollkommen aus. Essen war okay, wir hatten nur Frühstück 8 Tage war immer das gleiche. Poolliegen waren leider nicht für alle möglich, man musste Glück haben waren aber sehr gemütlich. 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand. 15 min zum Flughafen. Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

We checked in to this property and were impressed with the main level amenities. It is budget and gives hostel vibes, but the renovations are well done. We checked into a room on the 7th floor. It was very small and there was feces left on the toilet seat and gunk on the side of the sink. We cleaned it off ourselves without letting the staff know. Our room was located right across from the elevator, which was broken. And not broken like it was not functioning - they still have the elevator in service but it made a terrible sound, similar to a drill. We were asleep by 10pm due to jet lag and the elevator woke me up through ear plugs. It kept going to the point where we went down to the front desk to request a new room as we were staying for an extra 8 nights. The staff member was dismissive, and said "oh ya, the elevator company won't come to fix it." They were well aware that the elevator was making the noise and was broken but still didn't put it out of service, and placed us in a room right outside. We were relocated to a new room on the 5th floor, and packed up our things at midnight. Once we got to our room, the walls are so thin that we could hear the entire conversation in the room right beside us. To the point where we contacted Expedia with our disappointment. Expedia contacts were all so kind and helpful, we are so grateful for their support. Overall - if you're in S'Arenal for a party / don't plan to be in the hotel, you should be fine. If not, do not book here.

Großes und in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Habe es dennoch als sehr sauber wahrgenommen. Für Party, Ausgang und Strand die perfekte Lage. Fahrradverleih für 10€ pro angefangener Tag direkt vor der Tür, ebenso wie der Bus zum Flughafen oder in die Altstadt. Das Wifi im Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und hat für jeden was dabei. Nur den Kaffee fand ich ungenießbar, allerdings gibt es zahlreiche gute Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe.

The all-you-can-eat brunch was amazing! The temperature control device did not allow us to change the temperate, only the intensity. The pool area was nice. The gym was also nice. The proximity to the airport, the beach, and to the Palma was very pleasant. Overall, had a very pleasant stay at Tent Bahia de Palma. Would stay there again.

I read the reviews and thought this would be a great place to rest before flying out of Majorca. The property is a frat house of young drunks that progressively get more rude and disgusting as they are drinking on vacation with no accountability. Drunks pick fights with working people in the street and treat businesses like they own them with no respect. The hotel staff is so lovely and helpful. The hotel is a barracks and the room was downright gross with hair on everything, residue of barf around the toilet bowl and in the shower. The soap dispenser was broken and the soap sat on the floor. The bed cover was crap brown with crusty white dried stuff on it. Disgusting.

Brunch ist super bis 13:30 Uhr, Zimmer und Bad sehr schmutzig, die Putzfrau kommt am Abreisetag schon 30 Minuten vor 12 Uhr und der Zeit zum auschecken und macht Stress das man aus dem Zimmer raus soll. Von Kehren und Wischen haben die nie was gehört, Bad sehr schmutzig, Balkon stark verdreckt vom Vorgänger, überall Haare auf dem Boden

Zimmer wurde 3 Tage in Folge nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrmals darauf hinweisen, dass wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier benötigen. Für einen Aufenthalt am Ballermann o.k., aber für alles andere empfehle ich eine andere Unterkunft!

Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir mussten leider die letzte Nacht, aufgrund von herunterfallenden Putzes der Decke vom Balkon , umziehen, was etwas unangenehm war. Wäre aber nicht so schlimm gewesen, wenn es im neuen Zimmer nicht überall (Nachtkästchen, Waschbecken, Fliesen im Bad, Badewanne) verschiedenste Arten von Haare von anderen Gästen herumlagen.

Bon séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre n’était pas ultra propre à notre arrivée. On a demandé à ce qu’elle soit nettoyée et le personnel a été réactif. C’est le seul bémol du séjour.

Grundsätzlich ein solides Hotel.. aber es war so unglaublich laut und hallend und kein Personal hat was dagegen gesagt.. sehr schade. Die Zimmer sind etwas aus den Jahren gekommen und die Betten sind leider sehr hart und durchgelegen..

The bars only a few property's down are open all night and make the BEST pizza. The lobby bar has 24h espressos and everyone speaks English (as well French, Spanish and German). The room was basic, but the ocean view is beautiful and work it. The included breakfast was also basic but great that it was open till 130pm on days we slept in.

Petit dejeuner est un brunch de 8h à 13h. Il ouvrirait 30 min avant serait parfait, car 8h cest l'heure quil faut partir quand nous avons des excursions de prevu, donc pas le temps de dejeuner. Buffet au top beaucoup de choix que se soit sucré ou salé. Les chambres font vieillottes avec du marron partout. Nous avions eu deux lits 1 place ce quil ne pose pas de probleme en soit sauf quils n'étaient pas à la meme hauteur, donc pas super en couple. Le menage est fait tous les jours, hotel propre et chambre aussi et personnel sympathique aussi bien a la reception que dans l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine deja a cette epoque, elle n'est pas très chaude et en plus a 18h elle est deja fermé, ce qui me parait tot. Le wifi de l'hotel vraiment pas terrible quand on arrivait a en avoir! Mais pour 1 trois etoiles je trouve qu'il est bien.

Das Hotel ist sauber und unsere zimmer waren frisch renoviert. Lobby und Pool auch sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück/Brunch bis 13:30 ist echt super - wir waren jedes Mal ein zweites Mal zum Mittagessen da. Insgesamt ein wirklich gutes Hotel nur wenige Minuten von Strand entfernt und in einer ruhigeren Lage. Der einzige Nachteil ist dass die Wände und Türen wirklich extrem dünn sind. Wenn unsere zimmer Nachbarn ihre tür geöffnet haben, klang es so, als würde man unsere öffnen. Das hat uns nachts teilweise gestört, dass man leider alles von neben an gehört hat.

alt for mange unge der drak, larmede, og fyldte. det er meget fint at de også skal være et sted men som nogle der ønsker at slappe af og nyde roen. er det ikke fedt med pool party fra kl 8 om morgen og at blive vækket flere gange om natten med fulde mennesker på gangene og altanerne der råber op. Så skønt sted hvis man selv skal ud og fulde sig. mindre passende til børne familier, kærestetur mm.

Så skønt sted hvis man selv skal ud og fulde sig. mindre passende til børne familier, kærestetur mm.

Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung für ein paar Tage am Ballermann. Was wirklich schlimm war, ist das man die Klimaanlage des Zimmers nicht wärmer machen kann. Die Anlage ist so eingestellt, dass nur kalte Luft rauskommt. Die Einstellung ist auf 19 Grad und man friert extrem in dem Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist meiner Meinung nach gut. :)

I had amazing experience at the tent. The accommodation is affordable, walkable distance to the beach, rooms are of good size. Very convenient location with géneral stores , dining restaurants, transport links, beach, bike renting right outside the property. Everyone is so friendly from reception staffs to housekeepers to caterers. I'm glad to have chosen tent for my stay. The bin on the toilet was not emptied andwas full of previous guests used hygiene-products. The elvators were terrifying to ride, and it took 40 minutes to check it with only one guest ahead of us in line. Sitting at the bar I waited 20 minutes to get served, when I finally got ahold of the people who were working there they told me they were getting ready for a new shift and it would be at least another 20 minutes before I could be served. They had seen me sit there for 20 minutes and never thought to tell me that it would be a while. Terrible service - let people know what's going on.

A short walk to the lovely beach and a variety of restaurants. A good variety of food at brunch and we loved that it was unlimited until 13:30. It was a shame that the pool was in the shade for the majority of the day, had two hours in the sun daily. The seating areas in the hotel were great, very relaxing for reading in. The guy at reception was friendly and very helpful, but the lady was not. All in all, a great stay for our short break in the sun.

Great property, sea view balcony rooms are great. Recent refurb has done wonders for the hotel. Unlimited brunch is brilliant - great selection and plentiful. Regular busses to Palma centre and the airport so it’s well connected. Would very much recommend.

Das Areal rund um den Pool ist ansprechend, die Liegen sind sehr gemütlich und die Bar war immer auf. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlage hat ihren Job gut gemacht. Wir waren für einen Kurztrip auf Mallorca und würden wieder dort buchen.

Super bien placé et personnels au top, les salons d’accueil sont jolis et intimistes, la piscine et salle de sport très sympa, le brunch entre 8h et 13h30 est bon et très généreux. Malheureusement, le ménage des chambres est bâclé ! Cheveux sur le coin de la baignoire, poubelles de salle de bain non vidé, verres à dents sales et poussières sous le lit ! Invasion de vers d’argent la nuit … Même avec le meilleur des services, c’est un point extrêmement important. Dommage pour la piscine ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h (heures où l’on préfère profiter de la plage) et les gens malveillants qui parlent fort et tambourinent aux portes à 4h du matin… Le bon rattrape un peu le mauvais mais niveau rapport qualité prix, je trouve que 100 euros la nuit est trop onéreux !!

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war super. Fitnessbereich reicht vollkommen aus. Essen war okay, wir hatten nur Frühstück 8 Tage war immer das gleiche. Poolliegen waren leider nicht für alle möglich, man musste Glück haben waren aber sehr gemütlich. 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand. 15 min zum Flughafen. Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Just one thing botthered me, there was no water to refil your bottles after breakfast was closed, what was not nice since was over 36 degrees, and according to the staff, you cant drink tap water. Overall, was a good time.

Petit dejeuner est un brunch de 8h à 13h. Il ouvrirait 30 min avant serait parfait, car 8h cest l'heure quil faut partir quand nous avons des excursions de prevu, donc pas le temps de dejeuner. Buffet au top beaucoup de choix que se soit sucré ou salé. Les chambres font vieillottes avec du marron partout. Nous avions eu deux lits 1 place ce quil ne pose pas de probleme en soit sauf quils n'étaient pas à la meme hauteur, donc pas super en couple. Le menage est fait tous les jours, hotel propre et chambre aussi et personnel sympathique aussi bien a la reception que dans l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine deja a cette epoque, elle n'est pas très chaude et en plus a 18h elle est deja fermé, ce qui me parait tot. Le wifi de l'hotel vraiment pas terrible quand on arrivait a en avoir! Mais pour 1 trois etoiles je trouve qu'il est bien.

Disappointing and we won’t return. There were positives but overall our 4 night stay was disappointing. The staff were wonderful, the beds comfortable, the room had good air conditioning and there were bus stops close to the hotel. However, we were kept awake at night due to noise from other rooms and the doors to the rooms are heavy and slam shut. In fairness, when we alerted reception they did send the security guard to speak to the occupants of the room who were making all the noise. But that is another thing, the security guard was present in reception during the evening and overnight which is not something we have seen in other Mallorca hotels. Why was he there? Who was he stopping from entering the hotel???? The lifts were small (max 6 people, but 4 in reality, or 2 with suitcases) and slow. There were 3 lifts but one wasn’t working for most of our stay. Breakfast had plenty of options but the quality of the food was low. But there were plenty of tables available to eat at and tables were being cleared all the time. In the room there want a mirror next to the desk or next to any plug sockets. We didn’t use the bar or the pool area but both looked okay. If staying here you need to be aware of. The hotel is at the top of a slope when you return from the beach or promenade. Parking on the street near the hotel is really difficult, I spent 30 mins looking for a space one afternoon. In summary, hotel is suited to young couples/groups but we won’t be back.

Arrived late at night which the hotel were obviously well aware of, went up to room opened the door which creaked to then be shushed by a member of staff, explained we’d open the door it was creaking they came back round the corner and tried to have another go. Found woodlouse in the rooms, the cleaners said they’d been in but room was in the same condition it was when we left. Shower leaked to the point where we had to wear shoes to go in the bathroom. All 3 lifts went down and when a member of staff found a Spanish man recording this with his phone he pushed passed us went to the Spanish man an attempted to assist him but we were ignored multiple times. Took around 20-30 minutes to get served at the bar a time. One gentleman with grey hair that worked at tent absolutely disgusting communication skills, couldn’t be less interested if he tried. On multiple occasions tried to approach him as he was one of the only night workers and were completely ignored. Found maggots in the pastries at breakfast. Overall went there for a 60th birthday some of the staff were really lovely. The gentleman let it all down. Genuinely did not care at all, we are English and we just wanted a conversation and abit of respect. Contacted the hotel to give this feedback and were told they’re not interested in any of what’s happened. Horrendously poor with no apology or communication. Arrived late at night which the hotel were obviously well aware of, went up to room opened the door which creaked to then be shushed by a member of staff, explained we’d open the door it was creaking they came back round the corner and tried to have another go. Found woodlouse in the rooms, the cleaners said they’d been in but room was in the same condition it was when we left. Shower leaked to the point where we had to wear shoes to go in the bathroom. All 3 lifts went down and when a member of staff found a Spanish man recording this with his phone he pushed passed us went to the Spanish man an attempted to assist him but we were ignored multiple times. Took around 20-30 minutes to get served at the bar a time. One gentleman with grey hair that worked at tent absolutely disgusting communication skills, couldn’t be less interested if he tried. On multiple occasions tried to approach him as he was one of the only night workers and were completely ignored. Found maggots in the pastries at breakfast. Overall went there for a 60th birthday some of the staff were really lovely. The gentleman let it all down. Genuinely did not care at all, we are English and we just wanted a conversation and abit of respect. Contacted the hotel to give this feedback and were told they’re not interested in any of what’s happened. Horrendously poor with no apology or communication. Wouldn’t go back will post this on other review sites to warn others of the poor treatment.
