Civarda cok otel var, hepsi de 3 yildizli, bu oteli 2 yildizli olarak degerlendirmek lazim. Giristeki kilitli dolaplar bavul muhafaza icin cok faydali.

Très bien situé dans le quartier Gothique et juste à côté de la Rambla! Attention les chambres ne seront disponibles qu’après 14h (personne à la réception avant) mais des casiers à bagages avec serrure à numéro sont gratuits à l’entrée de l’hôtel!

I’d really like to give this place 5 stars but it’s just not quite there. It’s clean. It’s newly remodeled. And the location is outstanding (just off mid-Las Ramblas). Howvever, the lack of 24 hour desk agent is a real setback. Check-in is 2:00 and not a minute before. There are free lockers available though to store your bags if your early. Wish I knew that going in.

The room was clean but noisy since it is situated right by where a lot of people walk by. It is noisy in the evening prior to bedtime. We requested extra pillows for the 2 of us but were told they could not provide them. Also the coffee maker was not tested and not working when we arrived. They eventually replaced it 2 days later. It is a very small and quaint hotel but again, it's noisy due to being so close to the main tourist street of Las Ramblas. Keep in mind that front desk is only available starting at 2pm and not before.

Room was fine, clean, excellent bathroom, serviced daily but there was no staff visible. Desk opened at 2pm exactly for check in. Till then nothing. We checked our luggage in lockers till the desk opened. No one for check out at 10am either. The “lobby” was in the back of a coffee shop. However, great location 1/2 block off La Rambla, across the street from the big market, lots of activity, easy to get around.

This is a fine but rather unusual hotel located in a good position. The reception is located in the breakfast room, and this is the first eccentricity worth to be noted. The room was small but really nice, clean (no dust was detected), everything was new and working (no annoying water leakage from the shower box or dropping faucets); the staff was kind and available. The second oddity was the TV set placed on the right wall (this can be a problem for those who like to wach TV, not my case but it must be reported. The most bad remark is for the breakfast, the poorest in all my 30 years travelling experience, much far from a 3 stars standard (coffee, croissant/muffin, mini baguette and bottled juice only was available): I can't explain why, anyway it is quite disappointing for a breakfast addict like me. Choose it if a poor breakfast is not a problem for you.

Loved the location of this hotel, metro station right outside, in the heart of gothic quarter so most are walkable distances. Room size was decent and perfect for us. The reception doesn’t open til 2pm, so upon arriving I put my items in the locker they supplied. This means no early check in whatsoever. I am quite sensitive to scents and walking in the room there is an overwhelming scent in the room. I aired it out for two days and the smell dissipated. The heater works but the AC does not, luckily the weather was cool so the AC was not needed. They also walked into my room even though I had put the do not disturb sign on. The property was perfect for what we needed but it is not a full service hotel, more like an apartment.

We had a great time staying at ByPillow. It was clean and really close to everything. Once we checked out we could store our luggage in lockers in the reception area free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and i would highly recommend it to any one 😊

Excellent location to the Gothic Quarter. Excellent shopping and restaurants close by. Air conditioning/ heating unit did not work properly. It was dirty and moldy. Room was fairly clean but could use some attention and maintenance repair. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was great and location even better! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite enough considering being in the center of town, the only issues were their door system meant you had to slam the door when leaving to shut it (I lost a lot of sleep waking up to other people leaving at all hours) and the showers drain very very slow so need low water pressure or to be in a bath at your feet and hope it doesn’t overflow. If you’re sensitive to smells you may have challenges as they overuse (a nice) fragrance/cleaning product. Overall, we would stay again.

The walls and windows are paperthin, which did lead to loss of sleep. The hotel staff was nice, and everything was clean. Great location just next to metro station Liceu, across from la Boqueria. Easy to move around town. Dont recommend for anyone that has trouble sleeping. No hooks to hang stuff. The room was moist our entire stay of 4 nights.

Même si l’hôtel est situé dans le centre, aucun bruit ne se fait entendre le soir venu. La chambre était assez spacieuse et bien éclairé, la propreté inégalable. Une petite boulangerie / café se trouve au rez de chaussée ce qui est idéal pour le petit-déjeuner ou pour y prendre les sandwichs pour reprendre la direction de la gare. Absolutely not a good hotel to stay at all. The towels were dirty and unhygienic, the room was too suffocating and will definitely not recommend anyone to stay here for that high price. The only positives are the location in the centre of Barcelona and the reception stuff were friendly. Other than that, please avoid and stay somewhere else.

The staff and location is amazing. However the room I had was extremely small. I could fit my one suitcase and that’s it. There was no room for anything else. However it is right on La rambla and the metro is right next to the hotel so the location was extremely convenient and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is average.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had no working air conditioner for 3 days and were told the manager "was on holiday." It was over 90 degrees in our room. We repeatedly told them it was not working. No one cared. You could not sleep with the windows open as it is a very loud street. We sweat through our clothes it was so hot. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE! Expedia contacted them on our behalf and we were told it is a non-refundable room.

Twenty by Pillow is in a great location, easy to get to from the main square. The beds were comfy, lovely shower. It says tea/coffee provided, but this is only one of each for the first night, there is a small fridge in the room though. Minimal storage, no safe and it can be quite noisy at night. If I were to return to Barcelona for a short weekend trip I would happily stay again, not for a longer stay though.

The hotel lobby is aweful. The receptionist is unfriendly , argumentative and defensive. The room ambience looks like a hostel. It’s NOT a 3 star hotel and it’s NOT worth the amount of money they charge.

This hotel is in a great location to experience La Rambla and is quite walkable to many areas of the city, including La Barceloneta Beach. Our first night was wonderful, with very friendly and helpful staff. We were quite disappointed with the response we received when we asked if our room would be cleaned/refreshed the second morning we were there - we were told that rooms are only cleaned in the morning. We had left in late morning and had put the sign on our door requesting a cleaning and returned mid-afternoon to nothing having been done so we needed to ask for fresh towels, etc. It was also very discouraging that we were given an order form for their breakfast, and we filled it out and put it under the door as the instructions specified, but when we went down to secure the breakfast the next morning (the form was no longer in the hallway) the staff did not have our order. The staff were very helpful in securing local transportation from the cruise terminal upon our arrival and to the airport for our departure.

Loved the location of this hotel, metro station right outside, in the heart of gothic quarter so most are walkable distances. Room size was decent and perfect for us. The reception doesn’t open til 2pm, so upon arriving I put my items in the locker they supplied. This means no early check in whatsoever. I am quite sensitive to scents and walking in the room there is an overwhelming scent in the room. I aired it out for two days and the smell dissipated. The heater works but the AC does not, luckily the weather was cool so the AC was not needed. They also walked into my room even though I had put the do not disturb sign on. The property was perfect for what we needed but it is not a full service hotel, more like an apartment.

Personnel sympathique mais petit déjeuner sans œuf. Dommage j’adore le petit déjeuner contemporain. La chambre très sympa et charmante. Literie agréable. En revanche ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel 3 étoiles est le bruit dans la chambre provenant de la rue toute la nuit 😬 Il faudrait mettre les moyens pour insonoriser les fenêtres. Un triple vitrage ne serait pas du luxe. C’était la plus horrible nuit de notre vie avec 3h de sommeil alors que nous nous sommes couchés à 22h.

They have lockers in the lobby which are made available prior to checking in... this was a lifesaver for us. A major drawback of the room is that the A/C was limited to 22deg celsius (71.5 deg F). It was really warm and one hopes to relax in the room and recuperate from the hot outdoors by recharging in a cool room. Staff was extremely pleasant/friendly. The baked goods, etc downstairs were delicous. Accomodations were simple but, entirely adequate.

This is a fine but rather unusual hotel located in a good position. The reception is located in the breakfast room, and this is the first eccentricity worth to be noted. The room was small but really nice, clean (no dust was detected), everything was new and working (no annoying water leakage from the shower box or dropping faucets); the staff was kind and available. The second oddity was the TV set placed on the right wall (this can be a problem for those who like to wach TV, not my case but it must be reported. The most bad remark is for the breakfast, the poorest in all my 30 years travelling experience, much far from a 3 stars standard (coffee, croissant/muffin, mini baguette and bottled juice only was available): I can't explain why, anyway it is quite disappointing for a breakfast addict like me. Choose it if a poor breakfast is not a problem for you.

Very comfortable, very good location, it was not noisy at all. We enjoyed it a lot! There is a cafe where you can buy coffee and some food for breakfast, as there is no breakfast included. You can get water for free at the reception anytime.

Nice hotel, nice location. Had my phone stolen though (pickpocket). Theft is rife from tourists and that's why there are so many police on the streets. (Don't let anyone distract you. If anyone is trying to talk to you or give you a flyer for a restaurant or a theatre, don't let them get near to you or shake your hand, it's a distraction to steal your belongings)!!!!!

Single rooms are a good size, but have no safe in the room. Carrying valuables with you all the time is a pain. Sink in shower room does not have plug closure, so cleaning contact lenses in an open sink is perilous. Do not bother with breakfast as you can get much better further down the street. To be restricted to one small cup of lukewarm cafe con lecce is not providing good customer service. Housekeeping of rooms is excellent. Some other staff need retraining - it is not good practice for staff to "tutt" at someone asking a question or requesting something. There is no general relaxation area, only small inside cafe by main entrance. Hotel is in excellent location.

Very noisy. Very small room. We requested a couple of extra pillows for my wife for comfort with sleeping and they didn’t have even have 1 extra pillow. No telephone in room. Penelope at the front was wonderful. Jennifer at the coffee and food area was very pleasant and helpful.
