Le parking est très petit, attention pour les grosses voitures. La chambre est également très petite (2 grosses valises ne passent pas) et pour les enfants un canapé lit avec un mauvais matelas et tout s’entend la nuit. Le matin on entendait toutes les chaises du petit dej. Personnel agréable, métro à 5mn à pied et pleins de bons petits restos à côté. Quartier sympa.

We had worst experience for a property that high priced in a good location. The parking is a huge nightmare. Our water in the washroom stopped randomly, parking elevator stopped working, no safe in rooms or iron. The breakfast was really low quality and the overall service is horrible. This is truly an express hotel if that meant not caring for guests. The parking particularly with a nightly charge is a complete nightmare. You can’t fit any car inside - even the exit from parking is impossible.

Paid parking but parking is extremely tight, after parking the car not enough space to get out of the car, had to come out of the trunk. Rooms area can barely fit in one double bed and one sofa kam bed. Rooms are smelly, we almost paid $400 a night it’s not even worth of $100. Didn’t expect to have that bad experience. Air conditioning was not functioning as it should

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Die Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage für ein 5 Meter Kombi etwas eng, aber mit ein bisschen Geduld kann man auch dort parken. Gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus das gut ausgebaut ist und günstiger. Das Frühstück war top. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten von der nächsten Hop On Bushaltestelle entfernt. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Parking quite expensive. The elevators that goes from the ground floor to the reception and parking doesn’t have sensor in the access door so you can be trapped. The roads to get in and out the parking are extremely narrow so is a challenge to don’t scratch the car. The banking system they use don’t accept Mexican credit cards so be prepared with an American Express or cash to pay the extra fees

Attention ⚠️ le parking est payant 25 euros par nuit ce qui n’est pas précisé sur l’annonce .Le parking est très mal agencé véhicules grand format vous ne passerez pas! Un temps fou lors de l'ouverture du garage nous avons dû nous déplacer à 3 reprises à la réception pour se faire ouvrir cette porte ! Réceptionne incompétente,irrespectueuse, de mauvaise foi nous avons dû faire appel à un responsable qui lui professionnel qui nous a solutionné ce problème. Un conseil…. I'd try elsewhere next time. Negatives: -They use a strong product in the rooms that smells like perfumed sunscreen. -When I got to the hotel I found out that I did not have adjoining rooms, so my family was separated. The hotel staff said they'd put the rooms close together, but it was not the same with 3 kids especially when the other room was at the other end of the hall (although it could have been worse, like different floors). -The rooms were hardly tidied from housekeeping. The bedding was turned over - so any marks, dirt or stains on the bedding was turned INTO the bed. the floors were not swept at all. Nothing was wiped off. -When my pillow case came off, the pillow was stained and gross looking (granted, I've never seen a hotel pillow to compare it to). -The bathroom was grimy in general, the sink sprayed water everywhere, everything was always wet in there. Positives: -Great carb-filled breakfast & coffee/tea options. -Friendly breakfast staff. -Helpful front desk staff to point us in the right direction. -Great location for some night-time bites and drinks. -Great cafe on main floor.

We were able to check in early which was very nice after a long overnight flight. We did not like that every morning between 3 to 5 am doors were slammed everyday, The breakfast could have also had more options. Some front desk staff were helpful with food delivery, others didn’t have any idea about options, or transportation

The rooms are very tiny and congested. They could consider providing 2 queen beds. The sofa bed is just space consuming and very inconvenient. There is no room to move around the room to keep belongings. If 4 people stay in it then it’s best to keep the luggage outside the room. Also, there is no microwave oven. Whoever designed these rooms needs to go back to architecture school. Another inconvenience for a the big glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom. It just illuminates the whole room when someone turn on the bathroom light. There needs to be considerations for moving around and a minimum to be able to go to bathroom without hurting yourself. Elevators are also small. I would not stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.

The hotel and staff was one of the best we have been too and the breakfast buffet offered was amazing with so much variety. The only negative thing noticed is the “security” person that stands there extremely rude making a “shhhhhhh” sound to my kids who were laughing on the first floor. Very strange and unwelcoming.

Guest services staff are topnotch. They were very understanding of a long flight and let us check in early. The free breakfast came with tons of selections and great food. They also stored our luggages after we checked out so we can go around Barcelona freely. It’s just a little farther from the city center but all the conveniences and great customer service made up for it. I will stay here again in a heart beat.

My family really had an enjoyable stay at Barcelona City 22@. The room was clean and everyone at the hotel was very nice. I would like to give a huge shout out to the front desk girl who checked us in. I believe her name was Salma (I might have spelled it incorrectly) and her manager (I'm sorry, I didn't get her name). I wanted to extend our stay one night in a family room and everything was booked. I made 2 reservations for regular rooms for the 1 extra night because that's all that was available. Salma told us to check back every morning because sometimes rooms open up. We checked back every morning and luckily Salma was there, so she remembered our request. A room did open up the day before we wanted to extend and she made a note in the system requesting for us to be able to stay in the same room. I was able to cancel the other reservations and my family was able to stay together in the same room. I would also like to applaud the breakfast staff. We went to breakfast every morning and there was a really nice variety. It was also very nice that the offerings changed, so we didn't have to eat the same things every day. The breakfast staff worked extremely hard maintaining the area, re-filling the foods, and re-stocking the plates and cups.

La ploblenou er ganske fint og lokal kvarter med et vibe, masser af spise steder overalt hvad hjertet begær, shopping muligheder bare 600M væk som hedder Westfield glories. Hyggeligt gå gade lige et stenkast væk og supermercato lige rundt om hjørnet !! Taxa holder plads lige udenfor hotellet, super venligt personale hele vejen igennem. Morgenmaden er også ganske fint, dog kan det godt larme ved travle perioder som man desværre ikke kan “skærme af” desværre foregå denne buffet kun en vejs retning ! Og kaffe helt for enden af lokalet !! Personalet løber konstant for at få fylde op og hjælper så godt de kan. Ville helst sikkert bo her igen, hvis vi besøger Barcelona i den nær fremtid.
