The hot tub was great the pool was great the staff did leave a little to be desired. I presume they have just been taken advantage of a lot so that is the reason for the slightly brash attitudes. But overall a sort of oasis in the middle of downtown and it’s strange “it’s the climate” surroundings.

A hidden gem! immaculate buildings and grounds and attentive staff. Beautifully mature landscape, several water features and an awesome saltwater pool and hot tub also a firepit to relax around. Unexpected quality for the price. Highly recommended.

A beautiful property in everyway!!! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing! It was nice to be able to do laundry. The king size bed was comfortable but the sheets were not staying on well and seemed thin.

One bed was great the other bed looked like a water mattress that had lost water and was very broke down. 2 very large chips in the porcelain tub. Room was clean, pool area was clean and very nice. No breakfast just a carafe of coffee.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the saltwater pool, and the jacuzzi is great aswell.

This was a nice little find and a great cost value for this area. Nice big pool, great Jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice. And the staff very welcoming.

Pillow were hard. Hot tub was warm, but the jets on worked about half the time, rest was just bubbles. Breakfast was decent. Staff I talked to were great.

the room needed to be vacuumed. Both check in and out staff seemed somewhat quiet..not the usual welcome at a hotel, and when I informed the morning clerk that there was a sprinkler head spraying water directly onto another guests front door he didnt seem to worried - even though it was just a large steady stream of water.

Hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to a request. Bathroom remodel was nice. Was quiet during the evening/night. Removed cobwebs above the bed. Still some above the light closest to the closet.

We were visiting friends in Grants Pass and made a last-minute decision to stay overnight. Our friends suggested Redwood Garden, noting that the outside grounds looked beautiful, though they had never stayed there themselves. When we arrived, a woman at the front desk was asking to be moved because her room smelled bad. During this, the front desk associate, Daniel, didn’t acknowledge me at all—no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you.” It took him about 15 minutes to handle her request, which seemed unusually long for something so simple. Once it was my turn, Daniel checked us in. We were excited because the grounds of the hotel are lovely, but our room was the complete opposite. It smelled terrible, the carpet was heavily stained, and overall it did not feel clean. I went back to the office and asked Daniel to move us to another room. He refused at first, saying that because I booked through Expedia, we had to stay in that room. I pushed back, explaining that the room was unacceptable and asked for a manager. Daniel reluctantly called his manager, but instead of resolving the issue promptly, he insisted on walking to the room with me to “verify” the stains—as if I was making it up. He even argued that the black stains were cleaning product, which was absurd. Back at the office, while processing the switch, he told me the hotel was “taking a loss” because I had booked through Expedia and implied that it was my fault. I was stunned by how rude and unprofessional this was. T

Beautiful setting in a convenient location. The rooms are spacious, clean and the general manager makes you welcome. What a nice find!

Room 1115 - sat on the bed closest to the restroom and fell backwards. There was a huge indentation in the middle. Luckily second bed. The way the bed was made, when I pulled down the top sheet/blanket, everything came undone. Flat sheet used for bottom sheet - I had to remake the bed before getting in. Front desk clerk did not advise when desk closes - I wasn't sure how to return key. Left at night desk. Would not stay here again or recommend.

The place is good except the bed. The bed squeaks and soft. It seems the bed has not been upgraded.

Beautiful property, super friendly and helpful staff, all was rather clean. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a bit outdated, and the beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. One of the 2 queen beds in the room even had a major dip in the middle of the bed and we sunk down in. Felt like we slept on a concrete floor. Time to upgrade!!

Bed is hard to get into because of a hole but comfortable once you get in. Only good for one person.

It was pretty quiet all night and that's my purpose, to get sleep.

The facility was rated very good and was why i chose it. however, the motel was outdated, well worn, and close to a homeless camp. The TV did not work but was fixed by the host who had excellent customer service. Also, I had to safety pin up the curtains in order for the air conditioner to work properly,

This place sucks, drug addicts out all night, ac didn’t work. I didn’t even stay here the entire stay and they refuse to contact me about refunding. The bed caved in when you sat on it. It’s so outdated.

We enjoyed our stay, but there were lots of homeless around and I didn’t feel very safe leaving my new car in the lot.
