I recently stayed at The London West Hollywood and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for our stay. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast offerings. As a vegan, I found that the options were the same every morning, which became quite monotonous. It would be great if the menu could be changed and updated at least three times a week to provide more variety. Additionally, for those bringing a car, be aware that valet parking is quite expensive at $70 per day. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend The London West Hollywood for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The London does not offer a luxury stay but it’s a great designer hotel. The atmosphere in the bar is disappointing and the roof top bar is only open to a certain time so, as it’s main attraction it was disappointing that I couldn’t spend the evening up there drinking. Also the bar service was terrible. The pool area was full and yet only one barman. So it took forever to get a drink.

Valet parking area has holes on it so whwn my wife stepped out the car, her heel dug into a hoke. It broke her heel expensive designer shoe and the hotel completely disrespected her, worried we would sue. Never returning.

The room itself was very spacious and well appointed but the little extras that make a stay special were lacking. The parking fee was very high and the valet parking was quite slow, even calling ahead was usual to have a 20 minute wait at entrance. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate was very generous with quite a few choices. It was well located with access to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood and the rooms had very nice views.

Disappointing for the price and star rating. Room had a awkward layout. Very poor use of space. Wine stain on the floor was attempted to be cleaned but was still very wet. Hallway smelt like urine for a good part of the morning. The bathroom is really nice, but I would say that is the only highlight. It was a mistake to pay so much for this hotel.

Exceptional customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean. Don’t skip out on the truffle potato chips in your mini bar… especially after a night out. Thank me later! All jokes aside, we were very comfortable and felt very well taken care of. Will stay again.

The location and service is excellent but the rooms were very dated and the furniture was not in good condition. Most of the furniture has scratches and the couch in our room had marks and tiny holes in the leather. Not what we expected for a 4 or 5 star property.

What an incredible stay. From the minute you arrive, you experience the investment made to customer service. You are taken care of immediately and made to feel that you're their most important customer. There's an older service model which believes in providing service over everything else. As far as the room goes - it was a suite, top floor. Incredible view, incredible space, all finished beautifully. Enjoyed snacks and drinks at the pool. I can't speak highly enough of our anniversary experience here, but it's something to experience. Don't hesitate.

Property was excellent. I book metropolitan suite , suite itself is excellent. My problem is with service. My first disappointment was I called to ask we are part of four , can we stay in this suite all 4 together, they say no , only three. Suite was over 1300 sq feet with 2 living room. Second nothing was complimentary, not even one water bottle . Service was so delayed for things I suppose to have already in expensisuite. Like coffe , creamer, blanket . I called 2 times for coffe and asked twice for blanket. Another problem was , I was there at 3.30 and asked for check in , my room was not ready I waited until 5. Overall facility is luxury but service is like all other 3 star motels .

First, the registration desk gave me the wrong key 3 times, and I hade to up and down the elevator 4 times. One mistaken key is understandable, but not 3. The guy was a nice guy and apologetic, so I don’t want to name him. But get your act together please. Second, the older bartender at the lobby bar seemed to have an attitude. We had a $160 tab (for 3 or 4 margaritas) charged to our room and they automatically added a $52 gratuity to the bill without my knowledge, on top of a $20 we left on the bar counter, so it felt like a scam $72 tip on a $160 tab. Third, there were around 10 or 15 staff members at the entrance of the hotel at check out time mobbing everyone for tips. Guests are always generous with tips but there was this mob mentality that was off putting and quite noticeable. On the positive side, the room was nice (vista suite) hence the 2 stars. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

We travelled to LA for the first time and the purpose of this trip was my husband birthday. 2 days before we arrived I called the hotel to let them know to leave a message for my husband to say happy birthday Mohammad so I can surprise him. I was so excited and when we arrived I saw a note on a table saying my name instead. That really disappointed me cause I paid for the whole trip as a gift to him and this really disappointed me.

Had a great stay at the London West Hollywood. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. The rooftop pool was very nice. Hotel service was good and the food at the Boxwood restaurant was pretty good. The only drawback was that there weren’t any nice restaurants or shops nearby.

stayed here in early November four nights..my first time visiting Los Angeles..beautiful hotel and great service.i stayed in the basic king bedroom room. it was really nice.and what a beautiful bathroom and shower.i felt spoiled taking a hot shower with two shower heads on me :) i did some sightseeing and was very happy with the location to the whisky a go go..2 mins walk..uber is a great way to also get around very fast service from the hotels location..i also used the rooftop pool on a daily basis great views and a heated pool..i cant wait to return again i enjoyed my experience around the west Hollywood area. and the vibe of the general area and people.my heart aches seeing the fires and the damage that folks out there are dealing with.it's very sad..my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone. thank you again for making my visit one I'll cherish forever. Fantastic location for exploring Hollywood and Beverley Hills. The Starline (hop-on hop-off) sightseeing bus stopped immediately outside the front of the hotel. The hotel had great amenities and a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant and pool area with sun umbrellas. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we look forward to another visit soon.

Wanted something more than the average hotel stay however this wasn't as grand as we thought. The same egg frittata, potatoes, fruit and cereal for breakfast for our 3 day stay, kind of expected more. The pillows looked comfy but turns out were flat. You would think staying in a better than average hotel they would have softer toilet paper and tissue, thank goodness we brought our own. The in room coffee was great (hopefully free) but the other drinks and snack were outrageously over priced. Again thank goodness we brought our own. On a good note the location is close to attraction we wanted to visit.

It is a nice hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the only issue we had was with the breakfast. We paid a that much amount expecting a complimentary breakfast but found limited options, with all egg products being an additional charge.
