Expedia info stated daily maid service, there was none, no linen or towel changes, said city view, the view was of a street and side of a mountain with more condos, w/d appeared to beling to a different century, i would not use them. TV was maybe a 19inch.

Overall I had a great experience. However, checking in was a bit of a cluster. There were no clear directions how to access the property in order to check in, other than the limited hours of the front desk. In the photos of the property the gates at the entrance/address of the property are shown wide open. When I arrived they were closed and locked. You had to enter through a parking garage in the rear of the building (under wear the pool is located). This needs to be added to the check in instructions to avoid confusion!!! Otherwise the rest of my stay was great. It was just a frustrating way to start my vacation.

Overall I had a great experience. However, checking in was a bit of a cluster. Los vigilantes bien cuidan en ambos accesos, la limpieza bien pero puede mejorar y lo peor es que pague por 3 noches y el segundo día no hicieron absolutamente nada de limpieza en la habitación. Eso fue una decepción terrible al regresar cansados a descansar y ni la basura habían sacado

The parking attendant and front gate employees were the best part of my stay. They were very welcoming and pleasant to speak with. The room needs great improvement, the shower had rust and grime. The closet doors were broken, the bedding had SO MANY stains on it, the dresser had visible broken drawers, the kitchen sink cabinet was missing a drawer front and the nails were sticking straight out, the tv remote was given to me at check in and we never got it to work. That was just issues with one of the 2 rooms booked. Both rooms had no toiletries, including toilet paper so it was an inconvenience to go find a store that sold all of that. There are also no “Do Not Disturb” signs. Lastly, due to the painted stairs, i do not recommend wearing flip flops. I slipped and fell down on the second day.

No remote or function to the tv. Washer and dryer broken. Room is tacky and poorly stocked with the basic amenities. Not appropriate for a one night stay. Poor greeting and registration process with no follow up on the room quality or any other guest needs.

I like that it's close to the beach and very spacious, we rented a 2 bed, beach view. My complaint was that the office closes at 5pm, so if your air conditioner stops working, good luck (which ours did the first 3 days out of 6 days we stayed). Also, the parking in the back has a gate with a security that's supposed to be there 24/7, well one of those nights I couldn't get out to pick up my daughters because he wasn't there and there's no phone number to call.

I like that it's close to the beach and very spacious, we rented a 2 bed, beach view. Nice property. Close to beach and town. Clean rooms and staff were nice. The tv remote did not work ( ok cause we didn’t watch it anyway). Door hard to open and safe did not work. All in all not bad. Enjoyed are trip.

My stay was for 7 nights it was so bad since day one it smelled really bad we had no TV sofa bed smelled really bad so when we opened it it was stained so bad that it looked like dry blood we asked to be moved and the manager said no she was very very rude we had a leak in the toilet as well horrible experience

The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.

I had my hopes up thinking I was going to get what I paid for. Which was an Ocean View room. Instead; I was given a parcial ocean view at the ally side. I spoke to the receptionist but said that despite it being advertised as ocean view and charged as such; that I was always getting a partial ocean view. if you can see the ocean even if it’s for just a little; they consider that as a full ocean view. Get front view instead they said. I felt stupid for trusting them. I hate to be deceived. It was going to be a welcome back home from being deployed for a year moment. I booked it 5 months in advance at their highest room selection that the site displayed. I found other more affordable places with an ocean view around the area. Same amenities and better than One Street Beach. This Hotel really lost me completely.

The closet doors were broken, the bedding had SO MANY stains on it, the dresser had visible broken drawers, the kitchen sink cabinet was missing a drawer front and the nails were sticking straight out, the tv remote was given to me at check in and we never got it to work. That was just issues with one of the 2 rooms booked. Both rooms had no toiletries, including toilet paper so it was an inconvenience to go find a store that sold all of that. There are also no “Do Not Disturb” signs. Lastly, due to the painted stairs, i do not recommend wearing flip flops. I slipped and fell down on the second day.

The parking attendant and front gate employees were the best part of my stay. They were very welcoming and pleasant to speak with. The room needs great improvement, the shower had rust and grime. No remote or function to the tv. Washer and dryer broken. Room is tacky and poorly stocked with the basic amenities. Not appropriate for a one night stay. Poor greeting and registration process with no follow up on the room quality or any other guest needs.

I like that it's close to the beach and very spacious, we rented a 2 bed, beach view. My complaint was that the office closes at 5pm, so if your air conditioner stops working, good luck (which ours did the first 3 days out of 6 days we stayed). Also, the parking in the back has a gate with a security that's supposed to be there 24/7, well one of those nights I couldn't get out to pick up my daughters because he wasn't there and there's no phone number to call.

This property is a great value! My friend group of three stayed for a week at One Beach Street Vallarta and loved our stay. Its convenient location next to the gay beach and excellent dining options were perfect for us. Our unit was oceanfront and the sunsets were incredible! I would highly recommend this place!

This was our first time staying in the Romantica Zone and it delivered. We were close to the beach with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We were close to the Malecon and amazing restaurants in the area. We plan on returning in the near future as we had such a great time. Side note, the weather and of April is perfect and the ocean temp is warm.

The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.

No apareció nuestra reservación y nos mandaron a otro hotel más lejos, aunque estaba bien el hotel estaba lejos de todo y tuvimos que pagar la diferencia para hacerlo todo incluido. Perdimos la opción de poder pasear por el centro con este cambio de hotel.

El condominio muy bonito y a buen precio. La habitación estaba limpia y con todas las comodidades. Esta justo enfrente de la playa lo cual fue muy util. Me volvería a quedar aquí.

En varias ocasiones anteriores que había estado fue todo perfecto pero en esta ocasión desde la llegada fue terrible, el personal no sabía de la reservación y nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que se había reservado, se logró canbiar hasta el día siguiente y algo terrible, nunca hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. En esta ocasión puedo decir que quizá sea la última vez que me hospedé ahí.

This was like a motel 6 at best. The shower power was amazing. The A/C and fans, one in living room and one above the bed, extremely loud. The bed was like a brick, but it was perfect for me. I should have taken pictures of the items in the kitchen. Not even a towel. It just would have been pathetic to post them. If you are coming to PV to stay and eat in. I would look elsewhere. It is really close to everything the Romantic Zone has. I have stayed at Bluechairs 3 times and had a kitchen 2 times. The kitchens at blue are way better equipped, but you cant use the patios because of the pigeons and they don't keep them clean. Sorry One beach street has a nice pool and it is very quiet and I felt like I had the place to myself for the most part. No sun on the pool till like 2pm, this was April.
