The property and its amenities looked wonderful, and we were initially very pleased. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our stay due to a large number of unsupervised children running through the hallways, jumping, screaming, and even banging on the glass doors while their parents remained on the patio having drinks. We were there for business and needed rest, but despite the staff’s assurance about “quiet time hours,” the disruptive behavior continued well into the night. Additionally, we couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tubs the next day, as they were overcrowded with children. It was a disappointing experience given the expectations set by the property’s presentation.

This hotel has many great features: A quiet, safe, and convenient location, a great appearance, nice rooms, nice dining, an attractive pool area, beautiful new pickle ball courts, and a good staff. However the $18 nightly parking charge seems like an excessive add on because the parking is in big open areas and is not in a confined city location or a roof enclosed parking ramp that you expect to pay a premium for. ( I would feel better if they just raised the room rate). Also the pool area is nice but our walk way to the pool was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there and the pool water was cloudy and had leaves. My feeling is this is a very good place to stay, in fact I have reservations to stay here again, but with just a few tweaks it could be very special.

The hotel is nice, a little run down. There was a strange swimming lesson going on in the middle of the day (is this normal?) and it was VERY hard to relax by the pool because the woman was shouting so much. Other than that, our time there was great.

We picked the place for the pool. Unfortunately due to a cleaning process the pool was not available the day of arrival as well as the next morning departure. In general the location, restaurant, facilities, rooms and beds are great and we love the place. Parking should be free. The big negative for me was the unacceptable low pressure of the shower. If you want to save water then this way is not a good way. I had to run the water much longer to get all the soap off. At my home I turn on the water, rinse, turn off, ladder up, turn on and rinse. Much less and shorter water usage with proper pressure.

Staff was kind and courteous. The only issue was the pool appeared dirty, cloudy and had a lot of trash and what appeared to be someone’s feminine hygiene product floating in the pool. We did not use the pool. It was also very loud. There seemed to be a kids party and there was screaming and running in the hallways.

Beautiful hotel with Bar and restaurant on site. The pool was open till 10 PM! The room had a patio that was 25ft to the pool. Had to pay a small surcharge, but worth it. Self parking also has a surcharge…annoying but….way nicer than Oxford Suites, but no shuttle to Graton Casino, no free parking and no free breakfast in the morning. We will definitely go back because of the pool.

Front desk staff was very friendly polite, I got balcony room and light was broken, I called right away and they never showed to fix it. Also all supplies like shampoo, body wash etc. was empty when we got the room, and when I called they just brought soap bar and didn’t fill them up until next day. So the room wasn’t ready for guest, also there been a lots of dust under one of the beds

I don’t recommend this location. We had several issues with our room and their room service. Our room wasn’t prepared properly. There was no hair dryer and shower gel was empty. The phone in our room wasn’t working and we had to go to the front desk and ask for the items above. It took us two more trips to the front desk and eventually after 2 hours they delivered them. The room was also very dirty. There were stains all over the cabinets and the shower also had stains. They charged me for items or services we never used & I need to call them to dispute the false charge. Avoid this place!

Been here several times before, however I think the beds need a redo. Ours was lumpy and saggy. The right side was saggy like it had seen 1 too many over weight persons, and the left side was rigid and uneven.. very strange.. housekeeping could be better as you could clearly see the dust buildup around the legs of the bed frame. Bathroom and all general area were clean and tidy. In conjunction with very noisy neighbors and the foot thumping from above kinda spoiled the evening.

First, the staff was friendly and respectful. The property was clean. The room however was just OK. We got the balcony room, but it’s a shared balcony with around 4 rooms. Not to crazy about that, and we didn’t get to enjoy a private balcony. The shower was strange. You pull the handle to start the faucet, but it spins and spins, so figuring where hot and cold are was a challenge. The toilet was super loud and sounded like it was struggling for air. It was funny at first, but getting up at night to use the toilet was a little annoying. Lastly, parking is extra, not a problem, but unexpected.

This was our second stay here in 6 weeks. For our first trip (3 night stay) I gave a 5 star rating all around. This trip (3 night stay) I’m only giving a 3 star rating. Things that are great: staff is friendly, beds are very comfortable, beautiful lobby. The reason I’m only give three stars this time is for 2 main reasons. This trip, our room overlooked the lobby atrium. The lobby music was loud enough to interrupt our sleep. I didn’t want to cause issues and request a different room but I’m sure they would have accommodated me if I did ask. So make sure not to book an interior room if you like it quiet. The other reason was I requested a late check out due to a late flight and was only giving one additional hour. (I could stay longer for $25.) The rooms are not cheap and given that it was a very slow Monday, it seems unreasonable to not have extended a late check out courtesy to me. We are returning to Rohnert Park in 3 weeks and may give another hotel a try.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff at the Front Desk on the other hand was horrible. The first 2 interactions I had they where rude, not helpful at all. Their customer service was non existent they really need to retrain their staff on how to speak to guests. Check in time is 4pm and my room wasn’t ready til closer to 5pm and staff was nonchalant about it.

we discovered some ants in our original room and when we notified the front desk they remedied the situation immediately, giving us a new room (that was better than our first) and some vouchers for the bar. Every night we stopped by the desk for cookies and everyone was always so friendly.

3/5 Decent room, bad value Room was fine, but the hotel nickel-and-dimes guests at every turn. $22 parking fee, $25 early check-in fee for arriving just one hour early—even though the place was nowhere near full. When I questioned it, the front desk’s response was, “It’s only $25,” with a smug attitude. Hotels should be competing with Airbnb by offering better hospitality, not by matching them in hidden fees. Won’t be returning.

They charged $22 a night just to park. But the reason i booked it was it said it had parking so i assumed it was going to cost me on top of what i paid for the room. Then i went to go have a drink at the bar and order some food but the bartender talked to this lady who was the only other person there for 40 minutes before asking me if i wanted a drink. I ended up ordering room service. Because he was so disengaged.

Reserved two rooms . Neither was ready for me at 6pm when check in is 4pm. Then I was not given the room I reserved. Given two queens instead of a king which I reserved. No compensation offered except the $20 parking. My husband has cancer and we should have had the rooms ready after our long drive there. This was unacceptable.

The parking lot was spacious and found easy parking each time. There is a $16 overnight parking fee that I wasn't aware of until check in. There is a small plaza near the hotel and a golf course. The hotel property has a lot of space, feels very private, not crammed at all. Staff was very kind and helped answer/resolve any questions and issues. The warm cookies are always a bonus.

Bad experience at property restaurant. We have being waiting for an hour to get at least bread and butter. But we were advised that it's not on menu, and staff and kitchen is very busy with some corporate event, so after waiting an hour we had to cancel the dinner and to leave the restaurant totally dissapointed by this service.

We stayed here with another couple to celebrate my birthday, and we had a great time. It was close to the wineries, the guys played golf at Foxtail next door, while the girls visited downtown Healdsburg. It was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

I paid over $650 for 3 nights for a room with lanai and “garden view”. “Lanai” ended up being 2 rusty chairs in a dirty tiny inclosed area with a parking lot view. When I brought it up to the staff, they did change my room to more or less garden view (if you ignore the fact that I also was looking at a pile of old carpets, shelves, and other old stuff stacked up right next to my room). The room itself was a disaster! The carpet didn’t have a clean spot on it, the bathroom had hair and black mold over it, the bed had something hanging from the bottom and the curtains were ripped. I arrived late and had no power to deal with it. So we stayed. Judging by thr condition of the room, we didn’t even dare to try their restaurant and bar services. We didn’t even use the pool, but again, it was poorly maintained. We left next day. Extremely disappointed. Truly don’t understand how this establishment got their 4 stars.

This place shows its age a bit, especially in the corridors. I'm not really sure why their check-in time is a non-standard 4 PM (everywhere else I've stayed in the area has check-in at 3). That's the one improvement that would be relatively easy to make, I believe.

We were surprised to find this nice DoubleTree in Sonoma area at the price point it was. We highly enjoyed the nice pool, happy hour at the bar, and a comfortable clean room. It was just a few miles away from our daughter who started at Sonoma State. Would definitely stay there again on another visit to see her.

I don’t think it was worth the price. The Hotels.com rate was $259 for one night. It was on a Friday during the summer so I can see why it would be a bit high but the room and property seemed out dated. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned recently as there were a lot of bugs and debris in it. The staff was nice and it’s in a good location.
