Nice place to stay. Very clean and modern. Staff were extremely nice and communicative. I booked this as a "staycation" and chose this hotel because it had a bar and food. I chose this over a hotel with breakfast available. When I checked in after 4pm I was notified the bar would open at 5pm. I came down later and the bartender had called out, so no bar or food. This was quite disappointing as I would not have stayed at this hotel if that was the case. I understand they cannot control if someone calls out, but I was still dissatisfied as that was half of the whole purpose of my staycation.

We have been to this hotel 3 or 4 times, before this time. When it was the Cambria it was perfect. Once the ownership changed it has gone downhill. We would stay here for the hottub and the bar and convenience of nearby restaurants. The time before this stay, the hottub was too hot. This time it was too cold. My BF told the dront desk and was told they would take care of it. Since we were staying 2 nights we were looking forward to using it the next day. When we checked, it was still barely warm. Again, we spoke with the same front desk gentleman and he claimed they had a repairman service it the night before. I find it hard to believe, considering, it was a Saturday night after hours. Our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, even though it was on and turned to max cold. It was warmer than the hot tub. Graduation was happening and the hotel was booked full. We had drinks at the bar and the bartender was constantly somewhere else, other than behind the bar. There were other guests who mentioned it too. Our room was cleaned while we were out and we received new towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. This place was great, but not anymore. .

Hotel was very nice for the cost. However, we chose the hotel because it had a bar. However, when we went to get a drink at 7:00 pm the bartender had gone to Target to get more alcohol! We were told it would be about an hour wait. We left. Also, parking is not included and the room does not have a microwave. Final comment - the 1st floor button did not work well in one of the elevators. You need to put up a sign with instructions on how to push it!!!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, but the shower had no pressure. Like literally it dribbled water. Insufficient towels for 2 people. TV was very dim, hard to see even with the lights off. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel? Not a chance. 3 star at best. We stayed in a 3 star the night before, far nicer room. Also, you have to pay additional for parking, and the EV Chargers don’t work. A common complaint on EV sites about this place. The Tesla charger literally broke off in my cars charging port and hotel maintenance had to remove it with pliers.

It’s fine. The bar is nice, but limited options. Pool is heated and hot tub is great. Gym is minimal but clean. My room wasn’t vacuumed properly and there were pieces of pretzels around. House keeping in general was lacking. They charge $8 per day for parking regardless of where you park, including on a public street so that is BS

Nice property with spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants close by. A nice way to wind down after touring wine country for the day. Cleanliness could’ve been better - there was a clump of hair in the shower when we arrived in the room (that we ended up cleaning ourselves).

I was staying in room 201, right next to the stair, very noisy and I cannot even sleep in the whole night. A few hairs on the toilet bowl and q-tip on the floor. It didn't clean thoroughly. I won't recommend to stay in that room.

Our room was infested with ants. It took hours to get a new room and happened only after I reminded the front desk 3 times. Did not want anything comped but it would have been nice if something was offered, like an apology. Instead the front desk looked at us like it’s the first time they’ve heard of ants. Then I looked at reviews and apparently it’s an ongoing thing for at least a year. We left and went across the street to another hotel who gave us a discount because they were horrified to hear of our experience.

Loved the Beds super comfy. Also we are coffee drinkers the two water bottles were $3 each in the room and I didn’t see a microwave in my room we had to go out and buy some water bottles . We didn’t bring our left over food because we wouldn’t be able to heat up in comfort of our room

The only thing I did not like, is that online it says that the rooms have "direct connect" capability so that one can use a firestick or other streaming device of their own with the television. It was the reason I chose this room over others. When I got there there was NO direct connect option or accessible input on the TV at all.

We had such a good stay our first night. That we actually booked another night. But unfortunately on the second night we had some loud neighbors. I hate to report people but eventually we did at 11:00. We could hear the phone ring and the entire phone call. Then the extra guess that were in the room left and they went quickly to sleep. The hotel handled it wonderfully my neighbors were respectful. But the whole conversation the phone ringing and everything. That tells me that the walls are just very thin

Great location- central to so many things within an hours drive. We absolutely loved it. The bed was very comfortable! We both slept great - didn’t have that feeling where you can’t wait to get home to get a good nights sleep. We came home rested- it was wonderful.

We had issues with our stay the moment we checked in. We had book a King Bed and Sofa Bed. There were no sheets, pillows, or blankets in the room, when we arrived for the sofa bed. The phone did not work and I had to go in the hallway to call the front desk for assistance. The bathroom only had a trickle of water coming from the sink, we had to use the shower to get water to brush teeth and wash. The 2nd night the AC was not working in 100 degree temperatures during the day. We asked to have somwone look at it and they stated that there maintenance person was not working. After 2 hours of overheating we finally went down and said we needed a new room. We packed up and moved to the floor above. It was a major inconveniece and problamatic due to the excessive heat and no running water in the sink.

I am pretty sure I booked a room with a king bed but it turned out as a double queen on my reservation. My bad for not double checking, I’ve never had to until this time. The staff made us wait at the reception for a good ten minutes before checking us in. They did not address the fact I was trying to book a room with a king bed at all and just went on. The room was otherwise spacious and clean; bathroom and shower were stylish snd bright. I would have reviewed higher if it weren’t for low water pressure. Room service the next day lowered the temperature to 64oF and left the AC running. I can’t say it was a great welcome back to the room. All in all mixed impressions. Can’t say I’ll book this place again

In short, it was such an awful experience I wrote a 3 page letter to corporate office! The operations manager on duty was so aggressive, rude, and unpleasant. A few highlights: The blowdryer had wires exposed and shocked my mother. The phone in our room was non functioning during our entire stay. The refrigerator was non functioning and all the food we brought with us (3 hours on an ice chest) was spoiled the next morning! There is a homeless shelter that is separated from the parking lot by a chain link fence. The view is of the homeless shelter from your room window. There is a drug testing facility across the street, and a police station next door! Will NEVER RETURN!

The check in time said 3:00pm on Expedia and on the plaque that is directly behind the check in desk but they told me check in was at 4pm. I came at 3 and thought an hour was okay of a wait but I come back at 4 and it’s still not ready. The room wasn’t ready until 5pm and I was tired after traveling and just wanted to be in my hotel room. They eventually put us into a whole different room which didn’t even have a microwave the fridge was about the same size as the travel safe in the room. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. This was my first time at a 4 star hotel and it was honestly disappointing. I’ve stayed at 2-3 star hotels with better amenities/service. I expected more is all I can really say

If we could have given them 10 stars, we would have definitely. This was the BEST HOTEL by far. Quiet, safe, clean, customer service at the front desk was SPECTACULAR. This place should be 5 stars on Google WELL DESERVED....Came to celebrate my birthday and visit the Charles Schultz Museum as well as the beach but it was raining. Thank you Kimberly and Danette at the front desk for the special hospitality.

When we arrived around 8pm, the front desk Jed told us that our room that we already booked 2 months in advanced no longer available. We booked a 2 queen beds room. Instead they gave us a 1 king bed plus a sofa bed. I asked why did you have our room away? They said it’s hotels.com fault to over sell the available rooms. We booked the hotel for 2 nights. Luckily we insisted on the original 2 queen beds room for the 2nd night and another front desk Ayushi helped us, she made sure that we get the 2 queen beds room. We are not too satisfied with the whole situation. The hotel blamed hotels.com for the over booking.

I have stayed in just about every Sonoma County hotel. This place deserves a top notch. From the front desk to the back patio it’s high class. A bit more money than Motel 6 but way worth it. They take care of you. Their beds are great. Pillows extra great. And service is 5 star. And it is literally half a mile from the Graton Casino.

Hotel Centro is a great option for those wanting to visit wine country or any of the nearby communities. Having a kitchen/bar onsite is great, as are the overall amenities. Wish everything stayed open a little later, 10-11pm would be good, and the fitness center is missing a rowing machine. Overall a very nice property!

I came down to check out the included breakfast to bring back to our room. When the server brought the food she acknowledged and asked if I’d like to-go boxes to make it easier which was greatly helpful. She returned to the kitchen and requested the boxes to Chef Boyardee which his response was “Tell them I ******* hate them.” There was only one other guest seated at the time but apparently that was asking for too much. That attitude was absurd and unprofessional in terms of hospitality especially at a hotel. That is the main purpose of your job especially being a chef. You never know who you might be preparing food for and an attitude like that is amateur and mediocre.

This hotel is a great location for exploring Santa Rosa area wineries, one of the reasons we chose it. The hotel is now part of Hilton's Tapestry collection but is not up to Hilton standards. The property has been nicely redone and redecorated but it's age shows thru things like the odd elevator noises. We were particularly disappointed by the hotel's $15 pp breakfast buffet. On the Sunday morning we went down, the buffet had been cleaned out by other guests. The chafing dish of scrambled eggs was full but stone cold. One lone piece of bacon and a few sausage patties. We shared the one remaining blueberry muffin but there was no butter. Then the coffee ran out. One lone server was cooking food, making coffee and passing out bills. Guests were standing around, waiting 15-20 minutes for food to appear. No one should have had to pay for that pitiful breakfast. Needless to say, we skipped breakfast on our second morning. Hilton, you can do better!

This was our second time in six months staying overnight at this property while in Sonoma County for recreation. And this time, we discovered and tried out the restaurant, for breakfast. The food and the service were sooooooooo good that we're going to be breakfasting there every time we stay going forward!
