Great workers and safe environment

Security guard in the parking lot due to the large amount of transient people at the hotel, room was smelly and a/c was blowing hot air. Don’t stay in this area or hotel, Motel 6 is just making money without any upkeep or upgrades to this property.

Not the best part of town but hotel has okay security and was clean and renovated.

Ice machine did not work. Would not stay there again.

Parking good, gated, room was dated, flooring needs redone, crowded room with two doubles in a room that should be single. One bed butted up to wall and ac unit overhanging on other bed not being able to use as double

It was great for the price. No toiletries except for soap. The toilet ran forever after flushing it, no tissues, and the towel rack hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long! Also the window ac unit was loud and the vent on it was super filthy. The pillows were pretty good but the bed was not very comfortable and definitely older. Also no fridge in the room. The property was quiet at night and felt safe with the gated property (but the gate was not actually ever closed). In the morning we were woken up by the sounds of a leaf blower for about an hour (and it was only 8am). Maybe that’s how they make sure everyone is out by 11am. Ha ha. Overall you get what you pay for. We weren’t in the room much so it worked for what we needed.

The parking lot is full of potholes and in the rain you can’t see them.

Great workers and safe environment

It's an older building , that could use some tlc, in an area that used to be not safe, but they've taken great efforts in making it safe. The man who was working the front desk was awesome!

Trash all over the parking lot

Room floors needed mopping. Previous guest had spilled sticky liquid on the floor next to the bed & nightstand. Housekeeping didn’t notice & didn’t mop it up.

No air conditioning and it was 100 degrees in Denver.. room was not cleaned … trash overflowing in the trash cans, bathroom sink and mirror were filthy, not one towel in the bathroom.

First room they put us in smelled so bad with cigarettes that we had to move to another. That room was slightly better

This was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The door was not properly sealed and when closed you could clearly see outside. There were unwanted people on the property on the premises that refused to leave. I couldn’t walk out of my room without getting soaking wet. There was poop on the toilet seat and floor. The water was not even clear. The laundry was right next to me and the people upstairs were jumping around all night long. Definitely will not receive a recommendation from me.

Sheets not clean. Hair on bedsheets. Mattress was squeaky and crackly. Tepid water for shower.. Limited TV choices. it is a motel six, but the worst we have stayed in. Arrived to police car pulling in. Awoke to another disturbance which brought two police cars, an ambulance and a fire truck. Yelling in parking lot during the night. Things happen anywhere, but this motel is infested with shortcomings. Was not delighted to awake to find man sitting on grass in front of our room.

It was a non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke . The hot water had to run for 10 min before it even came out hot. The only upside was the girl who checked us in at 12am (Tiffany)was so friendly and awesome , and then came morning and we got Carrie with a nasty attitude.

Clean room and good location

Property was clean and quiet. Room was very basic but we had food galore immediately across the street. No bugs. Clean sheets. Nice lady at the counter.

This hotel was filthy. I took pictures of my mattress and box spring. Both were stained and moldy. The bathroom had not been cleaned either. This was the second room I had asked for due to a strong foul odor in the first. Spare your health and skip this place.

Cigarette burns everywhere. Not enough towels. Floor was dirty

Good location, close to lots of shops and restaurants and freeways, commute options. Other than that, it wasn't great. The property is old and very run down. The internet didn't work once the entire stay which was very disappointing. The hot water in the bathroom was very inconsistent and took up to ten minutes to get warm. The staff was very polite and nice and the parking was abundant. Would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

Basic room - clean - no microwave or refrig, but if looking for somewhere to just sleep, it is good for that.

Air conditioning broke. Bugs in room. Television didn't work. Don't waste your time here.

Ac broken hot

There was no wifi and the room smelled like cigarette even tho it was a no smoke room, there wasn’t any hot water for the shower.

Right next to the highway so High highway traffic noise was constant all night. Very basic economy room, a small double bed enough for one person, no refrigerator, coffee, toiletries, nada. Front desk person was very nice and helpful.

I arrived late Weds night and the room I was assigned was hotter than hell. Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 100 degrees that day.. barely slept it was so hot. Asked to be moved to a room w air, they couldn’t they were booked.

Old property needs renovations, noisy from highway, room clean but no refrigerator and microwave. Enough for one night. No breakfast, coffee in lobby in the morning.

Always a good stay for the price! Walking distance to a mini marketplaces, 30 mins walk from Walmart, and quite a few food place options. 15 mins from the train station, too. Friendly staff, hot shower water. Only complaint was that my room specifically had a stale scent of animal or ruins that wouldn’t go away. But was hardly inside for extended periods besides to sleep, so room was great for the price. Thank you!

Everything was great, but the best part of my experience was the front desk worker named Bernie she went above and beyond to help me and my family so appreciative

The staff is always courteous and I absolutely appreciate even more how they call your room after you settle in just to check how everything is !

The front desk person was extremely rude when we inquired about checking in early on Sunday morning. She told us bluntly "no," and the earliest checking on Sundays was 3:00PM! And she left us standing at the counter.

the motel was what i expected, nothing extravagant it’s a motel 6. however as a woman travelling alone i did not like the front desk asking me if i was alone and i did not like having to have any guests check in the hotel front desk. i’ve never been in a hotel where i was asked that. as a woman travelling alone i usually never tell front desk im alone, i always say im traveling with a partner. i was told my partner would have to register his ID at the front desk. and when i asked that maintenance not come in my room for the two days i was staying in was told that was illegal and they had to come in. i have never experienced that before. i also asked for extra towels and blankets as i can get cold and typically the towels don’t last more than a day if you’re using them. i was told i can’t have extras. which is also something ive never experienced at a hotel or motel before. i stay there because they don’t charge any extra fees for bringing pets however i don’t think i’ll be returning. for a measly motel 6 i shouldn’t have to have any guests register their ID and i should be given one extra towel or blanket upon request. i will not be returning to this location

The front desk staff James and Christopher did what they could by moving me to different rooms, but the Denny's hostess and other nearby restaurant staff warned me to not stay there or any other nearby motels. Lots of homeless folks, locked bathrooms at restaurants to keep them from wrecking the place and we witnessed one come in to Denny's and get hostile when told to leave. I did not feel safe at this location. The front desk apologized. They said they have cameras and safety patrol of the parking lot but as a solo female traveler, this location just did not cut it for me. Travelocity called and is working on getting me a refund for the night's stay I did not complete.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was not bad at all for price- great for overnight stay with pets! Will be back if we come through Denver again

The front desk guy Denarius was extremely professional and courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my girlfriend, that man deserves a promotion and a raise and thanks to him we had a great room that night, thank you Demarius.

It’s your average motel 6. Clean rooms, nice staff but the area is not the best.

Close to or easy access to the places I needed to be. Good food and shopping options and only 1/2 mile from the light rail station. Quiet and clean.

Booked nonrefundable room online. Went to check in and room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes(non smoking room). Neighborhood seemed very sketchy with numerous homeless people walking around. Didn't feel safe so booked another room in a better part of Denver. July 2024 Not sure who is rating this place a 10 because it's no where close.

A great cheap motel next to a vintage Denny's. You definitely get what you pay for!

They take cats! Very convenient, close to freeway, gas station and restaurants (Denny's right across the parking lot). Room was not new ('tho not too old either) and was clean enough for a one night stay.

-Had a Dennys next door, very convenient -Shady characters roaming around. -booked a room with queen bed but only had a full size. Was an okay room for the price and didn't expect a $150 a night room.

Only stayed for a few hours to sleep, but this was a very welcoming Motel 6. A/C worked, shower was clean and beds were clean. Denny's next door even does room service!

Second time staying here. Customer service is amazing here. The night shift young man does his job very well, they are all helpful and are happy to accommodate. The prices are below the other 6s in the area. Walking distance to a market skd Dennys diner.

I needed to make a quick trip to visit an ill friend and needed to be on a tight budget. I’ve always been happy with Motel 6. Very pleasant staff and my room was super clean. I was asked if I wanted a bigger room with an older a/c or a small room with a brand new a/c. I went for the new a/c. Brrrr it was fantastic. The coffee in the am was wonderful and the 24 hr Dennys next door had a great breakfast. It’s an industrial commercial area but I felt very safe as an older solo female traveler. The exterior could use some updating but otherwise I was very pleased. .

This motel 6 is an absolute hidden gem of the Denver metro area. Highly recommended to book in advance and stay as long as possible as you will feel like you've stepped into your own magical paradise with a Denny's just 15 feet out your door.
