The extra security measures and how the desk agent had themselves locked behind doors and glass did not give me a good feeling about how safe this area was. If they were locked in yo stay safe what does that say for my safety. The room door had gaps around it as you could see the outside through the gaps

Upon arrival the bathtub was dirty. The room we were in had no microwave, or refrigerator. Due to having children, we requested for a microwave to be added temporarily, staff refused. Prior to checkout, the housekeeping staff attempted to enter the room while we were still in there, as if we were being rushed to checkout. The location is off a major intersection, so it was also very noisy at night. Otherwise, the only convenience was the laundry room. I wouldn't book at this location again.

It was very uncomfortable. There were stains everywhere in the hotel. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was other rooms that dogs in it that were barking all night long. The beds made loud squeaking noise whenever you got into them. It looked like an old crime scene with all the staining everywhere. I wish I took more pictures but I didn’t.

If you enjoy blood on the door, pubic hair in the shower, stained towels, and beard hair in the sink, this is the place for you! I can't believe the state hasnt shut this place down. Only good part was that the bed and sheers were clean.

Room 139 has a moldy ceiling in the bathroom, the shower spout is not attached to the wall, and a bubbled ceiling over the toilet that may come down on you while you’re on it. The security lock is barely attached to the door and absolute noise and footsteps above you. If you’re absolutely desperate then stay here but I was too scared to shower and then it’s not relaxing. What a dump!

This hotel served its purpose. The bathroom door had dirty hand prints on it. The tub had long hair on the side of it and no stopper in the drain. The shower curtain was moldy and discolored. The microwave had cobwebs and dirt hanging from it.

Extremely dirty!!! There was hair everywhere, all under the blanket and crumbs too. The bathroom had pet food sweeper in the corner. All the water spouts had water scaling. It was extremely disgusting. There was broken glass in the parking lot (as if someone’s car was broken into) extremely unsafe unsanitary conditions and the health department needs to investigate

Very Poor housekeeping , first room we were given (301) had a hole in the bathtub . Both rooms were dirty walls , dirty bathroom doors we found weed pieces in both rooms and they were nonsmoking rooms ! Unchanged towels found one with shaved hair all over it . Tubs were very dirty !(we had our own towels ) Found pieces of weed in between the sheets ! Booked in advance so didn’t have time to change locations since we drove from Florida there . Microwave in first room was dirty and also the fridge was unclean . Ended up buying my own cleaning products to clean the bathroom and sweep and mop the floor . Office staff were decent not rude . Changed room for us . Won’t stay there again housekeeping is very poor .

Staff was really nice and friendly, however the room was filthy. I didn’t expect perfect conditions given the price, but I didn’t expect the amount of filth. Dirt stains everywhere, sheets appeared to be unwashed, blood splatters, plastered areas on the doors and walls where individuals “punched or kicked” it in. Just stayed one night so it was fine I guess.

Checkin was OK. Information was not offered. We had to ask everything. Room had been recently painted. The bathroom door hinges were loose. The spy hole in the door was missing and a piece of toilet paper stuffed in. The electrical socket at the sink did not work, and the sockets in the bedside lamp did not work.

The people who worked there were nice. But the room was awful, poor maintenance, missing some fairly basic amenities, tv didn't work right, beds moved all over and were not comfy, poor noise control. Clearly a place for down on their luck people, not really passers through.

The place is being run like a crack house never felt safe while trying to check in. Manager extremely rude and when we told him we were going to cancel our reservations , he told us to leave now or he would call the police. We contacted expedia and they refused ro help us a d wantwd ro xharge us $265 to get a refund.

We never got to stay. The hotel cancelled our reservation as a no show but never informed us till we showed up to check in. When asked what time the check in cut off time was we were jumping st given the answer of 3pm, so apparently the check in begins and ends at 3 pm. They cancelled our 2 night stay, refused to offer any refund, and then were magically booked and had no romes. The outside of the hotel was trashy and was grossly misrepresented on the app. It appears to be a "pay by the week" motel where people live. Think stereotypical movie trailer park applied to a motel. Hotels.com was no assistance with the refund at all and after placing me on a 3 min hold said they called the hotel and did everything they could. Between the rudeness of the hotel and very poor customer service from hotels.com and this not being the only hotel that was misrepresented on their site, I will be taking my years vacation needs someplace else.

Ultimately it was a decent stay. The room was clean, however the shower looked like it needed to be updated- it looked like part of the flooring in the tub had been washed away over time- or maybe deteriorating. there was a smell that came through the heater when I first turned it on. The room was facing the highway which seemed soothing at first but in the middle of the night hearing 18 wheelers go through the highway immediately made me wake up and no longer feel at ease. the bed was super comfortable though and the sheets and linen, pillowcases looked to fairly clean. Easy check in and check out prices, right next to a Dennys and located a couple minutes away from Starbucks, Taco Bell and other fast food chains if that’s your jam. Definitely a worthy stay for short, quick trips.
