The door to my room was loose, when pushing on the door from the outside it would move enough for someone to easily break in. The toilet seat did not stay up. The walls in the bathroom were disgusting. One elevator was out of service and the other was on its way out, every time I was in the elevator another guest would point it out as well. For a fairly new property this place looks sad. I’ll stick to the Hilton across the street going forward.

Modern and clean hotel. It's nestled in a shopping plaza so you have access to lots of others businesses like Starbucks, Popeyes, and more. Parking is free which is very convenient. Beds were comfy and room was quiet. The hotel offers an eating area to order breakfast and other items. We didn't use the gym but it looked spacious and clean. I'm very particular with noise and cleanliness with hotels and I would highly recommend it and return for a future visit.

1. I was overcharged $120 above the rate quoted by expedia. It was corrected only after I complained. 2. The check-in process took over 40 minutes. 3. I was charged an additional $3 per day for the Bistro which we used once to buy two cups of coffee for $12. Was never informed about this additional charge by either Expedia or Marriott. 3. Both elevators made loud scraping sounds when ascending/descending. They are apparently in need of servicing and questionably unsafe. 4. We spent 5 days. our room was serviced once. 5. The only plus was that the Hotel was relatively clean 6. This 2 star rating is generous. I might have given a 3 if they had a pool.

The room had 6 large black stains on the rug under the desk. Bath had brown stains underneath the toilel seat as well as on the tile floor. Otherwise, it was fine. I give it 4 stars

there were ants all over the room. I had to use my hair spray to kill them. Had to tell them twice about them before they did something. I was checking out anyway so it did not matter to them. I hope you consider some kind of rebate for my trouble.

Modern hotel with basic amenities. The "pull out sofa" was a micro-couch that converted to a twin bed. Refrigerator smaller then dorm size and wouldnt accommodate take-home food containers (few bottles of water only). Room appeared clean, but side of bed were remnants from food packaging from prior occupants, which gave us impression room hadnt been thoroughly cleaned.

The problem with Marriot Courtyard is that they won’t let you turn cool air on this time of year. My room was a sauna 75 degrees! I ended up having to sleep with the window open ! Also the open sided glass shower is z horrible design. Floor gets so wet!

The staff from housecleaning to bartender were very friendly and personable. The rooms were newer and modern looking. That being said for someone staying longer than a day more drawers for clothes would be nice. I hardly heard our neighbors but the windows are paper thin so you hear the road noise clearly (highway and local). If you enjoy sushi go to Sweet Mango. It’s much better than the place next door to the hotel. Although there is no pool that is actually a plus. When we stayed across the street we found the locals would stay overnight to bring their kids which brought more noise to the rooms. Overall a nice place and I would return

Went for a wedding and was stranded at the venue from the hotel! It wasn’t until I threatened them with a lawsuit and amazingly they found a way to get back to the venue but that was after I spent $40 on an Uber. The hotel was nice but extremely noisy with the highway right next door. If you build a hotel next to a highway you should sound proof your property!!

I have stayed at Marriotts many times but this time the place was fair. Staff was amazing and lovely but no follow through on concerns that we noticed. The new shower were a concern. Shower floor was slick and slippery. Asked for a mat but was told to use a towel. Shower head was 1) too high to reach to adjust the shower head 2) when adjusted, no matter what, water output remained scattered and weak. For the price should have a simple breakfast

The hotel itself is nice but the staff was bad. I requested early check in, I called the night before as instructed . When I got there the room wasn’t ready. I was told that the housekeeping is cleaning our room which was room 134. I asked the front desk if there’s another suite room available and was told that only room 134 was available. The room will be available at 4pm. We had a wedding to attend to at 4:30 pm. The venue was about 25 mins away. I went back to the front desk at 4pm to check in. Guess what?? I was given a different suite, room 132. That lady in the front desk lied to me. Room 132 was available the whole time and she didn’t even bother giving it to me earlier. I asked for the manager and she told me that she is also the manager. Unbelievable! I’m not sure if she’s really the manager. They shouldn’t hire those kind of people in that hotel.. very rude and unprofessional. I will take a chance in the hotel across them, Homewood by Hilton next time. They have better rate and good breakfast included. I will never go back to that courtyard ever again.

We stayed 3 nights for a wedding and appreciated the convenient location for the ceremonies and parties, but some of the front desk service left a lot to be desired. One of the most frustrating things about staying in modern hotels is that they don’t behave like hotels anymore. Cleaning your room? Nope. We asked for cleaning and they first said nope sorry, every other day. Well, ok. We called again the third afternoon to ask why it hadn’t happened and then they said every 3 days. We paid like $700 and never had a clean room. Super disappointing. This is NOT up to Marriott standards.

1. I was overcharged $120 above the rate quoted by expedia. It was corrected only after I complained. 2. The check-in process took over 40 minutes. 3. I was charged an additional $3 per day for the Bistro which we used once to buy two cups of coffee for $12. Was never informed about this additional charge by either Expedia or Marriott. 3. Both elevators made loud scraping sounds when ascending/descending. They are apparently in need of servicing and questionably unsafe. 4. We spent 5 days. our room was serviced once. 5. The only plus was that the Hotel was relatively clean 6. This 2 star rating is generous. I might have given a 3 if they had a pool.

Everything was just fine. Great facility. Great location that was in close proximity of our venue. Room was clean. Did not need housekeeping for our short stay. Front desk staff was very friendly.

in the area for a two night stay with family. had several rooms reserved. all were good - we didnt spend a lot of time at hotel, but facility was very clean & felt very safe and just a short jump to the highway.. shopping/food close

You will be charged for parking fees even if you don't have a car which is crazy! They are newer facilities but the noise was an issue. Located near restaurants and shopping which is a plus.

Modern and clean hotel. It's nestled in a shopping plaza so you have access to lots of others businesses like Starbucks, Popeyes, and more. Parking is free which is very convenient. Beds were comfy and room was quiet. The hotel offers an eating area to order breakfast and other items. We didn't use the gym but it looked spacious and clean. I'm very particular with noise and cleanliness with hotels and I would highly recommend it and return for a future visit.

Went for a wedding and was stranded at the venue from the hotel! It wasn’t until I threatened them with a lawsuit and amazingly they found a way to get back to the venue but that was after I spent $40 on an Uber. The hotel was nice but extremely noisy with the highway right next door. If you build a hotel next to a highway you should sound proof your property!!

I have stayed at Marriotts many times but this time the place was fair. Staff was amazing and lovely but no follow through on concerns that we noticed. The new shower were a concern. Shower floor was slick and slippery. Asked for a mat but was told to use a towel. Shower head was 1) too high to reach to adjust the shower head 2) when adjusted, no matter what, water output remained scattered and weak. For the price should have a simple breakfast

The front desk and bar staff was phenomenal. Both very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast food was exceptional however my wife had issues getting waited on because according to her they seemed to be hiding and on several occasions had to ask the front staff if the kitchen was open. Otherwise it was the perfect hotel and location. Best Courtyard i have ever stayed at. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again regardless of the room rate charged.

Nice clean room. The bar/kitchen was understaffed. One person tending bar, taking food orders, making the food, and serving the food, led to delays in service and people finally walking away, NOT spending money

Great amenities, clean hotel facilities, gracious service staff, wonderful room ! On site Starbucks & menu was fabulous and convenient! Too cold to head out for coffee in morning. Could not ask for more!

The hotel was good. The main issue I had was in the bathroom. Toilet constantly running the entire night, shower head was dirty or just really old- not coning out straight and seemed broken. Bathroom sink drain wouldn't reopen after being closed. Stains on chair. overall it was fine- rest of the room was clean the love the area.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff was extremely cordial! A Starbucks and a POPEYES are located within walking distance, which made this really helpful.
