Its right off 285, which makes it ez to get to. The parking lot is clean but tight

Property needs serious upgrading!!! Has roaches, laundry room stays out of order. Police always on the Property is not a good look!!!!

Needs to be deep cleaned, awful!! Towels and sheets stained, did not use at all, bathroom was gross as well, the floors were filthy as well as the walls all stained with what looked like blood, just disgusting but I arrived at midnight too late to go look for something else, just toughed it out but barely slept due to how uncomfortable I was, never again would I use

There were multiple roaches in the bathroom and near the sink. There was dried blood on the pillowcase. We left immediately.

From full trash cans, to stuff in toilet. Beds un made. Holes in the walls… and many cockroaches this was the dirties place I’ve ever stayed. Changed rooms, same thing in the new room except filled with smoke. 3am banging in my door, yelling. Honestly worse experience. Had stayed at motel 6 before no issues. This one was pretty bad.

I left after being there for maybe 3 hours. The motel smelt horrible I wasn’t sure if it was mold but I couldn’t stand the smell. There were roaches and the bottom of the bed was disgusting and had cobwebs, which shows that they don’t clean under there.. parts of the mattress was peeking out and the color was no longer white. There were dead spiders on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t trust the cleaning enough to even take a shower. I decided to leave and find somewhere I was more comfortable staying at. I won’t ever be going back to this motel. Wasted my money.

The room smell bad the carpet was dirty and the bathroom walls was nasty like they don’t even clean or wipe them

The ceiling is the bathroom was covered in black mold. The wall had noticeable smears of someone on the walls. The lock on the door did not work. People were snoking weed and kids were being loud .

Bugs in all the rooms. Place was filthy. I slept in the chair the bed had hair all over it. You get what you pay for. Even for free I would not stay there.

Wouldn’t let my husband check in until i arrived. Very loud parties until late. Seemed like a lot of families were living there.

non smoking room with underlying stench of smoke. mattress very old and worn. bathroom door peeling paint, hole in door. controls for air conditioning broken. set on high, 60 degrees.

I’ve been in better motel 6 just need a lil update . The tub is awkward to shower in its oval like can’t really stand feet apart . Had garbage by the garbage. The wood rail on the 2nd fl is chip. It just need a lil more tic . I feel like they should smooth out the wall then paint it orange add another side table better wall lights and a new bed because mines was caving in or atleast put a borde under it

The first night there I had to hear a couple arguing, screaming and cursing at each other, which began outside my door all the way down to the parking lot....it disturbed my rest. Then I had to deal with strange people walking up to me begging for everything from money for diapers to borrowing money from me! A lot of seedy people around. As a woman traveling alone on business I did NOT feel safe, or completely comfortable. I was also utterly annoyed over the lack of plug in wall connections near the bed. I discovered one DIRECTLY behind the bed that wasn't accessible. Appearances can be very deceiving online. No thanks, I would rather go to a nicer area and get a 4-5 star hotel where I can feel comfortable because I'm from out of state and was NOT happy about my experience here.

Great place! King size beds are comfortable with large rooms.

It was Quiet at Night, but the Front desk Service? Was terrible.

When I went to check in the lady at the front desk didn’t check us in but handed me to key card, at some point of the night they gave someone else the keycard to my room, got walked in ok on two different occasions by two different people, stairwell smells like piss and fiends all over the property knocking on different room doors looking for the plug. Whole experience was mad annoying.

First room we went to smoke detectors going off. Room smelled very bad smoke oder. We could not stay. Second room smelled marijauna but not bad. Air conditioner set on 63 I could not get the temperature to go up. My wife didn’t feel safe there. We didn’t stay for second night. Request credit for second day

Checked in at approximately 6pm. Went to room and accessed it with provided door key. Inspected room and found the bed mattresses totally worn out. Not comfortable to lay on, let alone sleep on. Bath tub is all stained....would not feel comfortable using it. Went outside to walk our dog. Upon returning to the room the key would not open the door. Had to get desk clerk to reset the key and let us back into our room. After being there for only an hour my wife and I decided to check out. Was advised by clerk that the room fee was not refundable. Did not care...checked out anyway and drove home to Macon. I have stayed at Motel 6 facilities before and have been generally satisfied with them. Not anymore.. in the future we will avoid Morel 6 when traveling.

Came to checking and there wasn’t any one to check me in so I never got my room

The service was very, very bad! The hotel manager demanded I pay more money! I was locked out of the room! The manager threaten me! I had to call the police and made a police report. There was no wifi. I demand that my money be returned because I was not allowed to stay for the three days I reserved the room.

I waited 30 minutes and there was no one at the front desk even though i had a booked stay there was a sign that said sold out and no one was there to help or give me an answer on why i could not get my room but money was still taken out of my account i am very upset with how poorly customer service and communication was and when you call they tell you to deal with it with whoever you booked through

Front desk likes to give people keys to rooms just because they ask even if it isn't their room.. then when u call them to inquire as to how this happened ur told that the room u checked into isn't in ur name even though it's ur reservation number and ur debit card that paid for it .they changed the name on my reservation and room and then made me leave property without refund because they gave some raving lunatic a key to my room and I pissed them off by calling corporate this place is garbage they cater to drug dealers and thieves A DIRTY DUMPSTER IS MUCH BETTER that this place it's disgusting dirty floors bloody sheets ewww and people outside fighting at all hours ..... the house keepers are front desk people are lazy and extremely rude not worth the price DONT STAY HERE ITS A HUGE RIPOFF ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS IN PAST 2 YEARS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES

I’ve raved about this particular location, but this recent stay attempt was not existent. She front desk went to bed and refused to check me in. We had to sleep in the car because of her.

I showed up it and they made me pay for a second room saying that the Orbitz reservation didn’t go through I paid for another room and then they charged me for this and for that and gave me a receipt to dispute it with you and get my money back for this

For starters I had to wait for 10 mins just to check in because the front seat receptionist was in the back having a personal conversation. Someone who was lingering in the lobby had to yell out that I was there in order for her to even acknowledge me. Upon checking in the room the bathroom wasn’t entirely clean, there were no towels. I asked for towels and was told I had to wait until the following day because housekeeping had already left for the day. I ended up buying my own towels. The ac did not work and the socket to plug it up had been previously caught on fire, that is a safety hazard. There were roaches crawling around. People were in crowds hanging outside my front door all day and night. I do not recommend this at all. For $53 a night I guess it’s what I deserved.

Staff was great, room was ok I guess. After making the online reservation and paying, when I checked in apparently the hotel didn’t receive enough money for the room and customer service was no help so I ended up having to pay more.

The woman who checked me in had a nice demeanor. However I had my room for 7 nights and house keeping did not refresh my room once. Even after asking a housekeeping team member to do so face to face. When i asked the front desk for a fresh towel, i was told no. Worse stay i. A Motel 6 ive ever had. There was also piles of trash in the hallways and corridors left for days in a row.

The woman that runs the place has a very bad attitude and customer service is extremely poor. They have an unexpected fee that they say they charge, but yet you don't see anything in black and white. I would never stay here nor would I recommend anyone else

When checking in they tried to charge again, even with room already paided. The woman had a attitude, like she didnt even want to work there. The office smelled like somone was smoking weed. Outside had a lot of dog poop and a lot of people smoking weed. Many working girls, one even tried to offer service to my boyfriend. The air conditioner in the room would work onky on fan, and the smell of weed took over the room. Bathrooms was not very clean, condoms under the mattress. Sheets look used. Towls had stains, one wash cloth had lipstick on it. I guess you get what you pay for. No bugs, they allow dogs without a charge or limit. I ended up sleeping in the truck, due to the amount of people just hanging in the parking lot and dirtyness of the beds.

When we arrived to check in, we just came in to get our key. Everything appeared to seem OK. We left and came back after 9 o’clock at night. There was a man that was acting threatening two doors from our door. We tried to use the phone to call the office and the phone did not work so we had to go past this man to the office , the man followed us throwing pebbles and shouting at us. We got to the office. The manager was very helpful and making the man leave us alone and he said he called the police. We were given a second room on the second floor. When we got there, there were no blankets on the beds and there was a water puddle in the front of the door where the refrigerator was leaking. We called the manager. He brought us blankets and then we let him know that the refrigerator is leaking. There was a puddle of water there and he offered us more towels to put down. We did not leave because it was dark. We did not feel safe. We wanted to stay in our room until daylight the next morning. I went down and asked Office to cancel the next night. I wanted to leave. I did not wanna spend another night there and was told that I had to go through I called and they told me we paid at the hotel they could do it. They even called the hotel and asked them to refund our second night and they said no. My son went in and talk to the asst manager , and told him he was gonna have to call corporate because he didn’t understand why this was a problem and then he agreed to refund , 2nd night .

This property has one of the best management teams ever. The property is kept clean daily. This location is one turn from the highway. 10 minutes from North Lake Mall and a variety of eating options. Rooms are kept clean and they stay on top of pest control. Also this location is SAFE for families. There's no lingering or riff raff allowed to hang outside of rooms!

Great staff, thorough housekeeping and the rooms are actually clean. No bugs! Maintenance is kept up with and room safety checks ( smoke detectors, phone, locks) are regularly done . Waffle House is right down the street as well as a convenience store.

The experience was offer from the drive in people is standing and walking around like homeless areas, bedding and furniture thrown out around the parking lot. Abandoned cars parked. The room had smoke damage, couldn't due to thr smells. Non refunded do I had no othet choice but stay there.

You get what you pay for but it's safe and cheap.
