The room had a funky smell. The vending machines for drinks were out of order on 2 floors. The clerk that checked us in & was there when we left, was VERY nice & helpful. Overall the property was pretty clean & looked nice compared to most Motel 6's.

Id give our stay 4/5. I feel like our room floors felt dusky, and not mopped for a while. In the middle of the night, there was a roach in my bathroom :( I wish the pool couldve stayed open a little later. One sign said 8, another said it closed at 9pm. The staff was real nice and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in let us swim until 8:30pm. That was the whole reason we chose that hotel. But my fault for not asking.

Room was fine but no HOT water, when I brought it to their attention they acted like it’s the first they heard of it. The very least u expect is a hot shower before bed n first thing in the morning

Room was clean and looked newer. Bathroom was clean. Property clean and looked newer. Staff friendly. Check in/out was easy. Took a little while to get room deposit back but otherwise was fine. Chose 4 stars only because no smoking area even outside. I saw people smoking in the parking lot but didnt want to break a rule. Otherwise everything was great, i would recommend it, and would definitely return!

The area is good .parking is easy .The only thing i didnt like is i found a bed bug in room 120 .My son had found it and when i told the manger when i chekced out 10/13/25 all he said is just email the pics and to see if they will need to clean that room up by inspection first .If i was a manger the first thing i would do is apologize for the inconvenience especially i told him that my son found it and hes 7!I think some staff needs to be retrained then over there.First motel 6 this ever happened!

We had a great stay. We were on a family trip to go to Gilroy Gardens, and this was the perfect place. It is budget friendly and clean. You can tell it has been renovated fairly recently and it was well done and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. We have no complaints and would stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms because we have a large family. One room was dirty, like housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom. There was hairs all inside the shower walls and in the tub also there was hairs on the floor. The sink had spit marks

Stayed 4 nights and room was only cleaned once. Mold was present in the shower upon arrival. After asking specifically for it to be cleaned, they still did not do it. Had to fetch towels and make my own bed for the remaining nights. Management is very relaxed here and this interaction was a very negative experience for me and the brand. I will not be visiting any Motel 6 again.

The room had cockroaches. The toilet got clogged after my child used it. The smell of sewer took over the bathroom every time we attempted to flush. Unfortunately this happened when my othe 2 boys were asleep already. I did not want to report the issue and have to move them out another room.

Paper thin wall kept us up at night. The room next to us had their Tv volume very high and was loud in our room. We complained to the front desk but we could still hear the tv as the volume was too high

Motel6 doesn’t have the representation of being nice or over the top… but both service desk agents were very helpful and made the check ins/outs quick. The amenities were good; medium fridge, microwave, tv, ac, window that let in a nice breeze. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, but totally bearable for one night. Would return again.

Safe motel 6 with rooms al located through the inside. Quiet and clean and convenient right off freeway. Only complaint would be the 2 double beds instead of 2 queens.

For the price, you can’t complain. Bed are incredibly thin & cheap. The two they provided were so thin & small, a sweater provided more comfort. Bring your own pillow & except to sleep on a mattress quality equivalent to a roll away bed or sofa pull out bed.

Very nice place but there is no cell service anywhere in town and the wifi is not secure. Tried the adjacent restaurant but the sign at the door said "cook needed" so I went to a Mexican restaurant three blocks away that was voted best in the city.

Overall it was good but the mattresses needs to be replaced they’re really hard and uncomfortable to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids because they’re a lot of people that are too noisy at night having intimate relationship and are too loud.

generally what you would expect for a low cost chain like motel 6. That said bed was very uncomfortable and hadjust 2 terrible pillows - much worse that we expected, even by cheap hotel standards. Thin windows do not insulate outside noise well/ There are train tracks somewhere nearby. Also, they actually charge you the $100 room deposit, rather than just put a hold on you credit card. Then refund the charge about 5 days later. Seems inappropriate and unnecssary considering all the other hotels dont do this.

When I came to check-in there was nobody at the counter. Rang the bell for about 15-20mins until some of the guests came and told me that the staff was outside in the parking lot. That I could find him out there. I had to get back outside to the parking lot with my luggage to find him. He gave us a room at the end of hall closest to the stairs, and I was happy for that, but only to find out the door for that side entrance was defective and does not let U back inside. So had to walk all the way to the main entrance to get back in. Good thing we only had 1 night stay there on our road trip. Room and sheets were clean enough.

It works for a one night stay, we were in town for a soccer tournament. Bathrooms are dirty and during our stay there was a couple fighting in the room next to us. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered. It works if you’re needing a place to rest for a few hours but definitely not for multiple nights.

Pleasantly surprised by size of room & bathroom. Big tub! New-looking flooring throughout. Clean bedding. Good air conditioning. Interior entrance. Friendly front desk clerks, day & night. Only negative was early morning extremely loud music from RV park direction next door.

Mine and my family's experience was very good. There's a restaurant across the parking lot that was easy to walk to. The hotel being right off the freeway was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue is that the adjoining room door had a broken deadbolt so we used the top lock. We didn't have any disturbances and no one tried to use the door. Overall we felt safe. We would go back again while visiting Gilroy.
