My stay was excellent. Very happy, kind, professional people working hard. The rooms were very clean and I love the way they make the beds and are very attentive making sure my room had clean towels. Pool area is great! The only thing is maybe a little update to the fitness area but it did have everything for a little work out.

Room 137. Immediate odor of mildew upon opening the door to the room. Very moist throughout the room. Walking on the carpet with just socks on your socks get wet. Get a dehumidifier in there pronto!

Unfortunately, we found the room to be poorly cleaned. It smelled in both the bedroom and bathroom like it was recently used. Bed was made, but sheets underneath were questionable. Food left in refrigerator. Garbage on the floor. And stains on the bedding and bed skirt left us feeling uneasy. Clerk at desk had little to say other than, “we will try to do better.”

The room amenities were nice & so was the hot breakfast. The room was in good condition & appeared clean, but I put my laptop on the floor between the nightstand & the bed for a couple of hours & when I picked it up again it was covered with ants! Also, the curtains wouldn't close. We really like the place otherwise; especially the full size toiletries - Dove brand.

The room itself was ok. Spacious 2 queen, but my pillows smelled of urine, room itself smelled damp and the rug felt damp. The check in was ok, the front desk staff was not pleasant, seems annoyed and wasn't helpful when I asked a few questions. Location wise it was in a good spot with plenty of food options and a grocery store.

Terrible old fashioned mattress. Woke up sore every morning. I had a lot of trouble with the door lock every day but the staff was very gracious but had to keep reissuing my key card. Great staff. Good breakfast. This hotel needs to upgrade their mattresses. Also the bathroom lighting was awful.

It was me not them 🙁 I had a first floor suite at a rear exit. The location was not good for me. Too much noise, people using the exit AND I am not used to having someone over my head so I was sensitive to noise and movement from above. The room needed some minor refreshing. Probably stuff that no one else would notice or would it bother … like I said, me not them. The staff was amazing though. Helpful and pleasant.

This property looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms were tiny and couldn’t walk around. We had a king bed room. The entrance/lobby area was dirty and smelled and inconvenient with having to lug your luggage up stairs to check in at the front desk.

This is an AVERAGE hotel…we picked it based on the many glowing reviews. The property is dated; Not new or updated. The room was clean, bed comfy enough, so the housekeeping team is doing their job well. Many details in the hotel are old. There was rust on some things in bathroom, chipped ceiling paint in areas. Overall it was a quiet stay for us, in a central location. I just wanted to give an honest review so people aren’t fooled by the other glowing reviews. It is old and dated. Staff was fine, on issues with them.

There was no maid service for the entire trip. We had to go to the desk just to get tp. The hotel charged me the deposit then made me pay that amount again upon check in. They refused to refund it. There’s a daily fee they never mentioned until they charged my card.

Pet fees too high! I booked my room and 7 minutes later I was at the check in and the lady told me 75$ pet fees (not a deposit!) I asked to cancel my reservation and she told me that is not refundable! 7 minutes later ! She was rude and not kind at all! The check in process was seamless. The front desk receptionist was friendly and made sure we knew everything the hotel had to offer. The room was pristine and had everything we needed as well as a Keurig with pods which was a great touch! I really appreciated the full complementary toiletery options from hand soup, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even a makeup remover (which i forgot). The complementary breakfast had something for everyone, and the coffee was very decent. They even had a hot chocolate bar was was super cute, with complimentary cookies. There is also a little store in the lobby incase you needed anything extra. We had originally booked a different hotel and they couldn't accomodate us so i was a little apprehensive. But i was honestly very pleased with the mishap because i would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. Thank for guys for a great stay!

When I arrived to check in, Travis, the desk officer was very helpful, when I tried the keycard to enter the room and it didn't operate. He re-keyed the key and it was still inoperable. He followed me to the room to try it himself, and noted that the handle was loose and may be the cause of the making the keycard inoperable. He promptly re-assigned me another room and I was able to enter the room. When I explained that I did not know how to operate the channeling of the TV, he promptly came to the room and showed me. The following day, I was unable to enter the room, and I had to return to the desk to have the keycard re-keyed and was able to enter the room. The 3rd day, I explained how I was having an issue with the keycard again, and since I had been complaining about the same issue, the desk arranged for maintenance to check the keycard issue and he used a keycard cleaner and that solved the problem. All was well afterward.

All of the staff have been amazing; really friendly and helpful. We needed a few toiletries and things and they had them available for us, which was a huge time-saver-they even had extra ketchup packets when we ordered food one day and didn't get any, which was awesome. Free breakfast has been delicious, and the room has been clean and comfortable. I also love that they have a hot cocoa bar in the lobby-it's the little things that make all of the difference. I love this place!

It's a great hotel. From cleanliness and service. I want to mention that Phil is Very courteous, helpful and caring. Our family drove from Texas and arrived earlier then expected, you can imagine how exhausted my whole family was traveling in the car for over a day and a half. Phil was understanding and was able to check us in earlier so instead of leaving us to sleep in the parking lot he accommodated my family. We appreciated what he did for us soo much. Breakfast is great and yummy. Lots of selections. They also have all day hot drinks Bar (coffee, tea, cocoa etc). Room was very clean and all the amenities you need. My girls and I love the Dove body wash!!! I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!!

It is a beautiful hotel despite the pot hole at the entrance from the main road. However, it was clearly marked so you have ample time to slow down and ease over it. There is a back way in/out of lot to avoid it all together. The breakfasts were delicious with a nice variety and selection so you dont get bored. The staff were lovely and prompt anytime we needed something or had questions. We highly recommend this hotel!

Came for a one night mother daughter trip and to do some x-mas shopping. Even got there early and they were able accommodate us and check us into a room early which was fabulous. Everything from our room to the lobby to the breakfast area was spotless. They also served a free breakfast and even that wase awesome. If your looking for reasonable priced short get away, check out the Holiday Inn in Merrimack New Hampshire.
