Formerly a Marriott Residence Inn, now independent. The studio was excellent just like a Marriott would be. They eliminated morning breakfast. And the pool was closed for maintenance which was untimely.

Our stay was really relying on the pool and it was not available to use due to shocking the pool twice. Having 3 toddlers and them being sad made it very had for them to understand. The customer service was ok but not a whole lot of help when we arrived no one was around at the front desk. When we went into the room, all the TVs did not work at all. The floor had a spill from previous people that stayed there with something smelly and red that stunk up the whole place.

Staff was really friendly. Area was full of restaurants and easy access to the highway. Room was clean and we love the residence style rooms which include a full kitchen with dishwasher for cooking in. The only thing that was less than stellar is when the weather got bad with snow and ice the parking lot and sidewalks were very icy and my wife fell walking back to our room as the sidewalk was very slick and there are lots of stairs and steps as the property is on a hill.

Exterior lights on stairway out. Leaves completely covered walks and outside stairs. Staff in office very friendly and helpful. Bathroom caulking and trim getting shabby.

Very nice place. I had a 2 floor home ,2 full bathroom. Kid's loved it .Pool was closed due to the water test. 6 minutes away from the Merrimack Outlet. Very easy driving around.

Very unique home-like rooms. Nice linens. Very close to highway so there is a bit of road noise. Room amenities are great. Multiple TVs, nice shower heads fireplace etc. parking area is very dark and hard to find room number.

We booked here for the pool and only after we got in it were we told we needed to get out immediately as it was dangerous…. Then midway through our stay, we returned to our room to find that it had been given to other guests and their stuff was in our room and our groceries we had bought were thrown away. Big rooms, nice area, but they need to get it together!

I liked how the room was fully equipped with a kitchen and it was spacious. What I did NOT like were the never ending mosquitoes and gnats flying around the room all night. I went to lay down and there are gnats and mosquitoes buzzing around my head. It's very unnerving. In the rear corner of the ceiling above the bed, there are 2 separate areas where the gnats gather. I sprayed them with hair spray, bc that's all I have It's only 10:15pm and if I hadn't already taken my sleep meds, I would leave. Insects buzzing around my head makes me very uncomfortable. And no I didn't contact anyone, because it's kind of late. My son is already asleep on the sofa

I appreciated the ease of check-in. We got there after midnight and everything worked with the lockbox etc. The dining table was dirty when we walked in. The curtains were gross, unbelievably dirty. I tried to put something on top of the refrigerator but it look like it hadn't been cleaned..ever. There was hair on the shower wall. I looked up while sitting on the couch and the underside of the picture on the wall had thick black spots of something on it; possibly a spilled drink? If it hadn't been so late and we didn't need to sleep I honestly would left.

I normally stay here when I travel in the area; This room was old, outdated, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, air fresheners in outlets to hide the gross smell, and the king size bed was so old, it literally folded on the middle like a taco, my back still hurts 2 days later from sleeping on it.

We only had two towels for the room when stating that we had 4 guest, door lock was broken had to put a chair in front of door. Rooms are a little rough but overall nice and convenient to shopping. Staff was very helpful!

Very nice place - more like a condo development than a hotel. Lovely small apartments with full kitchen, comfy couch and bed, plenty of closet space. Staff was welcoming, location was convenient - it's close to a busy road, but you don't hear it once you close the door. Would happily stay there again.

We stayed in a queen suite for three days. I booked through hotels.com and the third-party dropped the ball on my reservation change so I showed up a day before the hotel was expecting me. They immediately got me into a room and were very accommodating. The manager also helped me get money back from the third-party website after they had overcharged me. We had a couple of problems in our unit that were just basic maintenance problems, but the maintenance man came as soon as he heard about the problem and repaired it, and he was super personable and friendly. I enjoyed all of my conversations with each of the four staff members I interacted with. By the second morning of my stay I was already recommending this hotel to a friend for her wedding guests coming in from out of town in the Fall. The location just off the highway is super convenient as well with restaurants, gas, grocery stores and fabulous playgrounds nearby. Will definitely be coming back!

Live check in closed at 8. I called ahead of time to get lock box info. It never came but we were going to make it with minutes to spare. Seemed silly to have to leave both an online message and make a call and still have to call. Room was dirty and not what I had reserved but the night number was for emergencies. Towels had hair and dirt on them. We stayed here a few years ago and were so impressed, not the case this time. Glad it was a quick stay.

We didn't check in until after 8and the staff was wonderful. They texted me instructions on how to get the keys and all went smoothly. The room was excellent. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths fireplace living room and kitchen. Solidad provided excellent customer service.

As a Hotels.com VIP member, we chose this hotel for the perks and proximity of its location. The perks were supposed to include a free bottle of wine and a free room upgrade, which we never received. The girl at the desk mentioned she was new and didn’t know what to do. Not her fault, for sure, but shouldn’t she have been trained on this? She didn’t even know about it. The hotel rooms seem to get more and more into disrepair every year we’ve stayed there. Peeling wallpaper, nasty air vents, and no hot water during one of the showers. Curtains were torn in spots and water stains on the ceiling. We love the location and the overall feel of this hotel, and perhaps we got the one room that needs a little TLC, but it’s time to start upping your game or we will search for other accommodations for our next stay.
