Very disappointed in the quality of services, cleanest of the property and lack of security measures for the external doors. There should have been a keycard reader on the back door. The lights didn't work near the bed area. The rooms were smelling. The bathroom tub needs to be reglazed, it is missing the tub stopper. The lobby area and hallway was full of trash. We stayed on the first floor in two rooms. The pictures on there website did not represent what we stayed in.

The one thing I really liked is that there were no bed bugs. However, there is a pool, an outside pool. Our stay was well received and had great encounters with the staff. They were accommodating and our stay wasn't too bad. The room could have used some maintenance, the water pressure was a bit low. There was some fixtures missing and the bath tub was painted, therefore making it a bit slippery and while taking a shower, the paint would fall off. If just staying for an overnight trip, depending on your choice of bells and whistles, it's a good stay. If you plan on staying longer and are picky, it's not for you. It's in a great location for shopping and restaurants.

To enter into the building the outside door was open. There was not needed to use my key to enter. My room was ok for what I paid for it. The bed was a plat form base and very uncomfortable. The bathtub was peeling off and flaking into the tub. The shower head was loose and spraying water out of the shower onto the floor. This was just used to sleep after a long drive. The price was low so, I did to think it would be much more than a dive place. I would not stay here again.

It was ok. The floor was not very clean. The tv remote didn't work but it got fixed. The shower head was rusted and the shower area was older and had stains in it. The hallways and stairs were dirty and smelly. The door to the patking lot was propped open with a rock all the time, didn't need room card to get in. Felt a little unsafe, anyone could enter at anytime.

Complete trash. Every room I’ve ever had smelled of animals. Last one the paint was chipping out of the tub and walls. Smells like cat piss everywhere you walk and the doors to the outside are never locked fully and if they are your key can’t get you back inside. Very unsafe and smelled like cat piss

It has been awhile since I’ve stayed at motel 6. Close to 15 years. I had made a reservation for nonsmoking king. After I was checked in, I didn’t realize that hotel did not have an elevator and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Being that I recently had surgery, climbing stairs was not an option for me. The desk clerk was asked if they could place me in a room on the first floor. Immediately the desk clerk tried to say they didn’t have any rooms and they were full. After it was asked how could they be full and the parking lot was almost empty for the exception of a few parked cars a room on the 1st floor was given a room. The only other thing is the washing of towels. Several strands of long hair were in the towels. Other than that. It was a nice room and I was able to get sleep.

COCKROACHES I will make this short and sweet. First room (231) I was put in, had the shower torn apart and water running. Was moved to room 235. The floorboards in the bathroom were squishing with water underneath and mold was up and down the shower. That night I was greeted by a handful of cockroaches in said bathroom. I was then moved to room 237. I was immediately greeted to 6 baby roaches on the sink in the living area. When I brought this forth to Sharon, the manager, she stated she could give me a $30 refund. Not great, but I appreciated her trying. When I got home, there was no refund. I contacted Hotels.com who was wonderful and they reached out to Motel6, who denied any refund. So... cockroach infested, mold, and liars. Don't waste your time or money. Also, there were two large dead roached in the 3rd room and one dead one on the second floor middle of the carpet in the hallway the whole time. Cleaning isn't a thing.

Number of issues. Very dirty smells like dog and cat piss everywhere.The tvs might or might not work, that also includes the refrigerators. The lock on the doors might or might not work. Someone’s kid was playing behind the desk so the attendant had to tend to that instead of checking me in at a convenient time. Never a good experience after times of trying to give it a chance.

I really don't know were to start other than the beginning. I had chosen to pay at the hotel upon arrival but yet somehow my card that I used to reserve it that I did not want to use to pay for it was charged. Also at check-in we were required to provide a $50 cash deposit. Luckily I had it on me or I would have had to use the ATM and be charged fees. The pillows were thinner than most comforters. On the second night our AC went out the staff did put us in a new room but it took checking out 7 rooms that all had issues most with ACs that did not work. We finally settled for a room that I had to leave the lid of the toilet tank to push down on the float to get the tank to fill after flushing.

The bed was terrible like a board with two pillows on king mattress, The air didn't work, Had to keep getting keys scanned to work, our door did not lock properly, Absolutely no Internet at all it was too weak to even try and connect, TV didn't work, Had to complain about our keys and finally switched to a new room late during the night on our second day and gave us keys again that didnt work so we made 5 trips to office to get our keys scanned, office man did not care at all like we bothered his night with a hot room and no tv..

It took three tries to find a room with a working AC unit. If able, one may want to spend more for a less desperation-level accommodation. The marginally functional rooms provide relief when compared to the stereotypically low-income hallway and exterior experience, reminiscent of “The Projects.” If you gotta stay here, I’m sorry. Life is hard.

We stayed 1 night so we could go to the dunes. The check in was good and quick. You do have to put a $50 deposit down which was fine but not mentioned until we got to the hotel. The surrounding area was pretty sketchy, the A/C was broken felt like it was about 75 in the room so it was pretty warm, the maids clean at night and you can hear the vacuum and everything thru the door. Wasn’t a bad room was very clean but bring a fan if you like to sleep in a cool room!

Less than comfortable 3 pillows for 2 people pillows were very thin and hard. Temperature control unit was heavily damaged and it was impossible to see what you were doing. Plumbing was rough, the toilet didn't want to flush properly. When I made my concerns known to the person on the front desk at checkout this morning, he seemed less than interested in what I had to say.

The night shift manager if rude and very unprofessional. I was there for a total of 10 mins with my daughter and wife. We checked in around 11:40pm walked to are extremely dirty room and the manager was walking up and down the hallway screaming on the phone with someone. My wife parked the car and met us in the room and was followed by some creep after being approached in the parking lot by him. We immediately grabbed the little stuff we brought to the room back to the car and that’s when police came flying up in the parking lot. Told the manager we don’t feel safe here with are daughter he said oh well and refused a refund. Not a safe place for your family.

If there were an option to give minus five stars for the front desk staff, that’s exactly what I would choose. When I arrived at this hotel, exhausted after a long trip, the so-called clerk at the front desk treated me in the rudest way I have ever experienced in my life. He hurled every obscene insult imaginable at me—apparently because I dared to wake him up. On top of that, he told me that he had canceled my reservation, which I made through Expedia.com, entirely on his own initiative without even informing me, simply because he “decided” I wasn’t going to show up. I have never seen service this disgraceful before, and I hope I never will again. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate who was on duty that day and take the strictest possible action. The entire experience was so revolting and disgusting that words can hardly describe it.

What stood out is that the next Morning my Car Battery was Dead and The Maintenance Guy Helped me with A Jumpstart and Great Hospitality was from everyone that works there that I had an interaction with !!! Definitely will recommend and Stay Again

We arrived late evening. The area was not well lit and there were people loitering at different points around the outside of the property. Once I found the office the check in was great. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful - super friendly and took steps to ensure we felt safe and were able to keep an eye on our car. Our room was not terribly clean - e.g. dresser had old splashes from a spill, areas of the tub not wiped down, and there were some maintenance issues - e.g. broken window glass, and the ceiling in the bath was water damaged and coming down in one spot

I thought the accommodations were adequate for 1 night, very cheap, easy access off the interstate on our trip to Florida. I had read the reviews so I knew it wasn’t the finest hotel & maybe the area was somewhere you would want to be extra careful but I didn’t read about cleanliness being a problem in the rooms or anyone catching bedbugs. We arrived pretty late so if you just need a spot to sleep & get up early to leave, this is fine. Just don’t Google the place or pay attention to the stains on the carpet in the hallways😬.

I asked for Absolutely no smoke room and I got it. Room was splendidly clean utilities in there in perfect working order. Lobby is clean. The Third party operable soft drinks dispenser, needs to be better supervised. It sucked up my bills gave me change but no drinks. In totality the motel has my thumb up 👍
