Terrible service all the way around! Close this dump

Pimple patches stuck to the floor, tables/drawers dusty, first room then toilet didn’t work. No hair dryer for guests. You have to put a $60 cash deposit down and then get back when checkout which makes it take longer. Do not recommend

Their were needles in the room did not see it until I was stuck in the finger with one went to the hospital had to get a tetanus shot, bloodwork just to make sure that I was OK came back. Tried talking to management management never called me back every time I called the front desk. No one knew how to get in touch with management. I kept leaving my number and still to this moment, I still have yet to talk to management. I am back home. I have seen my own primary care. Doctor had lab work re-ran still waiting on my management of this hotel to reach out and at least acknowledge what happened over the weekend. I will no longer be using this hotel ever again. This used to be my go to hotel when I was in Merriville, but it is no longer I will be filing charges against them

Ceiling falling apart, shower head holding together by a bag popped off almost hit me

When we got to the hotel it was a $60 cash deposit that was not on the website which was okay but it was a couple in front of me that couldn't pay the $60 and they still let them stay but they made me pay then the receptionist had no good customer service skills she was mean and nasty and the room had chip paint stuff peeling off the walls no ice maker it was just a bad experience
