The rooms have a fridge and microwave, which is nice if you don’t want to eat out your whole stay. Walmart was a close drive, so we stocked up on snacks and drinks. The property has a pool & hot tub, my kids spent a lot of time at the pool. The laundry room was out of service during our stay-which was fine since we didn’t need it. But if it’s something you need you should probably call ahead of time to see if it’s working! Ozzie’s (a true 1950’s diner) is walking distance from the hotel and the food was really good! The hotel also has ample free parking! I definitely recommend!

Rooms clean, elevator broken, had to walk up 3 floor. Swimming pool locked could not use it.

The property didn't have anything you couldn't use the pool you couldn't use the jacuzzi there was no ice machine there was no soda machine there was nothing there they had construction workers there I only stayed one night out of three they were supposed to refund my other two nights and I still haven't had the refund yet

We were there for a 3 night stay, elevator worked the first day. We had to use the stairs the rest of the days (we were on the 3rd floor) Rooms are newly remodeled. Rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay. We had to go downstairs for clean towels. Price was cheap so you get what you pay I guess.

False advertising! No breakfast, no gym, no lounge chairs at the pool, no clock, no hair dryer, handicap parking was too far away. Employee had the nerve to say they aren’t the ones who falsely advertised, blaming Expedia. Yet, the employee there said since he started there 2 years ago the gym was never open. I only picked there for the breakfast and I feel extremely cheated.

I made reservation to this hotel because of swimming pool and hot tub, ( closed) mattress was noisy every time I move. The other hotel in Lynwood also has pool closed almost all the time!!

The elevator is not working We needed to use the stands. The pool area was not clean. The phone in the room didn't work.

The gym was closed down permanently. It advertised free breakfast, that was closed down too “for safety”. There was shotty patch jobs all over the grounds it felt like the hallways were literally falling. Our first room had ants everywhere. Our new room had spider webs hanging in the bathroom and a living spider in the shower. I def didn’t get what we paid for.

Very rude staff, unclean pool and spa, pincher insect in bed, and clogged tub. Unable to bathe.

It’s usually a very clean hotel, but this last visit was horrible. There was old coffee in the coffee pot, with mold!!! Dirty box springs and water bottles left from the previous visitors in the shelf!!! Don’t know if we will be coming back!

Room smellled ,toilet not working properly. No breakfast. Halls not cleaned and maintained. Ice machine had mildew ask for a handycap bathroom with medical bars and did not get what I paid for was so hard to use the bathroom.

Staff in front desk/ lobby were friendly and helpful. But there were a lot of ants in the room/ bathroom. Bathroom door paint was peeling from the constant humidity in the bathroom. Ceiling was full of bugs. Pillows were really flat. Soundproofing poor, could hear people going in and out pretty often. When we called maintenance for a plugged toilet, the guy came with a plunger and handed it to us with no other further interaction. Very interesting stay.

Dirty and smells sewer in the room, tub is dirty, AC unit dirty, outdated furnitures, pillows so small. I can’t believe Wyndham management allowing this situation. Price paid totally not worth it. Not coming back.

Sheets had stains on them, the pictures shown through Expedia look nothing like what the actual place looked like in person.

Staff was friendly and try to help in every case. However, the rooms, flooring is old style and need to be renewed. Noise from the main roads was terrible. But price is ok.

Hard and old pillows, WiFi was terrible, hot water sometimes, the room smells awful when we got there and the room telephone didn’t work to call to the from desk. Never going back

Wonderful and friendly staff. Cute rooms with a retro feel. My only gripe was the free WiFi. It kicks you off every hour. Rather inconvenient for an influencer. But that's minor. I fully recommend this place. Thanks Angel! 😁

The room was impeccable, spacious, with a refrigerator, coffee maker (which didn't work well), microwave, and TV. The parking lot was huge, with two bus lines (62 and 108) connecting to the metro station. An Uber to the airport cost between $90 and $100. They don't do daily cleaning in the rooms; you have to request it. For me, it was fine, and I requested toiletries at reception when needed. The staff is excellent; they speak English and Spanish. I would stay there again without a doubt. Oh, and the check-in fee is refunded immediately.

Very very loud at night. Freeway traffic is loud, constant sirens & big rigs & motorcycles. people talking all hours of the night, guy cleaning trash cans at 3 & 4 am using a walkie talkie. Police driving thru alot. Car alarms going off. Very busy & hectic!!! Also hot tub was not warm. Asked if they could turn it up they hung up on me!! Wouldn't stay again

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk check-in staff have a bad attitude. The rooms weren't cleaned or restocked during the entire 3 days we were there. Turns out we needed to request that at check-in. The second room we booked in JUNE wasn't ready, and we waited an additional 30 minutes after a 6-hour ride. We will never book a Travelodge again.

I had called about an early check in, where I was told I could come in an hour early at 2. Me and my girlfriend had been running around the city all day after getting off our flight and having driven all through the night prior. We showed up at 2 to check in and the receptionist, Rosa, very rudely denied us as well as another couple who had been told the same thing. She refused to elaborate or even apologize for the misunderstanding. About 45 minutes later we were told we could check in, after a member of the maintenance staff approached us outside of the hotel and asked if there would be any “issues”. We tried to pay for the room, but unfortunately the chip on my card is sensitive and doesn’t always work. The tap and swipe functions work just fine and I told this to Rosa. She told us that because of policy they only accepted the chip, which is ridiculous because the card reader literally said we could swipe or tap. I ended up having to send money to my girlfriend to use her card, changing the name on the reservation and nearly charging both me and her accounts and causing more stress. The staff here needs to be carefully reevaluated and Rosa most definitely needs to be terminated from her position. We heard another group of people complain about her I’m sure for similar reasons. They also stuck us in a handicap room, with fans and lights out of order, and in the 4 nights we spent there not once did housekeeping even knock.

Horrible service, tv didn’t work for the 3 days we were staying, asked for a replacement 3 times and nobody got sent up until the third time.

One night stay, concierge was friendly and accommodating, overall checkin experience was pleasant and efficient.

Beddings looked and smelled like they weren’t changed. Pillow smelled so bad! Carpet and a/c smelled bad! Area is not good, there is a bridge next to the hotel and homeless is in and out of the area. Would not recommend to stay here at all! Only reason I’m giving a one star is because the lady at the front was kind and tried her best to accommodate us, like getting new beddings to change what was there.

After reading some of the reviews, I was prepared for the worst, but this was a generally nice place to stay. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, my son and I enjoyed the pool + hot tub, and the location (while not ideal for anyone without a car), was pretty central with easy access to the I-5. For the price, I don’t think you can do much better.

The neighborhood this property is in is scary. It backs up to a major freeway. Book at your own risk.

Very unsafe, sketchy area and people staying/ walking around there. Got whistled at walking to my car. My car even got broken into and got stuff stolen.

The hotel(motel) is located in highway side, noise louder a little bit. And a small dog barked overnight damn

It Was Nice. THIER Rooms Were Clean, Staff Was Friendly And Helpful. Has Pool & Spa And Caterers To The Disabled. Its Not All That Close To Restaurants, But There Is A Family Owed One At The Corner And A 7-11 Across The Street. If You Have A Viehicle To Travel Also You May Not Have Far To Travel

Staff were fantastic. Happy polite and helpful. Pool was clean, but limited hours. Breakfast currently not available due to renovations, cereal could have been a helpful solution. Below average diner next door all other food 5-10 min drive away

Overall it was an ok experience. Was there for 6 days. The room was clean and in decent condition. Appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee in the room. The pool was ok. Felt safe enough on the property. It’s not a new place and the exterior is showing its age and is not the cleanest. There’s no breakfast provided. Keep your expectations low and you’ll find this to be an ok place at a reasonable price.
