The room was great! Shower wasn’t the best hotel one I’ve used before but it was decent. Took a minute for the hot water to arrive. The various menus were a little confusing to navigate. The room service menu on the tv doesn’t have some of the items you see on the website menu. Also, there is no online menu for the Mr. Banks Diner. The only truly big inconvenience was the lack of ev charging. They have a ton of Tesla superchargers but if you have a vehicle that doesn’t have the NACS port or an adapter then you’re out of luck. I had an older rental that didn’t have either of those so I had to go offsite to charge. Aside from those minor inconveniences, the property was great. Plenty of parking (valet for guests), the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the food was great.

It was a great stay. Alex at the front desk was amazing and accommodating. My sister and I stayed for a week. It was a great time had for sure. The view was nice as well as we were on the executive floor.

We have stayed at this property several times before, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had here. From the moment we arrived, things started off poorly. The cigarette smell in the valet area was overwhelming, which was surprising considering it is outdoors and there are “No Smoking” signs posted throughout the area. I asked the valet attendant for a bell cart because we had several bags to bring up to the room. He told me he would bring one out, but he never came back. One thing that also bothered me was that I greeted him and had our initial conversation in English. As soon as I gave him my name and pronounced it correctly in Spanish, he switched to speaking Spanish to me. I understand Spanish, but I had already established that I was speaking to him in English. It felt unnecessary to assume I wanted to switch languages simply because I have a Spanish name. When I went inside to check in, the front desk interaction also felt rushed. I was basically handed my key cards, pointed toward the elevators, and sent on my way. I asked again about getting a bell cart and was told someone had taken it and had not brought it back. After waiting for a while, I finally gave up. I ended up making three separate trips myself to bring all of my family’s belongings up to the room. We had also requested a crib for our baby, but there was no crib in the room when we arrived. After getting settled, I called the front desk and was told someone would bring one up r
