Comfortable, very clean, quiet.The room had no air conditioner however I was amazed that the room was so cool althought the temp was mid 80 to 90. There is a fan provided. The inn is close to everything the Village is .3 miles walking and there is water access only about 200+ yards away. There is also a restaurant about 100 yards away. I would definitely stay there again if I have the same room #30 or any room in the building that has a second floor.

This was a last minute booking, and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice big room, comfy king bed and close walking distance to lake. Lovely outdoor bbq area, which we took advantage of, with tables/chairs. There were several seating areas throughout the property with table/chairs/umbrellas. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice motel. Overall clean. We ate our dinner at the outdoor picnic table. Microwave and fridge really helped. We used fireplace at midnight and the room was heated very quickly.

This was the first time we’ve stayed here and we will definitely be returning. It has a beautiful landscape right along the lake with awesome views, a really cool bar and grill at the back of the property, and our room was so nice and spacious. The room has all the amenities of a small cabin with a kitchenette, small living room, and wood fireplace. For the price and amenities you really can’t find a better deal!

The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the area. Easy check in, super clean rooms and very spacious. Parking was easy and there’s a nice restaurant on the property with a lake view. 12/10, will stay again!

Nice size clean room. short walk to the lake. The office has limited hours, but are on the property & can be reached via cell phone if anything is needed. We arrived after hours and they left our package at the office so no problem checking in late. Nice med size refrigerator vice the smaller dorm type usually found, about 2x's the size normally found. Unfortunately, no ice machine & no a/c. A fan is provided and radiate heater fire place. We had a nice stay, would consider staying again.

Very quiet even it's off the main street. The lake and a nice restaurant/bar is right behind the motel. The Villege is very close. Front desk lady, I didn't get her name, was VERY nice. No air conditioner. But it doesn't get that warm in Big Bear.

This was a clean room that was very large and well equipped and super comfortable. The grounds were clean and had nice extras like bbqs and shaded picnic tables. We chatted with the front desk woman (owner) and she was very friendly and a nice person. We had a couple other of encounters with hotel staff--all professional and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay and hurrah the staff enforces the rules so the rest of us get our money's worth in a nice quiet stay.

The hotel was nice, very clean, close proximity to the village, but not walking distance. It’s located right on the shores of Lake. It was a little bit pricey, but it was also peak season. I don’t offered really any amenities, but they have a barbecue grill area which is probably nice in the warmer months. For the price, they should offer at least free coffee and some basic breakfast.

Nice clean property on Big Bear lake, clean big room. Fireplace kept the room warm but it kept clicking in the middle of the night. 1 of the pillows had blood spots on it.

Lady at front desk at check in was not very friendly! Room is old. Toilet did not flush well. Paint was falling off the ceiling. Room had a musty odor. Overall everything is old and needs remodeling.

The beds are not comfortable and make noise with every turn. The neighbor room was very loud, seems like they had a fight that night, our whole family could not sleep till pass midnight. Over all, the location is great. The room is very clean.

This was an August visit, so the weather was on the warm side (not hot). It would have been nice to have a/c to sleep better at night. The furniture is very dated but in decent shape and the room was clean. A small coffee place is within easy walking distance across the street. I consider it a good value and would stay there again. I recommend it to others if you do not need anything fancy.

The beds moved so much; you could feel yr heart beating on the other side. I woke up at least 5 times. All 4 of us got a terrible nights sleep, just bc of the beds. No black out curtains either.. At least we were warm. But the next day was miserable and everyone was grumpy bc we all needed naps.

Staff was friendly. The location was great, in walking distance of some shops and fine dining. The lake view from our room was great. The only drawback, the walls are thin, heard the neighbor snoring. My boyfriend and I aren’t quiet people either…So sorry for the loud tv and even louder laughter. Overall a great stay, would definitely come back!

The property management was very rude and not personible at all she actually waited up until 2 AM for us to get home from a long day of being at a wedding to tell us that we're being too loud and if I was she has to come down one more time she was gonna kick us out and never acknowledge the fact that our neighbors were loud as well almost felt like she was kind of prejudiced to us and our race. I would not recommend staying here at all. I even found a roach in the bathroom and under beds were horrible .

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our 4 yr old granddaughter. It was an amazing experience as it was our first vaca with her. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

The staff was super helpful starting from check in to giving me all thebtourist and local info. Rooms are clean and spacious. Right next to the lake so I walked down to take in the view. Less than 0.5 mi to visitor centor and a load of restaurants and shops.

We showed up by 6 pm. No answer. We finally called the number on the door. The answer was:” I am having my lunch. I’ll be there in 5.” 20 mns later I called : the girl was very rude. Unacceptable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vintage lakeside inn. It is 4 minutes away from Snow Summit. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Property is clean and spacious. Mini fridge is a good size with a small freezer. Heating was easy to set up and worked really well. TV had a lot of nice channels. My family enjoyed staying here. It was nice to come in and out and not worry about trash and other rules you normally would need to obey at an air bnb. This was our first time at the Inn and we will be back again. I am glad we tried it out.
We really enjoyed our stay at Vintage lakeside inn. It is 4 minutes away from Snow Summit. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Property is clean and spacious. Mini fridge is a good size with a small freezer. Heating was easy to set up and worked really well. TV had a lot of nice channels. My family enjoyed staying here. It was nice to come in and out and not worry about trash and other rules you normally would need to obey at an air bnb. This was our first time at the Inn and we will be back again. Front desk staff was super nice. Room was nice, no AC, but fan in the room was plenty. Quick walk to the lake was nice, and very close to several shops, restaurants, and the village.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room and bathroom were good sizes! A lot of storage and closet space! Very hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Easy and free parking. Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, tour offices, etc. Really close to the lake as well! Walking distance to the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, very clean, quiet.The room had no air conditioner however I was amazed that the room was so cool althought the temp was mid 80 to 90. There is a fan provided. The inn is close to everything the Village is .3 miles walking and there is water access only about 200+ yards away. There is also a restaurant about 100 yards away. I would definitely stay there again if I have the same room #30 or any room in the building that has a second floor.

We loved our short stay at the Vintage Lakeside Inn. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is close to the Village, there's a restaurant on site that overlooks the lake and the food is good. We would definitely stay again.

This was a last minute booking, and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice big room, comfy king bed and close walking distance to lake. Lovely outdoor bbq area, which we took advantage of, with tables/chairs. There were several seating areas throughout the property with table/chairs/umbrellas. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a very nice 3-night stay before Christmas! The staff was great, rooms were clean and spacious. It was close enough to the Village that we could walk. There was a nice restaurant on the lake near the hotel. We had a kitchenette too so we made our own food (keeping the trip more affordable) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible place to stay. It comes with a mini fridge, little freezer in it, microwave, and the gas fire is on right when you open the door. If you want down the parking lot, there is a great place for food and drinks on the lake. It's also just a 5 minute walk to the village. We drove to the mountain but I am sure the shuttle is near also.

The hotel was nice, very clean, close proximity to the village, but not walking distance. It’s located right on the shores of Lake. It was a little bit pricey, but it was also peak season. I don’t offered really any amenities, but they have a barbecue grill area which is probably nice in the warmer months. For the price, they should offer at least free coffee and some basic breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The food at the restaurant at the end of the parking lot was very good with a wonderful veiw of the water. We stayed in the family suite which has a fireplace, a comfortable leather couch & love seat, a Kitchenette with a microwave (I think it had a convection mode) and a coffee maker & toaster. There is no A/C, but there’s a ceiling fan in the bed room and an oscillating fan in the living room. It stayed pretty comfortable even though there one of the days got pretty hot. All in all there was plenty of room at a great price.
