The pool was out of commission the first couple of days. Then when it was open it wasn't real clean. Murky water and lots of dirt and other stuff on the bottom. The room was clean. The breakfast was so so.

AIR CINDITIONER DID NIT WORK. LITERALLY SLMOST FELL OFF WALL UNDER WINDOW. HOTEL SMELLED HORRIBLY MUSTY. POOL CLOSED ENTIRE STAY.

Check in was very quick because i did it online. The employee on this day was friendly. Upon entry to the room, there was a strong mildew smell and bugs by the window. We opened the window to help alleviate the smell. We were told there were nachos at 6:30. We went at 6:35 and it was empty. We were told it could not be refilled. The pool was locked the next morning. The hours stated that it was open at 7am. We went at 9 and it was still locked. No one came until 9:40 to unlock them. The front desk person was rude about this. The breakfast was what you would expect. We needed the plunger. The front desk person said there was only one and it wasnt available. She was also rude. This was the morning of July 5 2025. Checkout was easy.

I liked how easy it was to check in. You could do it while on your way there and when you arrive, you’re already checked in you get your keys and you’re ready to go to your room. I liked the breakfast. There was many choices to choose from. What I didn’t like was that everything was broke down. The washer and dryer was broke down, the pool pump was out, the Internet was very unstable going out for long periods of time. The phone in the room did not work so every time you needed to speak to someone you had to go outside your room to the front desk. There were no bedbugs so that’s a plus but there were no drawers no closets and there was someone else’s hair inside the drain of the tub. Being a member of Wyndham must say that I’m very disappointed. I don’t think I would return here again and I would not send my family or friends here. I feel if you are going to have everything in your hotel broke down then you should at least offer half price or something.

The hotel is a good value without question. I may be willing to pay more money for some improvements to the facility. It does a good business without question. Twice I had to park in a competitors parking lot across the street because all of the spots in the hotel lot were full. No lamps to speak of beside the sofa. So, either over head lights or you can’t read unless you’re in bed. Also no cell chargers at the sofa. The hot tub is small and barely got warm though you wouldnt want to be out there long because all smokers go to the covered area directly behind the whirlpool. If you like smelling cigarettes and marijuana while trying to relax, you may love it. The room has Smart TVs, but why bother, if they can’t be brought on line. Seems I remember a previous review stating the same thing. The hotel is clean and every employee was pleasant and genuine. That alone was a breath of fresh air compared to other chains located nearby. I really don’t know if you can call three old machines in an ugly room a fitness center. I opted for the gym down the street which is open 24 hours during the week. but the hotel is dated. Why have Dma

We booked this hotel with the expectations of relaxing our travel weary bodies in the hot tub that was supposed to be available. It was NOT in working order. Such a disappointment for a traveller with disabilities 😞

We stayed here for one night on our drive from Southern Massachusetts to Orlando. After a 17 hour journey, we were disappointed to find that the outdoor hot tub was non functional. We took a quick dip in the pool and quickly regretted it as it was lukewarm, cloudy and full of debris. The overhanging trees drop seeds on the pool deck that stick to your feet and get in the water. Pool filter was off at the time which was about 9pm. It’s a shame because this could be such a nice pool area with proper upkeep. The room and rest of the hotel were fine for a one night stay and it was cheap enough for our needs.

Very good trip with my fourteen year old daughter to the Okefenokee Swamp. Great stay. Jacuzzi wasn’t heating and pool was very cold.

The property common areas were clean. Our room needed attention in cleanliness. During the night we encountered roaches in the bathroom, running across the sink. We did not turn on lights to check the rest of the room at that time. There was a stain right next to the bed that couldn't be determined but was still wet. Overall disappointed in the lack of attention.

Dirty towels on back of bathroom door from previous guests. Nasty looking stain on the bathroom wall over light switck. Didnt use coffeemaker because it was dirty. We did not feel comfortable because we were wondering how good the beds were cleaned since other stuff was dirty. It was our first stay at a Microtel. Also the last.

Dirty sheets on the bed, toilet seat was missing a mounting bolt and it was not easy to sit on. Dirty bathtub, dirty chrome, dirty nasty corners in the bathroom. My stay was so bad, I’ll never stay at any Microtel ever again. I’d rather pay a bit more and be comfortable. Oh, by the way the bed needed turned / or replaced. When we would lay down our feet were much higher than our head and made it damn near impossible to sleep. We were in room 316 and i can’t even begin to imagine what other rooms were like. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I CANNOT BELIEVE I HAD TO PAY HARD EARNED MONEY.

There is too much to write about. I just know we will never be back. Bathtub drain was clogged, they came in and threw the hair ( from the drain) on the floor in the bathroom. Everything was very old. Bathtub was filthy.

The room was absolutely vile. Bathrooms were so disgusting we couldn’t even shower. The walls had rust colored liquid running out of the outlets. It smelled like a musty sewer. The beds were like rocks with ripped covers, and the pillows were couch sized decorative pillows. Never again.

We really liked the room. It was new, clean, and well appointed. The only problem was, NO CLOSETS> They just give you pegs on the wall. Doesn't work if you stay more than one night. It was close to the highway and many eateries. Th e area is a major construction site. Very dangerous in the dark.

The Rooms have no (ZERO) closet space. There are no (ZERO) drawers. There is no (ZERO) counter space in the bathroom. The floors were FILTHY to the point that you had to wash your feet if you dared walk barefoot. The breakfast area was very clean, and the food was great as well. The Staff was friendly, but we had to ask for towels and shampoo. The Front Desk Lady was excellent and very professional.

Room was great, staff was wonderful. Cable was terrible. Not way to use apps on the tv. I was connected to the wi-fi with no internet 3 of the 4 days.

Room was ok. The heater/air conditioner shook the floor which in turn rattled the bed. They gave me a handicapped room for some reason. There was no bath tub. The entire bathroom was the shower which was very odd. It had a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. The light when you walked into the room didn't work. Breakfast was meh. No orange juice. Straight water came out. Very weird set up.

Clean, nice breakfast. Staff was not great. They tell you to text if you have any questions. I text to ask if the pool is open because it was locked. They say yes and then I tell them it is locked. 24 hours later they text and say they know. There was one nice lady that works there and she was so very cheerful and helpful. As we were leaving the front desk ladyl was rude to another guest. I felt sorry for the guy. The breakfast lady was the only one that could spray waffle iron. It was such a mess it was almost funny. I would still stay there again, but if customer service is important to you, this is not your place.

The check in was quick and friendly. I liked that Michelle had fresh baked cookies at six o'clock. That was a nice touch. The room was clean and right near the elevator. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the choice of pillows. I could have used a little bigger freezer since I travel with a cooler. Breakfast was nice and there were good choices from hot to cold items. The hotel was right off the highway, easy to get to in the dark which is important to me.

I was greeted by Michelle. We booked through a third party and I forgot I had one of the rooms under a different name. She gave me a discount and I paid for the second room. When I got up to the room and fired up my laptop I realized my mistake. Michelle was happily able to fix the mistake and have us in adjoining rooms. That night, my nephew got sick and threw up everywhere in the bathroom BUT the trash can, toilet or tub! Ughhh! A clean up it was! Becky in the morning at the front desk was super sweet and attentive. She literally dropped everything to help me out. Great staff, nice hotel with many nearby restaurants and gas stations!

So right off the bat I'm hearing the front desk women check someone in and she was being very rude to the person in front of me. Now I do realize the lady was complaining a little but the lady had a nasty things to say back like the older women said the rooms were a little dirty last time and the lady shot right back and said why did you come back then. I get no one wants to hear complaints but how does it make it even better to just be nasty back. She was like that the whole conversation and I felt bad for the older women. I was worried how she was going to treat me so I tried to be super nice so I wouldn't get snapped at. The room was ok. The bathroom shower head was really gross so I didn't take a shower but other then that I slept ok. I think the lady working that night was going through something so I hope she is nicer to others because people should be able to come to them for problems with the room without getting attitude.

The room was a handicap room and the drain in the bathroom floor caused the room to smell musty and like sulfer water. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The road at the entrance to the hotel parking lot had more than one large pothole that could cause damage to a smaller vehicle.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Bradley at the front desk on the night we arrived. He went beyond to welcome us, check us in quickly and assign us a pet friendly room. Location is great, very close to the I-95. The facilities were generally clean, but our room needed a bit more attention to detail, in particular the bathroom floor tiles. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, good value for the money.

What a great spot—cheaper than most surrounding properties yet such a great deal. Room is clean and roomy. Beds very comfy. Most of the hotel is updated, just needs a touch up here and there in the bathroom, but it’s barely noticeable. The breakfast is incredible for the price level—B&G, eggs, sausage, waffles…pop tarts, oatmeal sandwiches, etc. Absolutely worth the price and more.

The staff was very nice. The room drains were clogged. Took a quick shower in water up to my shins. The sink was also clocked. Can't understand how the cleaning staff didn't notice when cleaning the tub or sink. So much dirt in tub. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was loud, hard to fall asleep. Breakfast was the worst. Eggs were tasteless and water filled. Apple juice was way too concentrated.

Room was ok. The heater/air conditioner shook the floor which in turn rattled the bed. They gave me a handicapped room for some reason. There was no bath tub. The entire bathroom was the shower which was very odd. It had a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. The light when you walked into the room didn't work. Breakfast was meh. No orange juice. Straight water came out. Very weird set up.

Loved my experience at this hotel. For starters, the customer service was great at night. Sally specifically she was wonderful. Secondly, I am very picky about a comfortable bed because I have back problems and when I sleep on a terrible bed, I do not sleep at all and I got amazing sleep slept like a rock and was not in pain when I woke up and did not have to toss and turn from pain of the bed Being uncomfortable. Third, the room was not noisy I barely heard anyone outside of my room which is what I was hoping for. You don’t hear carts in morning & people going by… The breakfast was ok not the best… waffles were good, but eggs were not so good… they have fresh fruit like peaches & apples… toast, muffins, bagels… and the best drink choices- Milk, apple and orange juice and coffee if that’s your thing… I loved the fact that they had a hot tub and pool & definitely enjoyed that while I was there .. and the room and property is clean!’ Can’t beat the price and location was ideal because it’s close to cheap gas, food places & shopping.. also a nearby dog park if your dog needs to run around
