I enjoyed location and deck overlooking the water. The Hotel itself was run down and door frame going to deck looked like it leaked at one time and stained the carpet. Swimming pool was ice cold and kayaks were of very poor quality.

Accommodations and view exceptional. No food or bar service until 4pm. Pool water very murky. No one at the front desk outside of the hours of 3-6pm.

The room was clean, balcony had webs and spiders so we couldn't really go out there. No one seemed to be at the property front desk very much so that was weird...all doors were unlocked throughout the night so we thought that wasn't safe. Our room door had one lock and no peep hole, room keys failed twice. Hot tub covered up so we didn't think we could use it. No clean towels in the armoire where we were supposed to help ourselves. Restraurant was pricey and just ok food but no other choices when you were hungry. No snack bar, vending or ice machine. A soda vending machine but thats it. Last day elevator wasn't working so if you wanted to go to Restraurant you had to walk around the building and go through the pool. It was clean and bed was comfortable, convenient if you are going to a concert but other than that, probably would spend less at better accommodations.

Amazing views with spacious rooms somewhat offset by pool being closed. Also had extra charges on room (which were either from Expedia fine print or for dish cleaning - even though dishwasher door was blocked by oven).

The pool area was very poorly kept. The swim up bar is missing a barstool, with just a pipe sticking up under water Pool water was cloudy and didn’t feel comfortable getting in Hot tub also cloudy. Had kayaks available for use but getting to them you had to walk through weeds to get there The room we stayed in was very updated and clean but the rest of the property needs updated Not worth what we paid to stay.

The staff was fantastic. However, the conditions of the property are poor. There were spiders all over the balcony. The pool had worms in it. You can tell the staff are overworked and understaffed. The pool bar is not open because there is no one to work it. The staff still remained friendly though and were great considering the conditions.

This place is a dump ! Dirty pool ! Restaurant, swim up bar annd regular bar were closed Monday and Tuesday. Which was not disclosed . These are amenities we expected and paid for her . I reached out to the hotel and spoke to the manager. Terrible attitude from the beginning . Spoke to him on Saturday. He said somebody from upper management would be contacting me back. It is now Monday evening and have not heard from them at all nor do I expect to hear from them. I would say take that money and stay somewhere else. It is not worth it and they have terrible customer service.. I did not feel safe because the door was flimsy and did not have an extra lock . it was almost like a ghost town there I was told that they don't have a chef Mondays and Tuesdays and that's why the restaurant was closed, but why was the tiki bar and bar closed? You don't need a chef for that furthermore again, that's what I paid for the lack of sympathy no apology and attitude was disgusting. I will bless them on every media on how terrible they are. The room itself was decent and I did say that I was actually requesting a partial refund because of the lack of amenities and the dirtiness of the pool that my 10-year-old could not swim in again I haven't heard from anybody so I will blast them on TikTok yelp in every other platform.

We had an amazing stay - the entire staff was wonderful. I thought we were going to have a problem when we walked into our room and it was a sultry 83 degrees. The a/c was off and it was a warm, humid day. We turned the a/c on and cranked it down and then went to explore the propoerty, including eating at the onsite restaurant - which was amazing! The views are beautiful - the pool was still open (too cold to swim though being October), and I loved that they offered kayaks for us to use (couldn't talk my husband into it though lol). By the time we were back to our room, the temp was down to 75 and by sunset, it was a comfortable 72. The rooms were nice but you could tell it is a little older and could use some updates. There were a ton of spiders around, which the hotel is kind of in nature, so it didn't bother me so much but you would think they would spray right around the hotel to keep them from coming into the rooms or on the balcony. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will stay again in the future when we are kid free :)!

Hotel is recently remodeled and clean. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good. My biggest complaint is there are no vending machines onsite so after the restaurant closes there is no where to get a drink.

This place was filthy , so dirty everywhere . It’s definitely just a party hotel . Chateau on the lake is way better and worth the money .

Very disappointed‼️I ‘VE been wanting to stay here for a very long time. But, never again. The top of our bed was caked in dust; dirty carpet; no shades or curtains on all the glass so afternoon sun blared in; sink cabinet was very small. Overall, except for the gorgeous view, the hotel itself needs a complete overhaul with a designer that is savvy & up to date on styles.

Balconies and windows were unclean with cobwebs and other debris.

Very impressed with the cleanliness! The view of the lake was beautiful. Customer service was out of the world amazing! Phillip went out of his way to make sure our stay was more than comfortable with his excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stayagain.

Great place to stay for thunder ridge concerts. Easy parking and clean! Beautiful views of the lake and clean rooms.

The air conditioning didn’t work and it was hot. And we found a towel between our sheets which was a little creepy. But the room view was very nice and the desk clerk was so nice.

Room was clean view was nice but wayyyyy overpriced for one night.

“Luxury Resort” is a huge stretch. Everything in our room was so old, cheap, and dirty. Stains on the bedding, stains all over the carpet I never went without house shoes. Towels were paper thin and a joke. There were three of us in the room and we got exactly 3 towels even though we were staying multiple nights. Pictures show it’s a lake view. Our view was in the far corner and stared at the thick brush around the lake. Nobody ever at the front desk. Tried checking in 30 minutes after the check in time and still had to wait on our room. Finally had to just leave our keys on the front desk when checking out as again there was nobody there. We paid an overinflated price because there was a concert nearby that was cancelled. Don’t be fooled. This is a Motel. As the entry doors are all outside which is the definition of a motel.

We will definitely be back here. I would highly suggest this place for anniversaries or birthdays. The rooms are very spacious. The whole place was clean. The pool outdoor dining area are fantastic. Towels are provided. Kayaks are provided with life vests. The staff at the bar was friendly and knowledgeable. It is close enough to Big Cedar to enjoy their restaurants also.

Road noise was loud. Lake was beautiful. Staff were nice.

Wonderful view from the living room window. Construction on the bridge next to hotel noisey during day. Nothing fancy for dining or relaxation besides the bedroom with no windows, so nice and dark.

The view from the room was amazing. This place has a lot of potential but it fell short. The closet had no rod to hang clothes in bedroom. Bedroom outlets did not work. The bathroom had no hooks or hangers for towels. No toilet paper holder. The rooms had no decor whatsoever on the walls. There were no curtains or blinds on windows so the daytime sun was blasting through and heating up the room quickly. This place just needs a little attention and it good be remarkable. The staff was hard to find during the day and front desk phone was constantly a busy signal.

Overall the property was OK. It felt a bit unsafe at night with the elevators outside and all the rooms facing the street. The rooms were good/average with a spacious living area and the beds were comfortable however it seemed like "things" were missing. Drapes or blind hardware was above the doors but no drapes/blinds, etc. Loved having 2 TV\'s, the fireplace, microwave and small refrigerator and coffee maker

It was obvious that they were short staffed but they still were helpful and accommodating with everything we needed and the food in the restaurant was amazing

Although it’s slow season for them they treated us like special guest!

Computers down at check in and the area around check in counter was a total mess - Coffee pot did not have a carafe - told desk - they told me they would have one in our room when we returned from sight seeing or it would be at front desk - returned - no carafe in room - no carafe at front desk - waited while someone found one - they gave us another coffee pot with a carafe - NOT NEW - next morning we made coffee only to discover that the carafe in the pot they gave us as a replacement didn't fit so coffee did not drain into carafe - had to hold carafe up to ingage dripping - no soap of any kind anywhere in a two bedroom suite - only body wash in bathroom - no one at front desk when you tried to contact on phone in room - but the credit card charge went thru without a hitch

Staff was extremely pleasant & personable. Location of the hotel/resort was in great proximity to the wedding venues throughout the area. Will be back again

We stayed here when we went to a concert at Thunder ridge, its close enough to drive to or to uber to and from(schedule you rode back asap, it was ridiculous coming out of that venue). We would stay here again if we come for another concert.

The property itself was great! Nothing around as far as shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. A place if all you want is a stunning view of Table Rock lake.

It was just ok. Nothing crazy. Beautiful views. It works if you need somewhere close to thunder ridge. I think the pricing needs adjustment.

What a fun stay! This recently remodeled D’Monaco Hotel was the perfect getaway for my friend and I. We booked for the close proximity of Big Cedar amenities and Thunder Ridge concert arena. It will securely be a repeat stay!

We stayed here to be close to the concert venue. The view was beautiful. The room was great. Definitely not a resort though.

The check-in staff was amazing, but the restaurant staff was slow, disinterested and sloppy. The hotel is run down but could be amazing with a little effort. Pool was beautiful, but area around the pool was run down, and dirty. We loved the relaxing areas and view. Room was lovely and very clean with great linnens, but our TV did not work, no balcony chairs and cups for coffee maker would not fit. Overall, we will come back, but plan on eating elsewhere which is not convenient. I hope construction is finished from surrounding area soon, but this is not the Resorts issue.

I would not call this a resort. Pictures we’re way nicer than what we experienced. It was not aesthetically pleasing. Every time we went down to eat a cook”left” or was “out for a pack of Cigarettes”. The rooms are very nice and clean.
