Staff was rude, there were bugs in our room and when we were ready to check out there was nobody at the desk and after we rang the bell on the desk and still after 20 minutes there was nobody there. We left the the key on the counter.

This property was rated good and had some good reviews I was just there for the night so thought that it looked safe and clean by the pictures and reviews. It was old with lots of door and wall damage and the hallways were filthy. The room itself seemed clean enough but the condition of the doors and walls were a sign it was maybe not. One of the pillows was filthy and I found human hair everywhere.

It was awful, our room leaked really bad and they wouldn’t give us a new room till I asked for a refund. The bed was soaked bc there was a crack in the ceiling. It was ridiculous
