My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. My wife had knee surgery the previous day, so we booked the mobility accessible unit. The manager and other employees were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. When I checked in they showed us where to park near an entrance with no stairs that gave us great access to the suite. There was absolutely no problem for using a walker or a wheelchair. The hotel is very convenient for longer stays as well it has laundry facilities and a gym. The place and the room were very clean and comfortable and we felt supported at a difficult time. Thanks for everything!

No ice machine. Carpet torn off stairs. Curtains covered air conditioner, so had to be open at night Room set up was great though, just missing normal hotel things.

Candlewood Suites completely met our needs. Our dogs were comfortable and the dog walking area was quiet (compared to other hotels with suites near the loud, busy interstate). We would definitely come back.

A great place if you are staying for a few days! The in-suite kitchenette was so convenient and made meals easy - especially since restaurants in the area close at 9pm! On-site laundry was a plus too! We will definitely stay again when we are back next year!

So the chair in the living room area had mud all over the foot rest, and the wood floors in the kitchen area were filthly. Staff was nice but would not stay again

After checking in, I had to show the staff the room had not been cleaned. Hair in the shower, garbage under the bed, dirty dishes in the cupboard. The staff immediately put me in a better room but still the carpet was filthy and they did not offer a continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I'd suggest they hire better cleaning staff tho.

Room was dirty and top of refrigerator was covered in dust. Dishwasher was nasty with food in it.bathroom sink leaks underneath and got my wifes makeup bag soaked the faucet also leaks on countertop.Heat is barely working.top of air conditioner was filthy.front louvers on air conditioner are dirty covered in dust. Bottom weight on flag pole constantly banging pole when wind blows.generic tv remote wont let you access any tv settings.faucet in shower is almost broken and cant adjust hot water to stay constant temperature. Water goes from warm to scalding hot by itself . Shower curtain allows floor to get soaked when showering.All in all i am very disappointed with this establishment.will never choose to stay at candlewood suites again .!!!!!!!

Although the hotel was very clean and close to many restaurants, hospitals and shopping I found it very disturbing that our room was issued to another family later in the evening and they were trying to enter our room. Thankfully the deadbolt was in as well as the flip lock. In addition the walls are very thin and you can clearly hear any argument that is occurring in the next room (which was also experienced during our stay) not exactly what is expected and there was no one at the front desk to report this too either upon checking out.

Hotel was clean and quiet and the people were very nice. Room was large and clean. The only negative was the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was very bouncy and squeaky and any time one of us moved it disrupted the others sleep. Pillows and bedding were great though!

Spacious room, very comfortable, great beds, kitchen was great for saving money on restaurants. Only issue was we could not adjust the air conditioning, though we didn't bring it up to management. Room stayed at a comfortable 74, and we were able to open the window.

Did not like the "auto room temperature" system. The system turns off when it senses you are not in the room. Thats all good except for when you are sleeping. You wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty and you have to get up and jump around for the AC to come back on! Ugh! Also, the TV turns off every 15 minutes. And it takes a bit for it to turn back on using the remote. The outside of the property was very well maintained and clean! Staff was wonderful!!

called ahead for early check in, we arrived & the same rep had no recollection of our call. then front desk didn’t mention they only give fresh towels once a week, after we had to use towels to mop up floor cuz they put us in a room with roll-in shower. other than that, room was nice.

They Gave Me the Wrong Room it Had two Queen beds I reserved a King also requested a walk in shower and it didn’t have one. The night manager told me they had no one to Clean the rooms no one showed up Sunday but told me the manager would contact me in the morning and I never got a Call. When I came back from running some errands I found Him that the front desk I asked about My Call and Room Change to the One I Reserved after He Ckecked My Reservation He told Me I Booked with a third Party Your Company Hotels.com and there was Nothing He Could Do for Me because i Didn’t book threw them ? I was in retail sales for 40 years and in Charge of Customer Service This Was the Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had and Informed Him I Would Never stay at a Hotel in There Chain. I Would appreciate some contact with Hotels.com to see. Would You Can Do For Me ?

The overall stay was good. The front desk attendant wasn't knowledgeable about the hotel policy. She didn't speak to me just waited for me to say why I was there Rude. I asked for a receipt for her to tell me I would get a email.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the entire stay was perfect. Rooms were beautiful, felt like a luxury studio apt., I unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of the fitness room or free breakfast but I'm sure they're splendid. The area is perfect and quiet. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, freeway, a shopping center. The staff is what sold me though to be honest, wonderful ladies who answered all my questions and made me feel like I was some VIP. No seriously! I've enjoyed many hotels but NEVER experienced service like this. Honorable mention Viviana and Courtney! I'll be back for my birthday 😉

Staff was always very friendly. Beds and linen were very comfortable! The ice maker in the room was loud and kind of shocking to hear in the middle of the night, but we figured out how to disable it. I think the only thing I had an issue with was the food pantry in the lobby was 90% empty the 4 days we were there. I never asked the front desk about why this was the case. We had to drive to convenience stores several times to buy snacks and food. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay and were pleased with everything.
