Room was clean but not well maintained. Furniture was worn out. Room had desk but no chair. Room had coffee maker but no coffee, cups or glasses. Trash was piled in hall. For one night while travelling, it met my needs.

Prepaid for a room. My husband arrived around 11:45pm after traveling all day. The night bell was missing and the door was locked. We chose this place because the listing said there was no end time for check in and we knew he would be late. After knocking on the window for 15 min. I called the hotel 3 times and no answer. I contacted Expedia who also attempted to contact the hotel with no luck. My husband had no choice but to fund another place for the night. He said the place looked very run down. Hopefully we get our money back.

Completely honest review, with some positives and negatives. If you just want/need to get off the road maybe this would be the spot to stay in. It’s very affordable and has two gas stations and one fast food within walking distance. When I arrived the staff was on the phone, so there was basically no interaction. Handed my ID and I got my hotel key. No conversation between us. Some may find it rude but I was just happy it was a quick exchange. The hallway was full of trash bags, which brought in flies. Vending machines were out of order so bring in your own snacks. The tub was old and discolored, definitely wouldn’t want a bath in it. Some of the items in the room were broken, a lamp and no phone. The room had an odor, kinda moldy. No elevator, or none that I saw. I had to use stairs. I wouldn’t rush back to stay here. But it was very nice to find an inexpensive place to stay for one night to get off the road when I just needed to shower and rest. The area was quiet and I could hop right back on the highway to continue my trip in the morning. Overall, it was okay for one night. Bed and towels were clean, which was all I needed anyhow. This room was so awful. The vanity sink in the bathroom was removed and installed by the front door outside of the bathroom. Inside the bathroom, the pipes were sticking out from the wall and there were holes. The shower curtain was moldy. The comforter had cigarette burns, the artwork was horrible, the side chair next to the bed was disgusting. At one point I wanted to call the front desk because the car alarm outside my window was going off, so I picked up the phone and discovered that it was nonfunctional and didn’t even have a cord attaching the handset. I don’t even know why it was on the nightstand. Also, the television hanging on the wall was non-functioning, but I had two remotes, neither worked. Everything was dirty, and aged, and outside parking lot was also disgusting. There’s trash everywhere outside of the rooms which I assume were permanent rentals.

Waited outside for nearly an hour as lobby was closed and no one was at the desk. There was a night window with a note to ring the bell for service but the bell was broken. Finally got in through a side door that was unlocked to get to the lobby but did not see anyone in the hotel. The property was dirty, both inside my room and outside, the TV's barely had any signal. The exterior door was not secured (electronic lock was malfunctioning). The hotel is badly in need of TLC, its obvious the owners are spending the bare minimum to keep the doors open, but its a horrible dirty and not cared for property.

Made a reservation and it took the attendant close to 20 mins to get me checked in. Was assigned room 310 and left out to get ice and when I returned I realized that my door did not automatically lock. When to front desk to tell same attendant who turn out to be the manager and was told he would be there in 30 mins too check door. He never came. Phone in room did not work. Toilet drained slowly but still did not empty out all the contents. Had a patio door that I used to go in and out because it was in back of building and when I went to work for the 2 days just kept praying no one went in my room. When return from work on first night stopped to tell attendant again but rung bell at window for over 10 mins and no came. Upon check out this morning the same manager was there and I told him again about the door and that he said he was coming and he tells me HE IS SORRY, HE FORGOT!!! I will never stay at this place again. As a travel nurse I just wanted to work and sleep but it was uncomfortable so I didn't get very much sleep!!

The manager on duty behind the desk checking me is was beyond rude. I walked up to the counter and all I got was a rude "Yes?" I've never felt more unwelcome. It looked like a murder scene inside the hotel. Dirt, trash, stains all over the floors and carpet. The minute we walked into our room there was a roach walking on the floor. No toilet paper and stains all over our bed sheets. Thank god we had our own blankets and pillows. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. We would have stayed somewhere different but we had been driving for 12 hours and it was after 9pm. The place didn't feel safe ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The facility was not very clean nit in the lobby and definitly not in the room. Fur iture was old and torn,mirrors dirty and smeared,toilet seat half on, just insude the room behind the door was a 2 inch Cockroach lying on its back and moving its legs.

Worst experience ever and ive been in some rough places. I will say that the rooms are nicely updated but they are not clean. We are talking roaches, mold, terrible customer service. Please for your safety do not take your family there.

Horrible I knew it wouldn’t be good as soon as I walked into the 2nd floor and there was old dried urine in the stairwell (at least that’s what it looked like). Dirty room. Hair all over bathroom. Pubic hairs on the “clean” towels. Stains on towels and sheets. The one thing I was looking forward to was a hot shower but the water wouldn’t even get warm and the paint was peeling of the tub and it was stained and dirty too. Tv was blurry and distorted. WiFi was non existent.

Room was terribly unclean. When walking on floor the bottom of feet turned black. Cockroaches were prevalent. Dirt and debris were left behind the toilet. Dirt and food scraps were under the rolling fridge where I killed one of the roaches. There were no blankets, no hand soap or any other toiletries like shampoo. The building both inside and out was in terrible condition. I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Wyndham should be ashamed to allow such a place to carry its name.

When we arrived, I was taken aback, the property was very run down, and looked nothing like the ad on hotels.com. I was on a last minute trip to visit my mother in the Hospital. She was in Halifax Regional and being transfered to Greenville. I live near the state line on the coast. I had worked all morning and drove all day. So i dealth with the mistake i had made with the reservation. A/c was broke in room 209 so we were moved to 207. At 2:30am the police tried to barge in and toss us out, i guess the night staff thought we had broken into the room. I am disgusted... not even an apology was given. Hotels.com could not get a refund, but did issue me a credit. What a joke of a hell hole.

We were lucky to get into the motel. The desk clerk happened to be at the front desk. The bell to call for night service had been removed. He ignored me at the night window at only by knocking loudly at the window was I able to get his attention. The room had no phone, minimal lighting and no coffee station. For a party of four there were only two hand towels It looked as if nothing had been swept or dusted in the motel in a while although our room was clean. The next day, daylight revealed a property strewn with litter. We stayed here because we couldn't get to our destination in one day. The cleanliness of the room met our needs so this is a place to get in and get out.

This was the worst motel I've stayed in maybe forever. There's trash everywhere outside, and inside is really run down. The room was ok, though the beds looked like someone had been just sleeping in them. There were no blankets, just a sheet and cover. We had to turn the heat up to stay warm. They allow pets which I appreciate, but the guy said $15 extra then charged my card $20. It's the cheapest place around and this is why.

The comforter had cigarette burns, the artwork was horrible, the side chair next to the bed was disgusting. At one point I wanted to call the front desk because the car alarm outside my window was going off, so I picked up the phone and discovered that it was nonfunctional and didn’t even have a cord attaching the handset. I don’t even know why it was on the nightstand. Also, the television hanging on the wall was non-functioning, but I had two remotes, neither worked. Everything was dirty, and aged, and outside parking lot was also disgusting. There’s trash everywhere outside of the rooms which I assume were permanent rentals.

Made a reservation and it took the attendant close to 20 mins to get me checked in. Was assigned room 310 and left out to get ice and when I returned I realized that my door did not automatically lock. When to front desk to tell same attendant who turn out to be the manager and was told he would be there in 30 mins too check door. He never came. Phone in room did not work. Had a patio door that I used to go in and out because it was in back of building and when I went to work for the 2 days just kept praying no one went in my room. When return from work on first night stopped to tell attendant again but rung bell at window for over 10 mins and no came. Upon check out this morning the same manager was there and I told him again about the door and that he said he was coming and he tells me HE IS SORRY, HE FORGOT!!! I will never stay at this place again. As a travel nurse I just wanted to work and sleep but it was uncomfortable so I didn't get very much sleep!!

Prepaid for a room. My husband arrived around 11:45pm after traveling all day. The night bell was missing and the door was locked. We chose this place because the listing said there was no end time for check in and we knew he would be late. After knocking on the window for 15 min. I called the hotel 3 times and no answer. I contacted Expedia who also attempted to contact the hotel with no luck. My husband had no choice but to fund another place for the night. He said the place looked very run down. Hopefully we get our money back.

The front desk guys was nice and courteous but the floor and bathroom of the room was very dirty the shower curtains was full of mold the carpet was really bad and the bathroom was sticky. Really bad if you have kids,and the surrounding areas outside was shaddy people they look like they gonna attack you.

The people hanging around the place were very sketchy. New owner was very nice. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about staying there. In his defense he only took over the property 1 week before we stayed there. If it gets cleaned up you can't beat the price!

Waited outside for nearly an hour as lobby was closed and no one was at the desk. There was a night window with a note to ring the bell for service but the bell was broken. Finally got in through a side door that was unlocked to get to the lobby but did not see anyone in the hotel. No toilet paper and stains all over our bed sheets. Thank god we had our own blankets and pillows. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. We would have stayed somewhere different but we had been driving for 12 hours and it was after 9pm. The place didn't feel safe ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Completely honest review, with some positives and negatives. If you just want/need to get off the road maybe this would be the spot to stay in. It’s very affordable and has two gas stations and one fast food within walking distance. When I arrived the staff was on the phone, so there was basically no interaction. Handed my ID and I got my hotel key. No conversation between us. Some may find it rude but I was just happy it was a quick exchange. The hallway was full of trash bags, which brought in flies. Vending machines were out of order so bring in your own snacks. The tub was old and discolored, definitely wouldn’t want a bath in it. Some of the items in the room were broken, a lamp and no phone. The room had an odor, kinda moldy. No elevator, or none that I saw. I had to use stairs. I wouldn’t rush back to stay here. But it was very nice to find an inexpensive place to stay for one night to get off the road when I just needed to shower and rest. The area was quiet and I could hop right back on the highway to continue my trip in the morning. Overall, it was okay for one night. Bed and towels were clean, which was all I needed anyhow. We were lucky to get into the motel. The desk clerk happened to be at the front desk. The bell to call for night service had been removed. He ignored me at the night window at only by knocking loudly at the window was I able to get his attention. The room had no phone, minimal lighting and no coffee station. For a party of four there were only two hand towels It looked as if nothing had been swept or dusted in the motel in a while although our room was clean. The next day, daylight revealed a property strewn with litter. We stayed here because we couldn't get to our destination in one day. The cleanliness of the room met our needs so this is a place to get in and get out.

Room was terribly unclean. When walking on floor the bottom of feet turned black. Cockroaches were prevalent. Dirt and debris were left behind the toilet. Dirt and food scraps were under the rolling fridge where I killed one of the roaches. There were no blankets, no hand soap or any other toiletries like shampoo. The building both inside and out was in terrible condition. I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Wyndham should be ashamed to allow such a place to carry its name.
