The room was good, however, the tv wouldn’t play. I watched a movie on my tablet before we even got through an entire episode because it kept cutting out and having to buffer. The lights outside were also kept on all night. They should be motion sensor or they should have blackout curtains in rooms.

I like the location. Lots of eating places. I found that the outside door on the bottom floor could not be closed, allowing access to anyone who desired to come in. Also the towels and wash clothes were like sand paper. My recommendation would be to get a better quality product or put a softener on your water for the washers.

I’m not one to complain but I do think that you get what you pay for. The price I paid for the room, I did expect to hear the TV from other rooms. And I did, along with children running in the room above mine. But the location was convenient and the outside parking was well lit. Staff was professional. Did have a encounter with a woman asking for help to get a room for night, the hotel served its purpose and check out was a breeze.

Towels in room had blood on them . New set they brung had a bunch of stains on them. Floor was so dirty couldn’t have been moped and swept in about a month got out shower walked to bed and feet were black !

The room my daughter stayed in had bedbugs. She had bites all over her body when she woke up in the morning.

Room was sooo dirty! Sheets and pillow cases had crud. Garbage in room had banana peels and other garbage. Room smelled of mold and marijuana. Dead bugs in window sill! Turning on the heater caused more bad smells. I’ve seen worse but this was pretty bad. Night attendant was nice but still. I stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Malone NY so I was excited to stay at another but it certainly did not meet my expectations.

Bathroom had cobwebs in the corner and long hair in the shower. Hand towels and bath towels were dirty. Floor was unswept. Pillow cases were stained. A kid was screaming and running down the sidewalk at midnight. A crowd was partying outside our room from 2-6 am. Will never stay here again!

Bed sheets were stained and had holes in them , floor was extremely dirty had dead bugs and empty beer bottles behind the chair other than that it was ok

When we walked into the room, the AC was completely cut off, making it 85 degrees in the room. It’s took over 6 hours for the room to become a bearable temperature. Then, as I was showering, I heard the room door open completely. No knock, just unlocked and opened. Luckily I yelled and then the door closed. Must have been housekeeping, I hope. The towels placed in the room had a few hairs woven into them, making them impossible to get out (no they were not mine). The floors were filthy. Overall, an unpleasant stay, but I guess that’s what I get for the cheap price.

Check in was quick and easy and front desk was friendly and welcoming. Room itself was very clean with a very comfortable bed. We requested a room on the front side of the property which was accommodated. Looks like they are continuing some renovations on the other side. Would stay again.

The floor was absolutely disgusting like no ever mopped it.

Rooms were clean and remodeled. There was no light over the bathroom sink.

The host was helpful and friendly. The room is clean and updated. Internet was a bit spotty at first but my husband got the game on the tv so now all is well😊

Newly renovated quite comfortable

Seemed to be very clean. I like that it had viable flooring. Only negative was hearing the neighbors TV all night even as I left I. The morning. It wasn’t too loud. Really good stay and not a lot of price

Could tell previous people smoked in the room

Safety was my biggest concern but apart from that the room's ac was making strange noise. we switched rooom and it was the same noise. Which means their AC units were noisy in overall. The staff was co-operative but the hotel condition was not good.

It is being remodeled and we had a room that was done. Very nice . Worked great for us a we traveled from down south to up north. Will stay again. ..

I'm still waiting on my deposit that I was unaware of when I reserved my room through Expedia - it has been over the 48 hrs I was told.

After a long day of driving, we needed a place just to stay. It was just right. Super easy check in. Very friendly staff. Not the most updated but we got what we paid for. Con was previous renter must have smoked

Me and my mom stayed that night and it was very relaxing very clean and quiet. The man upfront was very nice and quick with checking in. The processing fee also came back into my account quickly so I’m very please with that. Would stay here again!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Manager also made accommodations for us.

Terrible attitude

I have a disability and have a service animal, I let the property know this via my reservation left message. While I was enroute to the hotel I received a call stating that the room type I reserved was on the 2nd floor and if I wanted a first floor room it would be $10 more. I said I did not care what the type or bedding was, a first floor was most important because of (1) disability and (2) having to let out my service dog. When I arrived I was once again told of the extra fee and repeated my position. The desk clerk (who barely spoke english but picked his nose in front of me) chose to write (what seemed like a 20 page dissertation) while checking me in at 1am and apparently showed his discontent by putting me in the furthest possible room in an area where there were NO parking spots, which he could CLEARLY see by the security monitors that even I COULD SEE! and I walked by obviously empty rooms on the FIRST FLOOR which had plenty of empty parking spots in front of them….which as a single woman, traveling and checking in at 1am with a disability and service animal was just ridiculous. Then I got to the room and the situation got WORSE! There were pubic hairs on the pillows, dead bugs on the walls (smashed corpses) and more…but the absolute WORST was I spilled some water on the floor and took a towel to to wipe it up and the towel was BLACK meaning the floor was repulsively FILTHY! I have photos of EVERYTHING to back each of these FACTS.

They had no record of our reservation and did not care if we had an itinerary number. We drove from Pennsylvania to NC and stopped on our way to South Carolina.

Reservation was not honored! No rooms available. Still no refund of my Expedia points or credit card charges.

The room was clean and comfortable. There are very few dining options close. Tried to get a Lyft and an Uber and there wasn't any. Not the hotels fault tho. I'd stay there again.

Need clock, tissues. Nicely renovated room. Reasonable price. Not much nearby for food.

Room was clean and in good shape. Area was rural, but gas and food was easily available. I gave it 4 stars for staff and services because coffee in the lounge was only available from 6 to 9 in the mornings, none in the afternoon or evening.

KEEP DRIVING! The bed spread looked like someone changed their car oil on it! The floor was covered with grit. There was clear drug activity around the area. We actually left a few hours after check in because we didn't feel safe leaving our cars outside overnight.

Area near the hotel is run-down.
