Drug zone elevators don't work staff rude roaches in room

There were live and dead bugs (not sure what kind not roaches, bed bugs or ants) in bathroom floor, the elevator is broken, the hallways were disgusting and very dirty, the dresser was broken and missing drawers, the front of fridge was rusted out. The stairway is nasty and smells like urine.

The halls smelled , elevator stunk , rooms have the bare minimum…limited hot water in shower

First the Hotel Elevator was OUT OF ORDER . I had to walk 3 fights , The door didn’t close correctly, The Room condition was terrible, The bed was HARD , The sheets was dingy , I PROMISE I WANT STAY HERE EVER !!!! EVER !!!! EVER !!! AGAIN

Air conditioner worked and stayed cool. Pet friendly for SURE! ALL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE 💯... clean rooms, big nice bathrooms, and desk area.

Do not stay here unless you want roaches crawling on you while you sleep. Be prepared to be given a room under construction or one with roaches. No working elevator. All rooms have to be accessed from the inside through the lobby and you will have to climb stairs

The hallways smell HORRIFIC!!! My room had roaches and we moved to another room on another floor and we still had them there!!! The women at the front desk have bad attitudes!!!! The only people that were polite and courteous were Chris at the front desk and the housekeeper!

Got ate up by bed bugs elevator didn't work.. Was told early check in was 25 and when I box the room he charged me 37 for early check in and no microwave

The walls and floors of the facilities were really dirty (visible dirt and grime on walls and baseboards, filthy carpeting in the hallways, and mildewed grout in shower) including inside the room.

The establishment was poorly maintained. Upon evaluation of a room, i observed dirty cover sheets, a cockroach crawling accrossed the floor as i was exiting the room. It was unsanitary in appearance. The hallway was dimmly lit and the rugs were dirty in the hallway. The elavator was in poor condition. The outside appeared very unsafe despite a guard present. Left quickly.

Is infested with bed bugs.

DON'T! This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Was booked for 4 nights. Stayed 1 night only because I was exhausted after driving 10 hours, but checked out early the next morning. On the inside, the hotel looks like it hasn't had maintenance in decades. Also seems to be primarily used for permanent low income housing. Carpets in hallways filthy. No telling when the last time the room floor had been moped. Bed linens had light stains. Shower handle broken, so hard to adjust water temperature. A few small roaches. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Lastly, booked and paid in full through Expedia. Upon checking in, the hotel said there was an additional "hotel maintenance fee" of about $9.

The property overall was clean from first appearance, but it did have a few roaches crawling. The room felt very damp because there was no ventilation. The hallways smelled like mildew but the room and bathroom were clean for the most part.

This was my first time using Expedia and this by far was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was unforgivable. The piles of trash in the hallway was like being at a garbage dump. The first room i was checked into the heater did not work after being on for a few hours, the water pressure was dismal at best and the toilet did not flush. Jess at the front desk was great. She changed my room to 325 and this room was better but had a huge hole in the bathroom door, shower head was broken, long hair everywhere in the room. The property did not feel safe to walk around especially at night. There was a security person on property but he was located at the front desk the entire time. Never again, I would like a full refund!!

Attendant was asleep. I had to wake her up. Toilet was leaking in the room. Room was dirty. Bed had stains. Bed frame had stains. Rust on the fridge. Disgusting. Then no one was there to check me out.

Filthy. Not clean. Kids in hallway. Roach in room.

There’s no lights out front of the building there’s bugs in my room and whoever is in the room above us will not stop stomping around

Thin walls

The reason room wasn't very clean, but it was ok. I was impressed with king size bed and room size. Loved the microwave and fridge, but issue was the room beside me and the room above me. These guest were too loud, all night long. I probably won't stay there again, but it serves its purpose.

This place needs to be remodled u have to go to two or three rooms to see if heat work and really none of the room gets very room but y'all want 75 to 80$ a night a real joke but it's a lady at the front desk a younger lady she try her hardest to help but she nows the condition of this hotel

The only thing that was lacking in the room was there was only one chair in the room and it was a wood desk chair and it was quite uncomfortable and no coffee pot.

The check in staff is always great, but the pass few rooms I stayed in had very poor water pressure in them. Also the cleaning staff can tidy up the rooms a little bit better, but for the most part they are doing their best.

Clean rooms, Air conditioner is great. Really cold air is really hot heat.. set it how you want it. Nice big bathrooms, Even have rooms for the disabled. Very pet friendly, bring your dog, cat, frog, rabbit, lizard, snake, or even a monkey. The staff is amazing people. They really care about their customers. And make sure they are comfortable and satisfied.

The last time I stayed in a Motel 6 was in 1971. As I entered the motel, the fire alarm went off. The room I walked into reminded me of 1971. No updates what so ever. One of the wall lights didn’t work. Room had a few bugs, which I reported when I checked out. Diffidently needs remodeling!!!

I will not complain my stay was great. Night time worker was talkative and nice. He made me feel a bit more comfortable. The morning clerk was nice when it was time to check out. She was helpful. The housekeeper was really nice and friendly. My comfort was an 8 out of 10. So I won’t complain. I would stay again.

What i don't like is your request to get things fixed falls on deaf ears. Asked 3 desk clerks, maintenance man and the owner to fix 2 things and it still isn't resolved.

Ms. Murphy has outstanding customer service and carries herself with poise and integrity. She is extremely professional and listens to her guest and treats me with respect.If I had any issues she resolves it with ease. Customer service is a 10/10.

I can't express the admiration I have for the people who work here, Murphy the manager is one of a kind very Understanding. Mrs Betty absolutely fantastic, and Angel is one of the best.They make this place a great place to be

the hallway smelled of pee and dogs cause it was a bunch of big dogs there as well , very dirty room and bathroom had to clean it before I even used it very seedy hotel and random women and men outside all hours of the night smelling of weed as well , owner very disrespectful and I do mean very rude and unprofessional as well

Building outdated, large groups loitering outside being loud, dirty rooms with cockroaches!

Convenient to everything in the area

This is a very neglected facility. It is obvious the owner is not reciprocating money made in the upkeep and renovation of this property. It is definitely one of the worse Motel 6 properties I’ve ever stayed in. A lot of distressed residents call this facility home, which makes this a very serious safety issue. I witnessed prostitution and drug activity throughout this property.

This location is not in the most ideal or safest area of town.

The pictures used for the hotel are totally deceiving. I did not appreciate that at all picture this, When you first walk in You notice the overwhelming smell of roach spray, Soon after that, you'll notice how much security cameras apart from the security guard. That has a desk right in the front and the other security guard. That's inside the checking booth, That there must be daily issues occurring in the premises. But soon after that, you get your key from the check in clerk. And you obviously make your way to an elevator that will take you to whatever floor you were given. Okay, so stop there, big mistake. Do not get in the elevator, take The stairs trust me on that because if you thought the smell of roach spray was bad. What do you get in that elevator smell that you concentrated urine! Yeah, smh But wait, there's more because now you're going to enter your room. At first glance from the door you may say. Oh okay, not God awful. But then you turn on the lights, and they don't work for a minute, so you have to figure them out. Eventually, you're gonna get those lights on. And you're gonna wish you'd never figured it outhat was awful. My bathroom was so incredibly bad and discussing. I literally walked to the gas station and purchased a bottle of bleach. Talking about walking to the gas station! Do not walk around in that neighborhood. There's trash and hobos everywhere, let's not forget the junkies. It's not a good experience. The hotel was over $70 not worth it.

Property is located in a very unsafe and dangerous area.

Lot's of.nearby construction going on. No Grocery stores. Traffic around construction difficult to maneuver .

Location wasn't safe. The area seemed rundown and facility smelled of weed. Seemed mkre situated for an apartment complex than a motel.

I stayed at this Motel for three nights, there is a lot of homeless and drug adict in the area, if you want to stay there please be careful because this Motel is dangerous. The first night I was in my room at 2 AM someone was trying to open the door and break into my room fortunately the door was locked inside. The second night someone called me at 4 AM at the Motel phone that was in the room asking me "in which room I am". I didn't see even one guest during my three nights staying at the Motel. The aisle, elevator and escalator smell smoke and are dirty. There is dog poop 💩 in the parking lot. It seems to me they are using a shelter for homeless as Motel.

Dirty inside and out, no soap in the bathroom, no coffee or coffee in the morning, rude receptionist. on May 7, 2023 at 8 am.
