Hotel muito moderno e limpo, tudo funcionando muito bem. O estacionamento é no prédio ao lado, pago, e como não tem comunicação direta com o hotel o transporte de malas grandes fica um pouco prejudicado. Não tem carregador de malas. Um pouco distante do centro histórico, mas para que não tem problema de locomoção a distância é viável. No geral a impressão foi positiva, mas se voltar a Guimarães tentarei me hospedar mais perto.

Man muss das Hotel verlassen und die Straßenseite wechseln, um dorthin zu gelangen und man muss jedes mal per Knopf klingeln und über die Fernsprechanlage um Zutritt bitten. Etwas ukomfortabel, aber kein Problem. Die Altstadt und eine große Auswahl an Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und einen Supermarkt gibt es auch direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.

Un hotel sin recepción al entrar ,había que subir al 1 primer piso,el estado de los muebles ya tirando a viejos,el desayuno pésimo,había que hacer el zumo uno mismo,teníamos que recoger los platos,de,la comida llegaba a cuenta gotas y poca variedad,ofrecen un abicicleta y tuve que darle yo mismo aire a las ruedas y la bici muy mala,el aire acondicionado fatal,apenas enfriaba.

Very happy with our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view of the City. There are places to eat all around, including a food market, close to it. The check-in was on the 1st floor, and there is people there to attend our needs till later in the day.

Ik kom al 10 jaar in dit hotel, maar het moet dringend gerenoveerd worden. Het is een 3-sterrenhotel, niet meer. Alles is zéér basic. Annulatie van 2 gratis parkeerplaatsen in de straat was een slechte beslissing. De ene overgeblevene is altijd bezet (door niet-hotelgasten). Pluspunten zijn de gunstige prijs en de goede ligging (10 min. wandelen en je staat in de historische stad met vele leuke restaurants en bars).

La habitación estaba orientada hacia la calle principal, le daba el sol de lleno y hacia un mucho calor dentro. El aire acondicionado no consiguió bajar la temperatura. Además se oía mucho el ruido de los vehículos por lo que no conseguimos conciliar el sueño hasta bien entrada la madrugada.

A melhor coisa desse hotel é o carinho que os funcionários atendem os hóspedes. Nota 10 para TODOS os funcionários. As moças e rapazes da recepção, café e limpeza são fantásticos. Parabéns pela competência aliada ao carinho. O hotel só não leva nota máxima porque os quartos, infelizmente, são de carpetes e isso é terrível para os alérgicos. O colchão também não é muito bom. E o banheiro, como quase todos os hotéis em Portugal, tem a banheira dentro do box dificultando o uso dos idosos. O café da manhã(pequeno almoço) é muito bem servido de frutas mas falta alguma coisa "quentinha" para colocar no pão, tipo um ovinho quente ou mexido. Mas tudo isso é compensado pela boa vontade dos funcionários que estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Mais uma vez, parabéns para toda equipe. Vale ressaltar que o hotel é muito bem localizado e dar para ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos como o Largo das Oliveiras, Toural, Estádio Dom Afonso Henriques, Castelo de Guimarães, etc. Há também restaurantes próximos mas é bom ficar atento ao horário de funcionamento. Alguns não funcionam no horário da tarde e aos domingos.

A melhor coisa desse hotel é o carinho que os funcionários atendem os hóspedes. Nota 10 para TODOS os funcionários. As moças e rapazes da recepção, café e limpeza são fantásticos. Parabéns pela competência aliada ao carinho. O hotel só não leva nota máxima porque os quartos, infelizmente, são de carpetes e isso é terrível para os alérgicos. O colchão também não é muito bom. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Zimmerservice kommt nur, wenn er gewünscht wird, was ich gut finde. Das Frühstück ist top und die Angestellten sind freundlich. Nur der Zugang zur Tiefgarage ist etwas unkomfortabel. Man muss das Hotel verlassen und die Straßenseite wechseln, um dorthin zu gelangen und man muss jedes mal per Knopf klingeln und über die Fernsprechanlage um Zutritt bitten. Etwas ukomfortabel, aber kein Problem. Die Altstadt und eine große Auswahl an Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und einen Supermarkt gibt es auch direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.

The Stay hotel in Guimaraes was perfect. It was close to the City center, and also close to restaurants and walking distance to most touristic spots, like the Castle and the Palace of the Duke of Braganza. Well worthy the visit. Guimaraes being the City where Portugal was born, is definitely a place to visit. It was here that the 1st King of Portugal, Afonso I, started in the 11th century. One can still see the remnants of old City while walking around.

A melhor coisa desse hotel é o carinho que os funcionários atendem os hóspedes. Nota 10 para TODOS os funcionários. As moças e rapazes da recepção, café e limpeza são fantásticos. Parabéns pela competência aliada ao carinho. O hotel só não leva nota máxima porque os quartos, infelizmente, são de carpetes e isso é terrível para os alérgicos. O colchão também não é muito bom. E o banheiro, como quase todos os hotéis em Portugal, tem a banheira dentro do box dificultando o uso dos idosos. O café da manhã(pequeno almoço) é muito bem servido de frutas mas falta alguma coisa "quentinha" para colocar no pão, tipo um ovinho quente ou mexido. Mas tudo isso é compensado pela boa vontade dos funcionários que estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Mais uma vez, parabéns para toda equipe. Vale ressaltar que o hotel é muito bem localizado e dar para ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos como o Largo das Oliveiras, Toural, Estádio Dom Afonso Henriques, Castelo de Guimarães, etc. Há também restaurantes próximos mas é bom ficar atento ao horário de funcionamento. Alguns não funcionam no horário da tarde e aos domingos.

Das Frühstück war schlecht, das Rührei jeden Morgen nur warm bis kalt. Außer abgepackten Käse und abgepackten Kockschinken haben nichts anderes bekommen. Der Kaffee war jeden Morgen lauwarm. Heiße Milch wsr kalt. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Un hotel sin recepción al entrar ,había que subir al 1 primer piso,el estado de los muebles ya tirando a viejos,el desayuno pésimo,había que hacer el zumo uno mismo,teníamos que recoger los platos,de,la comida llegaba a cuenta gotas y poca variedad,ofrecen un abicicleta y tuve que darle yo mismo aire a las ruedas y la bici muy mala,el aire acondicionado fatal,apenas enfriaba.

Nice stay in a lovely hotel with parking, but do not pay for the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but due to low occupancy it was changed to a la carte. We were given a paper to fill out and return to the front desk with our breakfast choices. The breakfast was terrible! The toast were hard and cold, the bacon was not even warm and the "sausage" were mini weiners out of a can. Save the money and go to a local coffee shop for breakfast if you have the choice.
