Beautiful hotel, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly. Parking on site was convenient and safe. Adult kids loved the pool and hot tub.

This is a fantastic hotel for a short stay. The room is IMMACULATE. I put soap on the facecloth and rubbed it on the bathroom floor and entranceway and NOTHING appeared on it. I was floored!! Just incredible how clean the room was. Nice soft fluffy pillows and a great staff. Also the fitness room is more than adequate for a quick workout.

Put us in a handicap room, shower was literally 4 foot high, and toilet didnt work either. We had to move rooms at 10pm at night. Pool wasnt even open and they didnt advertise that either. Wouldn’t recommend

Every member of staff I encountered during my stay was beyond exceptional. From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere). The pool was empty Saturday morning, and it was so relaxing. The outdoor courtyard has perfect amounts of shady spots and sunny spots to hang out with friends or just be by yourself and read a book in quiet.

They were working on the hotel but they kept it under control. The pool and hot tube were super nice and long hours. Plenty of towels! The room was very nice! The breakfast didn’t open early enough for us but plenty of options close by.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was lumpy in places and thin in others, very similar to a futon mattress. There was a beard hair next to the sink faucet, and stains in the toilet. The room served its purpose while I was visiting my dad in the hospital.

Overall property looks good. Love that it has both pool and whirlpool. A few things we noticed: 1. the website shows in room hot tub but when we came they said it is only for handicap. This was the sole reason why we booked this hotel. 2. We found 2 ladybugs in the room. One dead on top of the bed and 1 flying around. 3. The whirlpool smelled old and moldy.

The television and WiFi service was not up to par. I paid 214.98 for one night and couldn’t use any of the tv streaming offered on here I could use my phone to stream via the TV. Other than that the staff were AWESOME, the pool area was great and clean! I loved it besides that. I have a wedding in upcoming months and wanted to stay there but may have to seek other arrangements for the 50 party due to the WiFi and streaming because many are working professionals.

First a big thank you to the housekeeper taking care of our room Sunday. She realized we’d left something behind and caught up to us before we left the parking lot. Only negative is the bed. I admit I’m spoiled with a plush pillow top mattress at home but this one at the hotel felt like bedrock! 15 minutes in the hot tub was amazing.

The hotel lobby was very quiet, bright and clean. It was an easy and quick check in. Our room was spacious. The only downside was that the room was chilly. We tried turning off the air and raising the temperature for heat, but it would turn itself off and the air would come back on. So we just turned the air down low at night. Other than that our stay was good.

Two drawbacks: no complementary breakfast included and mini fridge only stays powered on for 2 hours at a time. If you NEED to keep items cold, (medicine, milk, food) you will have to switch the power button on every 2 hours OR request one that stays powered ON constantly.

When you reserve a room for 2 nights and get a phone call that you have to remove your belonging because we are booked your second night, and you do not have a room? VERY POOR!! Will NEVER Stay at a Mariott again!

Over all it was good, but construction workers was in the Main elevator , they made a mess of the elevator. There was no safe in the rooms no one knew why. Check in took for ever, but they were very friendly. The shuttle service was wonderful.

Absolute horror show of a hotel. Girl at the front desk was super nice but super new and no one was there to assist her. Long story short I booked a Friday night stay on Expedia for $320 and once this hotel got a hold of my credit card, they absolutely assaulted it with charges for no reason. $150 upon check in, $160 in the middle of the night, $287 for the night because “they didn’t see the reservation go through Expedia” even after I showed the payment. I was completely compliant and agreed the wait for the manager to get back that Monday. Well here it is on Wednesday and no one wants to get back to me. Oh and let’s not mention the fact that at 2:00am the fire alarm wakes us up out of dead sleep and they couldn’t even tell us why it happened the next morning.

We had an excellent stay with friendly staff, front desk, bistro, cleaning ladies, and our room and pool area was nice and clean. We didn't like the area as much because of the lack of nearby business and/or transportation options, including the lack sidewalks walking to the mall. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

One night stay, just passing through on our way back to downstate NY from Boston.The hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious, easy to find. Very friendly staff at front desk. There are very good restaurants close by, a strip mall with a grocery store, Marshall’s, Homegoods, a gas station, all almost walking distance. The hotel had a small bar and apparently offered a light bite if you don’t want to go out. There is also an IHop close by. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

I'm used to hotels at least offering free coffee, but coffee and breakfast are not included. You have to buy starbucks coffee and purchase breakfast separately. I wouldn't mind the fact you have to purchase breakfast, but having to pay for already overpriced coffee feels like they missed the mark there. Mind you they do give you one of those horrible stale single serve in your room, but you only get one regular and one decaf. Both taste like garbage. They could at least provide a kuerig so I can supply my own coffee pods. Nothing is worse than having to drive to get coffee.

This hotel is being renovated and they shouldn't be opened. They don't have a lobby. Breakfast is available for purchase at the Bistro where egg breakfast costs $13.50. No housekeeping as requested. Enhanced internet is $4.95 per day. No complimentary coffee available. Not worth the $200 per night. Never again.

What a special spot! The staff were incredible, Halle and the front desk team made me and my dog Fred feel so welcome and comfortable. They even gave him treats and pets every day! There was a snow storm and in most cases I would tough it out on the road but we were just so happy with our room and the amazing service we just had to stay put. Bistro bar- yum! Hot tub and pool - yay!! Cleaning crew- so nice!!! All the stars- highly recommend- thank you to the whole team there for going above and beyond
