Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel

Amazing experience with live show entertainment and clean spa like amenities. Spa was a great experience as well. Very nice and helpful staff. Needs more parking.

The hotel rooms were beautiful! Clean, stylish, and the beds were super comfy. Didnt get to visit the spa but it looked amazing. Ate at the steakhouse and it was incredible!! Overall the hotel is great and the casino is fun just wish there was breakfast somewhere (other than Dunkin). Took off a star because outside of the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate and the signage is confusing - I drove around for a while looking for the hotel parking lot. The neighboring town is pretty desolate and far and the roadways are very confusing. Overall pretty good and Id stay there again.

I chose this hotel for convenience. The spa is fantastic and the casino is right there. I feel like the staff could be nicer and the smoke smell could be worked on…

I go here many times to stay the night when there is a good band in the Lighthouse Bar. The rooms are always clean, modern and comfortable. They have a decent gym which I have used many times. Only complaints would be there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor and the room refrigerator is small but not a huge deal since I go for 1-2nights.

Everything is centrally located—hotel, entertainment, food. Beware: there is some construction happening, so the indoor walkway from hotel to casino is presently roped off, so you have a quick outside jaunt to the main attraction! Otherwise, the pool is open and great. Have fun!

The hotel was nice and inside well maintained. What I did not like was the parking situation outside. The parking lot is a mess.

The resort fee is an absolute joke and indicative of the contemptable mindset of the large casinos regarding the cutomers they hope to entire to their establishments. There is no "resort". They have a pool like every other hotel chain. It is small. It is not outdoors. It is not anywhere close to a beach. Give me a break with a $50 fee for the "resort". Better to just stay hope and gamble online, or if you have some drinks spend the money on Uber home instead of being screwed for $50 in resort fees.

All in all the stay wasn’t that bad. My only true complaint would be that the front of the Casino and hotel area is the smoking section. And the non-smoking section is at the very back of the casino. In my opinion this should be reversed. As soon as you enter the casino you are met with the aroma of cigarette smoke. Is is embedded into the carpet and walls. It travels down the corridor leading into the hotel and is also in the carpet areas of the hotel. While this might sound petty, it does make for a less comfortable stay. Other than that, everything else was quit nice. The staff seemed to be very friendly. The pool is area was nice. The restaurants were all good. It was really just the smell of cigarettes and the need to have to walk all the way through the casino to get to the non-smoking section.

The pool was closed all weekend (mothers day weekend) i specifically called and asked if the pool would be open prior to me booking the room or i would never have booked the room. There were no trash bags for any of the garbage cans, the room was quite small for the price we paid.

The hotel room, halls & elevators were clean & had a clean smell but the moment you opened the door to the lobby and until you entered the "keyed" section of the hotel you were hit with the awful smell of cigarette smoke that makes it's way from the casino. If you have any sort of allergy to smoke please save yourself the headache & book somewhere else.

Clean and friendly

We stayed overnight here and the overall vibe of the casino itself was pretty decent. Not much inside besides some restaurants and obviously slot machines and table games and such, but compared to other casinos I’ve been too it wasn’t a wide variety of things. My issue was more with the hotel stay itself, the woman at the counter was not very friendly at all when checking in. Our room was SO DIRTY. I took photos but I don’t see a spot to attach those. However the shower was built up with scum, I put a towel down in the shower and that towel turned a dirty color from how gross it was, hair in the shower and sink. Drip marks are all over the doors that hold the fridge and safe area. One of the sheets had a stain on it, and the rug had a mystery stain as well. Looking back I should’ve notified the front desk but I had already had a not so great experience at the desk so we just made due. Most likely won’t return.

When I walked into my room, it did not smell good. The shower was not clean well. A manager should do conduct spot checks. The staff are extremely pleasant.

Have been to TriRiver casino many times. But this is the first time we stayed at the Ballys hotel. Everything was clean, plenty of space in the room. Comfortable bed, chairs and amenity’s.

The pool is not cleaned. Mold and hair exsist in the pool..the rooms have stained rugs and dirty floors. No waters in rooms either.

The hotel was exceptionally clean ! The rooms were spotless! I rarely leave a tip for the housekeepers but they truly deserved to be given a tip !!!

The room was very nice, only missing is the dark curtains so the sun doesn't come in through the room.

Small rooms. No dressers for clothes, have to live out of suitcase. Kind of a “one night stand” hotel.

We were in room 302, and whoever was above us was extremely noisy, at night and even more so in the morning before 6. My husband I both woke up earlier than intended because of loud walking/thumping, talking, things dropping for quite awhile. Everything else was very good.

Did not realize it was a couch bed or wouldn’t have booked it was nice room but just not a regular bed!

Check in was unprofessional. The casino was over booked so I didn’t get a king bed but a sofa bed. Front desk were overwhelmed and not friendly. Arguments broke out and security came. So not what I’m looking for when staying at a “resort” casino. My soda bed creeked all night and the headboard lights flickered. Will go back to my usual casinos I enjoy. I regret giving this a chance.

The furniture in the room is missing. There is a bed and one chair. There is no corner for a small table to sit for coffee. Even a small sofa would have been nice. I felt that the room was bare.

Disappointed that there was no microwave. Room is on the small end of the spectrum. Bed is soft and comfortable however, if you're a shorter person it's a challenge to get in and out of bed.

I’ve never been charged for an early checkin but they did! An addition $30, when they had open rooms. I don’t think they should be able to do that!

Staff was rude and unhelpful. We had 2 teens with us as this was the closest hotel to where we needed to be. We did not realize you had to be 21 to even get to the restaurants. Zero signage for the actual hotel area. As we asked in a woman looked at us and asked if they had ID? No, they do not- they are 15. She then told us we had to walk all the way around the outside of the entire building to get to the hotel. Since the teens could not walk inside the building except for the room corridors. She did not tell us we could have driven to another lot to park closer. We realized that after we make the trek. Finally got there and no one was there for check in so we joined the 8 others in the lobby waiting for the front desk girl to arrive. When we got to the desk I asked about dining for our group- including the teens. She said “we are not kid friendly”. As I started to ask another question she cut me off handed me our key and started helping the next person waiting. We had to go get food and bring it back to our room since there were no places to eat the teens could get to. Would not recommend. The smoke smell was overwhelming everywhere. The only person who was helpful and nice was Lorraine at check out. She was very kind and friendly. I will say at least the rooms were clean. We did hear music in our room all night.

Sold my room even though I confirmed I would be there and provided credit card. Left us stranded with no Place to stay. Had to sleep in car in thunderstorms at 80plus degrees. Bad business practices at this place. Still fuming 3 days later

I was genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. One of the main issues was the fold-out bed from the couch — it was extremely uncomfortable and far below the standard I expect from a hotel at this price point. Frankly, I would rather take my business elsewhere than spend another night on such inadequate accommodations. What made the experience worse was the lack of responsiveness from hotel management. I called twice, left detailed messages both times, and never received a single call back. I understand that things can get busy, but as a paying guest, I expected at least the courtesy of a return call. The silence has left me feeling disrespected and ignored. At the very least, I hoped to speak directly with the manager to express my concerns and give the hotel a chance to make things right. Unfortunately, that opportunity never came. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be looking elsewhere for future stays.

Front desk staff was rude. Paid for two rooms with double beds got one room with double beds and one room with a pull out couch and a cot. Manager was unhelpful due to the fact I booked on a third party site and did nothing to accommodate us. Choose to pay at property and was charged days before the trip not once but 4 times!

So we arrived at the hotel so excited and was met by a the woman at the front desk who seemed to be having a bad day treated us very rude did not explain anything. She seemed like we were more of a bother than a couple out for 1st time since I had major spine surgery. The room was great we also asked for few extra pillows but was told they have none which was not great either because of my disability I needed an extra pillow or 2 to sleep. The room, shower and casino were great though very clean and saved the day.

Awesome stay at this property, very convenient for access from hotel to casino and spa. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

I called to say I’d be arriving at 10pm. They said no problem. However, I arrived to find out they gave my room away. They wouldn’t even do anything to make their mistake right.

It was close to home

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the lobby had a noticeable smoke smell. In addition, the hotel entrance was very difficult to find at night since it is attached to a casino, and the signage is not very clear—what you mostly see is the casino.

Bed was very hard. Limited food options during the week, places like The Shipyard said they were open when we were there but they clearly were not. Have to walk through all the cigarettes from the hotel to get to the non-smoking section.

Excellent accommodations! Close enough to see the sights in RI and MA. Great casino and diverse food choices.

Location

Only 1 ice machine for 5 floors several times went by the front desk and there was no clerk there. Cslled prior to arrival and asked if they could suggest anything special to do for my Aunts 60th birthday and they simply said no. No place in the hotel to grab a bite to eat had to walk through the smokey casino to the restaurants

No place to have breakfast except Dunkin’ Donuts sad

Excellent stay start to finish. However we were looking for a place that had some sort of breakfast the only things avail were like a Dunkin or a subway we had to leave property for breakfast. Adding a breakfast to the hotel would of been perfect so keep that in mind

I thought that the check in was quick and easy no problems which was nice. I wish they had some better food options but what can you do.

Could only take the kids to 3 restaurants that were on 2nd floor and had to have security watch us. Walked by 3 fast food restaurants that we were not allowed to bring the kids too. Sharron, Johnny Rockets, and subway. Was forced if we wanted those to order take out and eat in room. Rather go to Foxwoods or Mohegan sun where the kids can go to any restaurants without restrictions

The food court options are very limited on a Sunday evening. The casino was very busy and many people could not find the variety of food they were looking for. The casino was very nice and clean.

Would have liked more dining and shopping options but what they had was good. Steak house was excellent.
