People are very nice!!! Thought the check in time was at 11am, but it was 3pm, we were allowed to check in at 2pm, which was nice! The pool is smaller than the photo on line, but that’s ok, just wish it was skimmed a little better, but I was ok. Pool furniture, plastic recliners were broken (cracked) Adirondack chairs, brokerages arms (plastic) but able to sit on carefully. Overall, it was what I needed, an overnight stay!

Worst hotel ever. No handicapped parking or accessibility. No grab bars in shower. Very slippery. Room was tiny and very shabby. Rug was filthy. No service of any kind. No clean towels or trash cans emptied. The pool had a ring around it like a dirty tub. Stay away from this place.

Pool had mold on the liner . We had to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned then once we gained access we had no pillow cases , the blanket was dirty . Windows did not lock . I locked it with a hanger . I wiped down the bathroom shower walls myself with bleach they were so disgusting. If I didn’t live so far and wasn’t so exhausted I would have drove home .

The room smelled and the comforter had a cigarette hole in it. The pool was dirty and the second floor had police tape on it. I felt unsafe and checked out immediately and they won’t refund me my money. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.

Check in was easy and quick, friendly staff and great service. Came in to a clean room, clean bathroom and everything in good working condition. My only gripe was that the room had a weird smell at first but I guess over time went away after the first night. (We stayed 2 nights) they had an outdoor pool that had a little kiddie pool which was good cause I came with my niece. Pool was very clean and the overall deck was clean and in good condition, had poolside chairs and tables which was nice. There was many dining options in the area, and also the beach is close by, maybe 5 min drive or more depending on where you’re going.

The desk could not give me a receipt for paying until the next day. If someone took a shower upstairs you could hear in your bed. The microwave did not have a place to plug into unless you unplug the tv. Never ever going back there. Pool was black around the edge.

The price was fair for what you get. Feels dirty when you walk in, and the facility itself is not safe. What I mean is, the steps to upstairs are broken and you can easily fall. Not sure how long it will be until the concrete steps fall over, but the wooden steps on the inside of the facility are ready to cave anytime. Parking is very cramped and the noise level with people partying from Midnight through 4 AM is NOT good. Stay away on Friday/Saturday nights unless you don't mind losing sleep. It's a horse shoe setup so everyone gets to hear everyone, especially the women crying, the men being the worse and I doubt anyone would bring children to this place. Would not stay here again.

Inside the bathroom, the grout was dirty. The doors were dirty. There was no coffee for the coffee maker no ice machine. There’s no phone charger outlet. There was only one outlet in the room that was behind the bed. This would be a good stay for a one night or but not for the length of Stay that I stayed. They didn’t offer any kind of area for convenience for where you can go to get breakfast or lunch or dinner. They didn’t have any maps. It was very poor

The staff never cleaned my room even after informing them that it had not been done. I did manage to get towels. My child got sick and threw up in the plastic bag in the garbage can, which I had placed outside the room. However, no one ever emptied it, even though I had told them.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are not cleaned properly, we founded ants in the refrigerator in our room. We didn't notice them the first night of our 2 night stay, and when we got back to the room, it was late, and I was just way too exhausted to go through the process of moving rooms. When I brought this up to the front desk as I was checking out, they told me that i should have said something about it and they would have moved our room. Who honestly wants to change rooms at 11pm after being out all day long for a business trip. I will never stay here, and if you are smart neither should you.

For over $400 a night I was extremely disappointed. The room was filthy but I expected that and brought cleaning supplies and my own sheets. The locks in the window was broken and the screen popped right out. As a single woman traveling with children I felt very unsafe. I had to prop a hanger in the sliding window to secure it.

Convenient location for our visit. The bed was ok and the bathroom was cramped but clean. The steps to the second floor were steep. The upholstered chair in the room was filthy and stained. The clock did not work and the TV was standard definition and not viewable. There was no wifi that I could tell. I was not able to find anyone this morning to check out with so I dropped the key on the counter and left. I guess the question is "What should I expect for $100 a night?"

The staff here was amazing and friendly. It was a bit expensive only because you're really paying for the location rather than the quality. It was clean safe and neat, though nothing fancy. I was a solo female traveler and they checked in to make sure I felt safe and didn't need anything the entire time. At one point when I checked in, they said my room number out loud, realized I was traveling by myself, and immediately gave me a new room and wrote down the number to make me feel more safe and make sure no one else knew it. That meant the world to me.

I had purchased this room through Expedia had a family emergency and canceled about an hour after making reservations in the early morning. Was told there was refund I explained to the motel and Expedia about my emergency and even paid for the insurance which is extra. Very bad business all around. This was the first time and last time I ever book again.

The staff wasn’t friendly & I got worst room when I went & asked the front desk staff to change room he said there is no room Available n they gave very far corner room with the room dirty & smelly. Worst disgusting. The front desk male staff was very rude. No hello no thank you, not cooperative. Zero customer service..

When I brought this up to the front desk as I was checking out, they told me that i should have said something about it and they would have moved our room. Who honestly wants to change rooms at 11pm after being out all day long for a business trip. I will never stay here, and if you are smart neither should you.

Check in was easy and quick, friendly staff and great service. Came in to a clean room, clean bathroom and everything in good working condition. My only gripe was that the room had a weird smell at first but I guess over time went away after the first night. (We stayed 2 nights) they had an outdoor pool that had a little kiddie pool which was good cause I came with my niece. Pool was very clean and the overall deck was clean and in good condition, had poolside chairs and tables which was nice. There was many dining options in the area, and also the beach is close by, maybe 5 min drive or more depending on where you’re going.

Inside the bathroom, the grout was dirty. The doors were dirty. There was no coffee for the coffee maker no ice machine. There’s no phone charger outlet. There was only one outlet in the room that was behind the bed. This would be a good stay for a one night or but not for the length of Stay that I stayed. They didn’t offer any kind of area for convenience for where you can go to get breakfast or lunch or dinner. They didn’t have any maps. It was very poor

I always stay here when visiting family. But this time there was no coffee and light breakfast in the lobby, and all of the vending machines were empty and out of order. There was only a Mc Donald’s within walking distance. Won’t stay here again until they provide these amenities. When I asked the desk clerk (owner?) whether he could give me some water, he went to the back, grabbed a bottle and charged me $2.

This was my second time staying at this property and as always The staff was on point with my concerns, (deactivated my card three times😱) I had my coffee in my room!!!! My sheets was clean and fresh ( very picky about that) is very convenient to the beach a two minute drive , and the dinner was just cross the street which I felt was very convenient did not have to look anywhere to eat. This will be my go to place when ever I’m in Jersey ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️😎😎😎🤩🤩 thank you for making my stay great!!!

I liked the area was good if you don't have a car close places to eat the train station was close shops are close. But the room was small old smelly and dirty the TV and air didn't work for the price. Should of been half price. But they never take anything off the price.. the staff was nice besides that..

The continental breakfast was not available as advertise online. All breakfast signs were covered with tape, and the area was filled with boxes for storage. Our first room was smelling like cigarettes smoke, so we asked for a room change and appreciated their hospitality in granting it. However, our room did have random little holes through the wall

The sheets had a pink Tint like if it was a spilled Gatorade and the shower curtain was yellow and inside the shower it looked like stained vomit or blood in the base of the shower. Also, it was very hard to navigate the TV.

The room and property were extremely dirty. I wasn’t expecting much. I guess you get what you pay for, but it wasn’t cheap either. The lobby smells like moth balls, there is one person working the property so I was standing in the lobby waiting to check in. Once I got into the room I was mortified. The bedding was dirty and stained. The sheets had black stains on it and the comforter had red stains!!! The furniture is very dirty and stained as well and so is the carpet and walls. It’s a total disaster. I wasn’t expecting much and had to stay there because there were no other hotels available at this point. I ended up buying my own bedding and mattress cover and using that instead. There was no way I could have slept in that bed. Very sad that a property with so much potential is so mismanaged. I will never ever ever go back there.
