The hotel needs a handy person to fix things. Many things just seemed broken and/or dirty with a need for attention.

When I got to my room, I walked in and saw that the queen bed was not made. I immediately went to the front desk and told the clerk about the problem. I was assigned another room, but this was an inconvenience. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn. Also, the location in Troy, Alabama definitely needs an upgrade.
