Yeni tip ortopedik yatak olmali Otel ozelliklerinde belirtilen otopark otelde yok. Araci otelin valesine veriyorsunuz ve arac yayalarin yureyecegi kaldirim uzerine korumasiz parkediliyor.

Kordon Hotel has got very tired rooms. The rooms smell cigarette and also very bad smell comes from shower drains. Rooms and beds are very big and comfortable but terrible smell in the room kills the room comfort. Safes are very old and difficult to operate. Staff at the hotel brilliant and can not do enough for you. The smoking lounge is the best place overlooking the bay of Izmir .. it should be non smoking place.. as if they penalise non smoking clients..

Disappointed that the restaurant was completely empty the 2 nights we were there so we had to eat elsewhere also nobody seemed to use the bar either despite having a great location and views. Breakfast was quite good. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Fridge a waste of time having as it went off when the roomcard key was removed so useless to keep anything cold.

Hotel muito bem localizado! Staff muito atencioso e ajudou bastante com dicas e reservas de restaurante. O café da manhã foi gostoso. Limpeza pode melhorar, mas não era sujo. O problema desse hotel foi o banheiro, o chuveiro estava quebrado, saindo água pela lateral, o dispenser do sabonete desgrudou da parede e estava ruim pra tomar banho. Mas tirando isso, gostei muito do hotel. Foi ótimo que tinha estacionamento gratuito.

The hotel had a great view, located right in front of the port and the sea, just 10 meters away. The breakfast room was fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your meal while looking directly out at the sea. The breakfast was good but not exceptional, and it was continental. The room was spacious, and the linens were clean, but the overall cleanliness and freshness of the room were not up to standard. For instance, I noticed some mold in the shower, which is common in coastal hotels, but it’s typical to address this regularly to prevent it from being visible. Additionally, I found a hanger left behind by a previous guest, which shows a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the view and the location, as it offers easy access to different modes of transportation – boat, train, bus, and even taxi, with a taxi station located right in front of the hotel. Overall, I liked the hotel, but a few improvements, such as upgrading the shower and toilet materials, would make the experience even better.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde olan otel için temizliği vasat buldum.özellikle banyo ve tuvaletin çok detaylı birşekilde elden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. Eski bir otel olabilir ama temizliğin ilgisi yok. Yerleri sildikleri paspaslar etrafa çok kötü koku veriyor ayrıca otele girişte giderler kokuyor.personel çok ilgili ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar otelin manzarası muhteşem ama yenilenmesi şart.

The pillows were to big, the wifi went out every day even though the manager and down said they are working on it, the air-conditioned didn't cool after 1 hour of working it just blows air. The staff did what they could but the hotel itself is way over priced for what they provide, we checked after 5 days and went to a cheaper and much better hotel, will reserve from booking from your website in the future.

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Il est cependant un peu vieillot. Le wifi ne fonctionne qu'à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ... et la salle de bain aurait vraiment mérité d'être rafraîchie (pommeau de douche, baignoire, joints) dans notre chambre. Il n'y a que deux prises électriques au niveau du bureau. La literie était néanmoins très confortable et la chambre très spacieuse. Avec quelques rénovations et modernisations l'hôtel pourrait être parfait.

Deniz manzaralı suit odada kaldık. Oda genişti. Temiz, kokusuz, sigarasız, gürültüsü ve denizi ve feribotları izleyebildiğimiz Güzel bir manzarası vardı. Çalışanlarla çok fazla işimiz olmadı fakat otele girişte herhangi bir personel odaya kadar eşlik etmedi ve odayı göstermedi veya tanımadı. Senelerdir sürekli otellerde kaldığımız için benim açımdan sorun olmadı ama garip gelmedi değil. Personelle bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltıyı hep dışarda yaptığımız için o konuda yorum yapamayacam ama bir kere inip baktığımızda fena görünmüyordu.

Daha önce de konaklama yaptım ve inanılmaz memnun kalmıştım, 2.Defa uçarak gittim ancak sanırım personel değişmiş önceki arkadaşların güleryüzünü samimi karşılamasını ve uğurlamasını bulamadım, aracın anahtarını elime fırlatır gibi verip güle güle, iyi yolculuklar bile denmedi kendimi kötü hissettim. Ancak kahvaltı daha güzeldi. Bir dahakine bu oteli tercih edemiycem

Hotel was netjes, zeer comfortabele bedden en een prachtige uitzicht. personeel onthaal was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Poets personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk.Personeel van het ontbijt ruimte kon er nog niet eens een goedemorgen zeggen. Er was een dame in het bijzonder waarvan je zag dat ze er niet graag werkte. Ontbijt was open buffet. genoeg variatie en netjes

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and I truly felt welcome. I will definitely come back and stay here again next time. Highly recommended

Otel tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Bir şeye karar veremedim: çalışanlar mı daha muhteşemdi yoksa olağanüstü deniz manzarası mı! Beni en çok çalışanların kalitesi ve kibarlığı be yardımseverliği etkiledi. Ayrıca çok çok soğuk bir havada odayı istediğim gibi ısıtabilmek büyük lükstü. Bunu yapamadığım 5 yıldızlı oteller biliyorum. Sadece otel değil her yer çok temizdi. Sürekli kalacağım. Deniz manzarası muhteşemdi. Herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Fantastic location…restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, museums, ferry, shopping bazaar, bars, are all in walking distance from this hotel. No need to take public transportation or cabs, just use your feet. The hotel staff is super nice and really takes care of you. The only thing I can mention was my room was not cleaned the first day of my stay. The breakfast was awesome and quite a bit of variety to choose from.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Odanın temizliği iyiydi. İki deluxe oda almıştık, odalardan biri sigara içilen bir odaya denk geldi maalesef :( sigara dumanı sinmiş... sabah kahvaltısı gerçekten kötüydü diyeceğim ama biz kahvaltıya indiğimizde birşey yoktu zaten, iki dilim bayat ekmek, börek içine dahi konmayacak beyaz peynir, garson arkadaş sağolsun durumu görüp bir omlet yaptırayım isterseniz diyerek durumu toparlamaya çalıştı.

Staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They arranged for the tour, although people should shop around for the best price. Rooms were very clean and staff upgraded my room to a suite. Sea-view room for the suite was excellent with 3 different large windows and balcony door. Location of the hotel is very convenient to close by ferries and main streets with plenty of food places along the shoreline walway. Driver for personal tour was very good to use Google translate to communicate about the scheduling and pick up locations at various sites.
