Very nice room, loved the pool.

I had stayed here previously and liked it. Since then it looks like they tried to update it. But obviously they didn't use professional people to paint and update the bathrooms. There was paint on the floors paint on the ceilings. They needed a second coat on the ceilings. The caulking needed Woolwich done in the shower. The air conditioner was very old and moldy but it worked. The beds were comfy. The staff was very nice and the pool needed a lot of work. The tiles were coming off and broken pieces along the cements by the steps and it was a little green but again the staff was excellent The faucets in the shower were loose. The pool was a little sketchy. The tiles were falling off and thrown onto the concrete and it was a little green but again the staff were excellent. The blow dryer was broke and I asked for a replacement and they gave me one. Instead of doing the remodeling themselves, they definitely needed a professional to come in and fix everything and make everything look nice.

The staff was unfriendly. Room had a smell to it like it was covering up cigarette smoke. The pool was full of grass debris and cigarette butts. Kids were very disappointed.

The pool was dirty and not cleaned. The people next to us in the hotel were up at all hours of the day and night making a lot of noise and we have a 3 year old. We had to drown out the noise with the tv. A pillow over my head wouldnt even drown it out. The front desk wouldnt do anything to help us even after i showed them video from the hall and how loud they were, for 2 nights in a row. Dont stay here.

Clustered with two other hotels but parking didn't seem an issue. Loved the pool and sauna! Did detect the aroma of a 420 like product in the halls. Breakfast was decent; eggs scrambled one day, hard fried the other), sausage links, breads to toast, waffle maker with TWO flavors available! Felt basically safe despite the area and immediate highway off/on accessible along East side of property. Would definitely stay again.

It was ok. States laundry service but both washers out of service. One day completely forgotten by housekeeping.

Just an ok place to stay. Clean enough for once night. Elevator was broken and it had the smell of trying to cover up old smells. Will look for something a little better next time. The price is good and the staff was nice.

My boyfriend had a horrible stay. We called to make sure there was parking for a commercial vehicle ahead of time and the front desk assured there was. He arrived late from driving 10 hours to find out there was no parking. He spent 3 hours trying to fit it in an area. We are never using this hotel again and taking our business somewhere else. If people are just trying to make money and disregard people. No thanks!

Small but nice pool. Clean room.

Actual room was just dirty. Exhaust fan hanging, hole in the wall in bathroom. Faucet in shower hanging. Gnats in bathroom sink. Breakfast sucked

Walked into the first room and both beds were dirty nasty with stains and the smell of the room was awful! They did move us to a new room but at 11pm after baseball all day you would like to be able to just go to your room and clean up and go to bed not have to wait around for another room.

Room was older but very clean. A 4 day stay and housekeeping freshened up my room everyday.

Room is clean and they do provide daily housekeeping.

This property was EXTREMELY filthy!!! There was literal globs of mucus on multiple walls and the carpet looked pulled up on almost all corners like it was never put in correctly in the first place. The floors were disgusting; looked like they never been vacuumed, swept or mopped. I had my two small children with me and it was horrific having them stay there with the amount of disgust this place had to offer. The water from shower and sink smelled like swamp water and was visibly murky. This place should not be allowed to be open for business until all of this is rectified. I spoke to the front desk concierge and the manager and both did not care at all to even at least apologize. All that I was told was “ok well we can’t give you a refund”. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was simply informing them as to why I was not staying my full stay that I had booked (2 nights, I only stayed through one night since we got in late and could not go anywhere else so late with small children). I am so disgusted with their client service as well as the place itself. Everyone should steer clear of this place! Horrible! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Easy stay and affordable! I been staying here for work. It’s very clean and persistent with accommodations to my room. The hotel cleaner is amazing! She is so polite and always takes care of me! The front desk managers are polite and have the upmost hospitality!

This property was disgusting and had mold in the A/C vent and in the bathroom ceilings. The shower was dirty and the room smelled weird.

The room had been completely remodeled, and it was very nice. The bed was extra comfortable and my stay was peaceful & quiet. The nightly rate for the quality of the room was a very good value. Will be adding this stay to my list for my business travels.

Overall decent stay for the price. Room smelled a little musty when I first arrived. Opening the window helped air it out. Other than that, no complaints. Thanks.

Toilet seat was completely loose. Nearly broke my hip when I sat down. Room was at end by exit door. (101) All night, people going in and out and it was loud. The car noise thru the window was even louder. Didn't sleep at all. Room was dingy. Sofa had holes and tears in it. The smoke alarm had plastic covering it up! Low budget.

Super loud. You can hear someone on the next floor 5 rooms down change the tv channel.

While I understand I received a discounted fee, I did not realize the condition of the room. While the bed was clean, and in good condition, the carpet has been abused and needs to be replaced. Bathroom had rusty shower curtain and a leak had water oozing up from underneath the wood floor. It took 2 days of my 3 night stay before I had cups to use my coffee service. Family is very nice and runs a clean place, but need to be aware of problems and be proactive and not ignore them and just pawn off rooms as a discount for not being properly maintained!

Had trouble getting the temperature correct but overall very nice night.

Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Only issue is that it was difficult to regulate coolness-either too cool or muggy. But overall a thumbs up!

The front desk was very unusual. Seemed very unorganized and breakfast was not good at all. We had to tell the front desk about no soap in the bathrooms (came to fix, never fixed pump). Towels were stained and had to request more.

I didn't like that after I reserved the room and get there and they run my card for payment and it goes thru then after all the singing they still didn't tell me about no deposit so they run it again and there wasn't enough for deposit they said they had to cancel my reservation. And they would not give me my money back cause they said it was not refundable. So they said I either pay 50 dollars for deposit or I lose the room. I had a lot of trouble trying to borrow 50 dollars. Then I get my daughter to send me the money on a different card and they again told me that I could not pay with that card cause I had paid with my other card and then I had to go all the way across town to go see if I could get the money out of my other card and I had a terrible experience on that stay that day 8_8-24. And I don't plan on going back there.

Check in was horrible. The man behind the counter was very rude. We had a reservation but this creepy man who would address us as ‘hey’ kept stopping to help some other customers. Finally we pay and he checks us in and gives us a key. Waiting for the elevator (only one and very slow) he runs around the corner “hey, what room I give you”? Oh wait here I go check”. Returns 10 minutes later “hey, it’s okay”. Once we get to the room, the key doesn’t work. I asked for a refund so we could go some else and he said “no, no more hassle”. The place was dirty. The bathroom floor had a big dip. The security cameras in the lobby were plugged in and wires hanging. You could see big boxes of opened cereal and fruit in baskets in a dingy corner behind the front desk. Our rate was reasonable since we went through hotels.com to reserve. However, relatives that had not made reservation’s in advance ended up paying a lot more for this nasty, run down place with horrible service. Do not recommend!!!!

I am incredibly disappointed with our recent experience at Days Inn and Suites in Cleburne, Texas. Upon arrival, my son and daughter-in-law were refused their stay due to her service dogs. The hotel staff claimed that her service dogs were not “real” and refused to recognize them because they assist with anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs can indeed assist with disabilities that aren’t just physical, and that includes psychiatric disabilities. This behavior was not only disheartening but a clear lack of understanding regarding the rights of individuals with disabilities. The ADA does not allow staff to demand paperwork or certifications for service animals, nor does it permit them to decide what constitutes a legitimate service dog based on their own opinions or misconceptions. Refusing service based on such reasoning can be harmful and exclusionary, and it certainly made my family feel unwelcome. If you are considering a stay at this location and require assistance animals, I urge you to reconsider. Until the staff receives proper ADA training and can meet basic standards of accommodation and inclusivity, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The kindest staff. Accommodating and caring. Staff checked in each day and asked if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They were quick to response to our requests for room change to a room away from traffic. The room was clean and had a nice mini kitchen.

Located near highway and always smells and looks clean.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself appears safe, but it is between two motels that appear dingy and old. My check-in was quick. My room was fairly clean. Overall, my experience was decent.

It was close to a bigger highway.

Very clean. Really close to a lot of eating options and the price was equal to or better than most in the area

Have stayed here several times. You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk into the lobby. Easy access to highway.

An older facility, but clean and well kept. Right on a busy so it was a bit noisy, but not terrible. Easy, pleasant check-in. The desk clerk was very pleasant. Honestly a nicer facility than we expected, especially at the price.

Room was nothing like advertised in picture on website - it was adequate but misleading. Staff was friendly but not helpful, ask for more coffee packets but was told they thought were out but would try to bring to my room - never did ! Breakfast was very disappointing.

Overall ok. Beds are FIRM. Breakfast is waffles and cereals. Milk is from a gallon. No water available.

Clean, but no dishes or utensils in the kitchenette. Staff was really nice and helpful. The bed and room was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal.

The gal at the front desk was most helpful in getting the guide on our TV to work correctly. The bed was a bit too soft, and the pillows were much too fat; but the bed linens and the towels were nice. Room had a kitchenette but was not stocked with any kitchenware at all, i.e. plates, silverware, sauce pan,etc. Breakfast was rather dismal with unflavorful eggs and a waffle iron that didn't work right.

Breakfast could be better few more items

The good news - the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad - the check-in process took too long despite reserving the room in advance. The breakfast was very poor - even by budget hotel standards. We showed up at 8:30am to eat and the only things available were waffle mix to make waffles, a couple packages of instant oatmeal mix, 2 types of sugar-laden cereals, a few pieces of bread to make toast, one banana and 3 small apples, one that was rotten when I bit into it. We stayed in this hotel 15 years ago and it was a much better experience.
