Property is very much under construction. Breakfast is very limited. Hot tub was run down. Ended up with a major rash/ bug bites after sleeping there two nights. Just not a nice facility.

The room was partially updated. Bed linens were excellent. Breakfast has good choices and kitchen was very clean. Staff was attentive. Room could have been cleaner, the couch had seen better days.The shower was very slow to drain and the tub backed up to my ankles. The WIFI did not work in the room, when I questioned it I was told one router was out and on the repair list. The hot tub was nothing like the photo, guests are required to remove and replace the cover if they want to use it. When I lifted the cover there was at least a full two inches of foam over the entire jacuzzi. Giving a two star over all as I feel the pictures are deceptive.

Absolutely great hotel, will definitely come back to stay again. I wasn’t aware there were no elevators as my mother had a hard time coming up and down the steps.! If my mother comes again next time I’ll make sure to ask for a room downstairs. Other than that the hotel is great!!

The area of the property is gorgeous surroundings. Before I ever left for the airport my card was charged immediately which not a normal practice for any of the hotels I have stayed in before. They are doing construction on the property and if I had not spoken with them I would not have known that arriving after 5:00pm the property is locked and you must locate the number and call management.

Just outside of Boulder’s bustle, the Inn was so quiet I wasn’t sure there were other guests there until I saw lots of cars in the parking lot. There’s a nice trail that goes from the property to the Twin Lakes so it’s easy to work up an appetite for breakfast, which had a nice range of “continental “ options. We loved our room, which had a sofa for watching TV and a table for games or working. The hot tub is enclosed for year-round use. Highly recommend!

Loved that the hotel was in a safe area & walkable distance to Avery Brewery. Unfortunately our room had a broken lock, dirty towels, torn bedding and a dirty bathroom…Front desk was very friendly, only disappointing part was the cleanliness and lock that didn’t work.

Place was large, comfortable, and quiet. There were a few spiderwebs around the windows. Room did not look like the pictures, it was 1/2 carpet 1/2 tile and the carpet looked dirty. Seems like the place is being remodeled or was partially remodeled. Apart from looks, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not great and there was a smell close to the fridge. Coffee was good. Personnel was kind and helpful.

Very comfortable bed. The room had a urine smell coming from the AC unit. Yuk! There was also no water to buy anywhere on the property which was a bummer. Quiet hotel and area. Would pass next time.

The property is clean, but the room was just okay. The ceiling tiles were old and some had apparent water damage. The furniture was dated and the flooring and overall look of the room needs work. There was a hole in the bathtub where it was cracked so you couldn’t use it for a bath, only a shower. The sink was in the actual room, and the drawers on it were mostly broken. The TV, fridge and microwave all worked fine, and the bed was comfortable minus the pillows which were too bulky. The A/C worked well too. Definitely a functional room, but for $215 a night I just expected it to be a bit nicer.

I will stay there again when in Boulder. A nice, clean, large room. Good breakfast choices. Located in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes (by car) from downtown Boulder. The only downside in my 3 night stay was that the stopper in the sink was broken and not fixed during my stay.

Check in and out was easy . Front desk person was nice. Room was very spacious, had mini fridge, microwave, plenty of space for clothes and a safe in the closet. Bed was very comfortable and the inn very quiet at night . Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, and pastries. I would highly recommend this place to stay and will stay again.

What a lovely stay! As other reviews have said, the owner/manager and all the staff are just wonderful, kind, helpful. The bed was very comfortable, lots of room in the room, and the community kitchen was a huge plus for me. Yes, it’s an older building but does not have a run down feel at all. Very cared for feel. I’d recommend.

I arrived at 130pm. I was disappointed and surprised to discover that the Inn charges $15 for early checkin. There is no mention of this on their website. I have stayed at a bazillion hotels over the last 40 years and this is the first time I have experienced this. Other than this, everything was fine.

I arrived here at night and sat in my car for a bit, because one shady guy was walking back and forth behind my car, along the creek. The other one kept leaving and coming back to the lot, as other parties were meeting up w her. It looks to be a small converted apt bldg, so I drove to the back of the bldg to check it out, and it looked like the back door was propped open a couple inches. I finally went to the door, and there is a number to call staff, as there is no attendant after hours. He gave me a code to the key lockbox, but I was traveling alone, and felt so uneasy, I decided to leave. I never even touched the lockbox. I did call the attendant back to let him know that I would not be staying, and let him know the reasons. So I’m writing this review to let other single female travelers know that there is no after hours attendant on duty. I booked and paid online, so no refund, despite my request, and also Hotels request. But that’s ok, rules are rules, and I followed my intuition, and stayed safe.

The room was big enough for us to move around and relax on the couch by the bed. The staff was very helpful when a couple of situations. One night we have some noisy neighbors and the on-call lady was quick to respond to this issue and the people quieted down after she called them. After checking out and departing, the cleaning staff noticed that we had left a charger behind and the lady at the front desk called me right away, so we could return to the inn and retrieve the charger before we had driven far away. The only concern we had was the breakfast offerings were limited and the small seating area could not accommodate everyone who came to breakfast.

It is an older motel in a residential area 20 minutes outside Boulder, generally less expensive than staying in Boulder. I have stayed there twice. The breakfast was average, or somewhat below average. It was quiet. The front desk shuts down around 7pm.

This is a very quaint property in a lovely wooded residential area about 15-20 from Pearl Street in Boulder. Our room was very basic but very clean. The bed and linens were amazingly comfortable and high quality which was a pleasant surprise based on the basic nature of the property and other room attributes. The breakfast was actually a little better than the typical Continental at name hotels. They had hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker and a variety of yogurts and fresh fruit in addition to the typical continental, with a nice little dining room to sit. Parking was good and no extra charge. It is a bit of a drive to shopping and dining which is why it's so quiet and restful.
This is a very quaint property in a lovely wooded residential area about 15-20 from Pearl Street in Boulder. Our room was very basic but very clean. The bed and linens were amazingly comfortable and high quality which was a pleasant surprise based on the basic nature of the property and other room attributes. The breakfast was actually a little better than the typical Continental at name hotels. They had hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker and a variety of yogurts and fresh fruit in addition to the typical continental, with a nice little dining room to sit. Parking was good and no extra charge. It is a bit of a drive to shopping and dining which is why it's so quiet and restful.

What a great hotel! It's kind of tucked away in a residential neighborhood, but still convenient to Boulder by car. The room was great, and I especially appreciated the super comfortable bed and pillows! Lots of nice amenities like the hot tub, the hydration station, and the included breakfast with lots of options. There was even a separate kitchen upstairs, which would be excellent for long-term stays. The people were really friendly and helpful, too. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is in a very nice area outside of Boulder Colorado. It is in a mostly residential area with a walking path running through the property. It is the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cute little inn-we were visiting Boulder for family weekend and it was nice, quiet, clean and not a bad uber ride to town! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was nice.

This is a quiet little inn off the beaten track. Its in a neighborhood with hiking trails round the Twin Lakes. Boulder is a 10 minutes drive away. The young man at the Front Desk was very helpful polite and knew a lot about the local area.

We picked this motel for the use of a hot tub, its affordable price, and proximity to Boulder. This isn\'t a fancy place but it\'s clean and quiet (because it\'s not close to a busy highway), has in-room coffee, fridge, and microwave (but doesn\'t have separate shampoo and conditioner; just the 2-in-1 "conditioning shampoo"), a very friendly proprietor, and a hot tub that hasn\'t been shut down because of fear of Covid. And if you\'re a runner, you\'ll love all the pictures on the wall of the elite runners who have apparently stayed here to train or to compete in the Boulder Bolder. I would stay here again.

Nice young couple (with lineage to original running comp owner) recently purchased the hotel from another nice couple.

Check in and out was easy . Front desk person was nice. Room was very spacious, had mini fridge, microwave, plenty of space for clothes and a safe in the closet. Bed was very comfortable and the inn very quiet at night . Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, and pastries. I would highly recommend this place to stay and will stay again.

Very comfortable stay. The lavatory sink being in the main room seemed odd, maybe just the configuration of this particular room. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Breakfast was not good. Hot choice was instant oatmeal only. Cold hard cooked eggs only protein. Banana, yogurt, muffins and cold cereal, normal. No elevator, stairs only. Located very close to friends home so I would probably stay again.

My room had dirty towels in the bathroom, hung on the back of the door, so not sure about the cleanliness of the place. Good value; great location for events at the reservoir. Dog friendly! If you want a place that you don’t have to interact with anyone, this is perfect!
