The room was great but rooms around us were being renovated from 7 am to 8:30 pm. Strong smell of paint. There was also no information about the pool being closed and there was rowdy guests on our floor that slammed doors, were screaming in the corridor.

Suite “sofa bed” was a pull out chair with all sorts of stains on the mattress, had to retrieve bedding from front desk. All sorts of unfinished drywall patching in the room and bathroom. Toilet was not in good working condition and constantly ran (flap would not stay down). Hot tub jets did not work. Probably the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The property’s only saving grace was the delightful staff that did what they could to make up for everything else.

The Hot Tub didn't work. The bed was hard compared to other Hampton's I've stayed in. The room that I reserved over a month before my stay wasn't available. Other than that eveything was great.

Hampton Inns are our “go to” for places to stay when traveling. Staff that greeted us informed us that there were renovations and that the gym, pool, and laundry were all out of service. It would have been good to know this before making my non-refundable booking. We are ones that do go to the gym and I had intended on doing laundry. Very disappointed that there was no flag in the booking process that this was the case. Then there was no reduction in the $200 that we paid for the room. Not the Hampton quality we are use to.

Plenty of parking. Staff friendly. Beds and pillows very comfy. Loved the excellent breakfast; omelets, potatoes, sausage, toast, bagel, pastries, waffles, juice, coffee, milk, cereal! We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with our family during a cross-country road trip and it was exactly what we needed — clean, comfortable, and quiet for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was great too, with warm and cold options that got us ready for the day. One thing to be aware of: we specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised car charger, but unfortunately the chargers are only for Teslas. I was really hoping to charge my car overnight and was in a bind when I couldn’t, especially since options are limited in Wyoming. Overall, though, it was a good stay and we appreciated the friendly service.

Was not told by Expedia that hotel was under significant construction. As a consequence of construction there was no hot breakfast as well as other amenities such as clothes washer and dryer. Disappointed Expedia did not disclose the construction and its related issues.

This property was under construction with no hot breakfast and no coffee in the morning. There were towels on the floor to catch a leaky ventilation system when I got off the elevator on the 3rd floor. The parking lot was a disaster of snow and ice and there was no handicap parking for anyone who would have been in a wheelchair. No apologies and when I asked for some compensation was denied.

There were small beetle looking bugs in the room. The room next to me was blaring the TV at 1:30 in the morning, tried to call the front desk to try and get them to turn the tv down…nobody ever answered. It also smelled horrible. I don’t often write negative reviews…but this place charged $230 for a room…this was a $90 room at best.

Beautiful sunset, however our room (double queen beds) was not clean. Beds were not made (exposed mattress and box springs). Bathroom wallpaper was stained around the toilet (urine) and the shower had a large crack in the wall. Tub grout was gone in large area. The most disgusting chair-red with gross stains from who knows what. They never batted an eye in charging us full price.

Well close to the highway, there was very little traffic noise. Laundering machine machines were easy to use with clear directions. The machines could have been cleaner, though the pool and spa area is perfect for a small hotel and the gym next-door was in great condition. Overall, very happy with this hotel.

Everything was fine, though they had two floors under renovation. So the pool and hottub were not available. Also our light fixtures in our room were duck taped together. Breakfast was great! The pet fee of $75 is ridiculous

A good stay, bed was comfortable and water temp amd pressure were good. The refrigerator was unplugged with no easy way to plug it in, shampoo was empty (conditioner had 2 pumps). I like that the HVAC unit had a Constant Fan setting to help with background noise, but the hotel was very quiet.

So disappointed. Beautiful property but under construction. And our room was right next to the blocked exit to the stairway they were working on. The hotel was not busy and they could have given us a room in the middle of the building. Also the air didn’t work. It wouldn’t stay on or off. Clicked on and off all night long. We travel a lot and have stayed in many Hampton hotels but won’t stay there again.

The staff upon check in was unprofessional. Group talking and ignoring us. A staff member finally showed up and checked us in. The hotel smelt musty/moldy. The room and furniture was stained and dirty. The same individual who checked us in had no concern about our complaint. Did not offer another room or any compensation. The hotel was very noisy due to remodeling. I would never stay there again,

The room price was fine but the pet fee for one little dog was outrageous — especially since there is no grass outside and no other pet service. The hotel policy is to only clean the room every other day, but don’t expect a discount for the second night. Then breakfast is lame. The worst thing was the 6-week past the best-by date on the yogurt they put out. Are they trying to kill their guests?
