Says it's dog friendly but it really isn't. The floors are all hardwood, not very comfortable for dogs to sleep at night then the dog restroom area is off the property. I'm on the opposite side of the building and had to try to force my dog not to use the restroom until we got all the way across the parking lot, passing several grass areas. Elevator is broke and had to watch an elderly couple try to get to their room on the third floor.

This is a nice hotel with easy access to the interstate. There’s no food within walking distance, though, and the smaller queen room (with 1 bed) is so small there’s no place to open up a suitcase. Staff was friendly but apparently didn’t quite have all the steps in place, as the sound of someone trying to get into “their” room at 10:45 pm was a bit of a rude awakening. After we shouted ‘wrong room,’ the noise stopped and a minute later the phone rang. It was the front desk, asking for our name. They apparently found another room for the other guest as we heard nothing else. There is also a sign on the building saying it is forbidden to walk dogs on the premises. Considering it is a pet-friendly hotel, it begs the question of where to walk the dogs. There are many polite ways to direct pet owners to the appropriate spot to walk the dog. This isn’t one of them.

It was a very nice clean property. Great breakfast. I would recommend to tell handicapped and Senior guests to always use front entrance because of the steps on the sides. It was too cold to have to move my car!!

For the cost of the rooms-$241. a night, the rooms are small, tv didn't work, tub would not drain, breakfast was ok, could not get any extra coffee after 9:00 am. Hard to find a parking place.

The bed & linens were clean but the floor was not, it had not seen a wet mop in a while. The shower didn’t drain well & the Tv remote didn’t work well. Breakfast hours were short. Ok for a quick overnight but not for great for a 4 night stay. Staff was nice but the owner seems very thrifty

I was kind of upset with our room. My boyfriend pulled the sheets back and there was hair from someone in the bed everywhere. Then he was checking the pillows and found a BOOGER!!! We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and had to toss two of our pillows on the ground. Let’s just say I’ll be checking other hotels out more next time.

Overall, the property was fine, there was a small stain on the comforter and some toenail clippings on the floor near the bed, but the bathroom's were clean and the room was quiet.

Dirty sheets had to get new set and I had to make the bed. In refrigerator there was a pizza box of left over eaten pizza in it. The sheets are so wrinkled could tell if used or not used. Another visitor came down to desk hair on pillow and sheets looked slept in. Manager owner Nashir Khan was rude and said he owned 3 hotels in to own and blew me off!!!! No refund said do what you want, you paid 3rd party doesn't effect me. Told report the hotel to Wyndham and do a complaint with board of health he said go ahead!!!

Beds were squeaky but comfortable. Batgroom shower curtain was just grossvon tge insideb of the shower, there was hair on the shower walls and on the bathroom floor. Bathroom definitely could have used more attention. For the cost of the room.

It was so dirty. We got in very late from traveling and it was such a long day. I would have found another place to stay. No, I should have found another place to stay but it was so late and we were so tired. Wyndham should be ashamed to have such a run down dirty hotel.

No hello/welcome upon arrival. I couldn’t believe breakfast ends at 9am on Sunday and that you can't get coffee/tea/water at any time. Ridiculous to have to tell them upon text request when we are leaving or to get a knock on the door before 9am for service. And again. Room was too dark. TV / cable was great. Price was ridiculous for this town. Man at checkout was surly - not thanking us for our stay. Their texts are so fake compared to the treatment. No happy campers running the place. And no- we were not rude at all.

The front desk staff was very friendly! The price was pretty expensive for what the hotel offered..$200 a night and the in room phone did not work to call the front desk, we had to ask for a do not disturb sign and the Tv in my mom’s room did not work. It is inconvenient to have an ice machine only on the 1st floor. The beds were old with pretty lumpy mattresses. The breakfast was decent though they were not prepared for the large crowd of a fully booked hotel…an hour before it was scheduled to end on Sunday neither of the hot items was still available.

The rooms are nice. Especially like the hardwood floors. But the AC/Heater controls are not that easy to use. Also, there needs to be non slip things put in the tubs.. I almost fell getting into it. I stayed two nights and two days. The first night was ok, but the breakfasts in the morning left A LOT to be desired. First morning there was no Orange juice, and the eggs and sausage were cold. The second morning, there was Juice, but no bread, and the eggs and potatoes were cold. For a time my second night, on the third floor, there was a dog barking for a good half hour I don't know why barking dogs are allowed. The staff was nice and courteous, and the grounds outside were very neat and clean. Its just some of the extras leave a little to be desired. I will probably stay somewhere else if I go back to Sheridan.

The room was tiny - very tight. It had 2 full beds and you could barely get around in the room. There was a little desk with a chair as you walked in but you couldn't move the chair anywhere else in the room as there was no room for it. The beds were okay except that if you had more than 2 people in the room, it would be sooo crowded. There wasn't any food when we went down to eat at 7am (except waffles). No one was minding the area to replenish. The oj just spout out water. We were a little disappointed with this stay. The area was nice. The staff were nice. It was clean.

The check in process was the worst part of the whole stay… the older lady checking us in was not only rude but unfriendly. It was 8pm and my son and I just wanted to get to the room to go to bed. The process was a 30 minute check in. Something wasn’t working with the computer and she had to call her boss. Just a terrible process. No sorry or any type of appreciation. I work in a hotel and it was sad to see this type of service from other hotels. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

Very friendly staff. Nice sized room. Was a mobility room, i am mobility challenged. I was able to navigate the tub/ shower with grab bars fine. It was a comfortable stay.

As we were walking through the doors to check in, we were immediately met with the front desk clerk. No hello, no welcome! Quickly asked us if we had a reservation-which we did. As she was checking us in, we kindly asked her where the room was located so we can coordinate parking. She pointed down the hall behind us. I then asked her where the room was located again, she reached across the desk, grabbed my shoulders and turned me around and said I was looking the wrong way. This behavior completely changed my mood and my desire to stay at that hotel. I will NOT stay there again.

The check in staff was very pleasant. The room was lovely and clean. The bed very comfortable. Breakfast was average. The location near Sheridan was perfect giving me many dinner options within 1 mile of the hotel. The only issue I had was that the key card to my room stopped working and there was not a desk attendant available between 6:30 am and 7:10 am. Bummer. I got on the road a little later than planned.

Staff was great the afternoon I checked in. Very helpful. In the morning when I went to check out no staff at desk for over 1 hour just a note that said they had to step away and would be right back. No way to check out and get receipt, had to leave keys and go. I wasn't the only guest that had to do this, when I left keys there were more than 5 other packets of keys left on the counter. Hotel states breakfast in the morning was told when checked in it would be from 6a to 9a. No breakfast, no coffee, no reason why. As there was no one to ask or to talk to. Not sure if I would stay at this property again. Very dissatisfied .

Our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Sheridan was terribly overpriced and so disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, and after 3 times trying to get breakfast (they ran out of food) we ordered Door Dash from a local restaurant and had to sit outside the hotel because there wasn't enough seating inside. Don't stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites! I asked the manager for some type of refund which he refused.

We were there for the weekend with our family for a sporting event and when we went to get breakfast Saturday morning there was no toast no milk for cereal the orange juice was warm there really wasn't hardly anything for our kids to eat before they had to go do their sports which is very frustrating the same thing happened on Sunday morning and the breakfasts are vital to our kids performing as athletes and something that we really value in hotels so we will not be staying here again.

Nice, clean property. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and bagels were great. Maybe some fruit options would have been nice. Also, great views of mountains and hills. Room was good and everything worked. Would stay here again when in Sheridan

Nice room, but very small. The breakfast room was much too small. Only two tables that would seat four. One wall mounted 'table shelf" with 6 bar stools. Very basic breakfast offering. The tub/shower floor was slippery and we put a hand towel in the tub so we would not slip. But, the room was very clean.

The rooms were excellent. The person who checked us in was excellent. My only issue was with the breakfast. By 6:30AM there was no milk for cereal. The eggs were burnt and when more were brought out they were still cold. There no bagels, pastries and only 4 pieces of bread. The juice dispenser dispensed room temperature juice, not chilled at all. We have been to several Wyndham properties on our 3 week trip and have always had an awesome breakfast.

This was an excellent place, with one exception; the coffee maker in the dining area was broken. We were told to use those crappy ones on the room. Also, there was no microwave in the dining area and the food was cold. We had to bring it to our room!

When we went to breakfast ( 1/2 hour after it started ) there were zero cups for coffee and only three forks to eat with. Since we were a party of three we got the last ones. spoons and milk for cereal ran out next. We never saw a breakfast attendant and there was no one at the front desk to alert. Breakfast area is also quite small with very limited seating. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.
