The clerk was friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. The room was very nice, bed a little hard. Unfortunately, the shower had not been cleaned, purple soap on the ledge and no body wash. I booked that hotel because it had a jacuzzi, and it was closed both days we were there.

Room was clean, pool unkept, hot tub unclean. Complimentary breakfast area very ,very small. Very loud from others rooms from midnight until 4am.

The Hot Tub was not working. The elevators were poorly located. The curbs were to high to use the luggage carriers except one location and was the furthest distance from our location and elevator.

The individual checking is in was really nice. However, we called as we were about to arrive and he told us that the pool was broken and he could cancel our reservation. Well, after a long day at Hershey Park with 3 kids, we weren’t going to spend time looking for another hotel so we decided to stay. Upon arrival, the hotel looked accommodating. Check in was easy. We quickly got to our room. The room was smaller than pictures lead you to believe but still plenty of room for 5 of us. There was a damp, mildew smell to the room. The bathroom was not well cleaned. There was hair on the floor and around the toilet. At this point we were too tired to care. We started showering our children, but guess what? No refill on any shampoo, conditioner or body wash, so we had to wait. We decided to give it another shot as we were already set up in the room. We all finally fell asleep. Next morning, we went down for breakfast. It was okay. Typical spread of scrambled eggs, western omelette, bagels, bread, muffins, yogurt, Cheerios/Raisin Bran, juices, jams, waffle maker w/toppings. We quickly packed up and left after that night stay. I would not stay here again, as there are better properties in the area.

Grandkids enjoyed the pool, hot tub clean, nice. I enjoyed the work out room. Bathroom in room toilet needed some cleaning. Ring around toilet. Overall nice stay. Good breakfast, coffee

Check in was okay, the lady at the desk checking us in wasnt very friendly or personable and didnt explain anything, like ghe $100 hold on the card. Our room was okay, the shower rod was falling down and it had a weird smell in it. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. Pool was small and did not the the proper safety equipment around. Nor did it have a first aid kid. It also wasnt ventilated very well and as soon as you walk in, the room burns your eyes with the smell of the chlorine. Their were also never any pool towels in there so we had to use our room towels. Breakfast was terrible, their were moldy bagels and english muffins. When i mentioned it they did take care of them right away but they shouldve never been put out in the first place. Overall Id rate it a 5/10. Id stay there again and just skip the pool and the breakfast.

Easy check in & clean pool

The room and breakfast were wonderful. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a bathroom in the pool area. This encourages people to pee in the pool!

The pool and hot tub were not available during my stay and they weighed heavy on me selecting the establishment. Air conditioner made noises and did not regulate temperature well.

Both the pool and hot tub worked, and the aquatic area was warm. A real delight, and one that is rare in lodging facilities.

Mostly good A little messy this stay

Hotel bathroom was filthy. Dispensers were not full. Visible mold on shower walls and bathroom ceiling. This was room 230. I addressed it with front desk. After waiting for him to finish eating his chips, I explained the situation and all he could say was I’m sorry. As a Marriott member for over ten years, this was the worse property I have stayed in. As a travel agency owner I was there to scout property for groups . I cannot recommend this. I let the front desk know I was there to check out property for groups. Very non chalant. Don’t waste your money

I had a pill and a sock under my bed. The toilet is very loud when you flush. Two big holes in my curtain. The knobs on the cabinets were all loose. Shower curtain was dirty. Elevator by my room was out of service so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get on the elevator. Guest above me was very loud. TV kept pausing. No body mirrors. And the plugs don’t hold your charger cord in.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and this visit was the absolute worst. Check in was a breeze however that’s the best and worst part. The toilet was dirty tub was dirty the sleeper sofa was not clean enough to sleep on so we had to share a mattress. Two of us woke up with rashes from the mattress we slept on. The curtains looked like a cat got loose on them and shredded them. Absolutely disgusting. I called and spoke to a manager this morning and the only thing she could say was we were allergic to the bleach…. Are you kidding me ? This hotel has gone down hill in over a year and not worth the money, find another hotel and save yourself from the pain and the headache. I’m so disappointed….

It was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was crap in the toilet, trash on the floors, pool area dirty, public bathroom dirty. Just all around dirty.

I booked this hotel for my daughter’s dance competition at Hershey Lodge. Everything I needed from grocery store to a restaurant was 5-15 minutes away driving. There’s a mall and a gas station across the street which was convenient. Breakfast was basic but enough for my little ones. Waffle maker, eggs, a choice of meat either bacon or sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins and a variety of muffins. The only thing is that breakfast ended kind of early (9am during the week and 10am on weekends) for days we wanted to sleep in but the staff were gracious enough to give us muffins. There’s tea and coffee in lobby 24 hours. The pool was at a good temperature. The hot tub jets weren’t working but it was still hot and enjoyable. All staff were nice and friendly. The room was the perfect size for family of 4. The room had 2 pots, glass cups, bowls and plates, sterling silver utensils, serving utensils, dish soap, dishwasher pod, new sponge, roll of paper towel and a drying cloth. The only thing I had to bring was seasoning. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as a blow dryer. The closet was a decent size for us. All of our suitcases fit in there and the hanging rack was high enough that it didn’t interfere with the suitcases. Iron and ironing board was also included. The steam didn’t work on our iron but I didn’t really need it. They clean every other day unless you request otherwise. I’d stay here again.

Air conditioning noise and slow tub draining in room 416 should be addressed.

Rooms have great equipment. Clean. No hairdryer. Unexpected to have regular fridge, table top stove, dishwasher. Breakfast was only adequate. Bacon very undercooked and nowhere to cook it. Powdered egg. More toast choices would be better. Great tv choices.

In the morning, I realized I left a few items I didn’t grab from the original room that they kept for me. I’d say the best part of staying here was the staff. Much appreciated

Room itself included large refri/freezer, microwave, heat plate, all cooking utensils and pots/pans for meal prep, limited free TV viewing options. Pool was clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Check in during a busy soccer tournament weekend was flawless. Staff from top to bottom were helpful, polite, and responsive to requests. Building needs some deep cleaning and updates— our room smelled like mold. Kids enjoyed the pool and there were always ample towels. Breakfast was made early one day to accommodate our team’s schedule. Staff A+

My husband and I drove over 8hrs for his grandfather's funeral and this hotel was close to the funeral parlor. The young lady who checked us in was very warm, friendly and professional. After getting settled in our room and relaxing for a bit after our long drive we went down to the lobby to get a hot coffee. After pouring our coffee we realized there was no cream in the carafe so I asked a new woman who was now there if she could possibly get some more. She gave a slight eye roll and sigh, got up, came back with barely any cream in the carafe and what was in there curdled in our coffee so we decided to just get ready for bed however, when i turned down the covers I found a big nasty stain on the sheet. I took pictures and walked back down to front desk to find the same woman from the cream issue in the back office with a blanket around her, head down like she was sleeping. After standing there for a minute I said exuse me but the sheets on my bed were obviously NOT CHANGED and showed her the picture, she acted as though I was bothering her and said "well i can change your room" i told her that we were already all unpacked and extremely tired, she then said "what would you like me to do" with attitud. I asked for clean sheets to change them myself, then later that night our toilet backed up 2x. With no offer of assistance from staff either time so I plunged it myself. GM Andrew did give me a late checkout but after all that I'm I feel insulated. I got sick from breakfast food

The vheck in clerks are always so friendly and polite. The professionalism that they provide is awesome. Ms. Amanita?(spelling)...she serves an outstanding breakfast when she is on shift. I've been going to this establishment for over 4 years when I visit Harrisburg. It is close to everything, i.e. Hershey, Downtown , the interstate.

Great place to stay for a Hershey trip! Only 20 minutes to the park and the value can't be beat. Free breakfast in the morning makes it even better!

Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was nice. I do think there should be a safe in the rooms for valuables. Thought that was standard so thats disappointing. There also could be a few minor upgrades done to drawer knobs and cleaning around floor trim. Otherwise it was a good value for the money and close to food and shopping.

I saw some bad review and took the chance since only 3 miles from the Pennsylvania Farm Expo Center and so glad I did. Nice quiet hotel with indoor pool and outdoor grill. The rooms all had a complete kitchen. I planned on going back inbetween exhibits but did not and did not even arrive to 11:45 pm. Greeted by very nice person and give a quiet room on 4th floor and we crashed. Next day nice hot shower and free breakfast for another amazing adventure. Will defiantly be back. Love then had extra items to take to room crock pots, rice cooker, etc if you stay a long time great place.

Just needed to stay over after visiting family in Ohio. Nice, peaceful location. Would definitely stay again.
